Guests walk into this beautifully decorated condo which features a panoramic corner view from the third floor directly overlooking the beachfront. The Kitchen has breakfast bar for dining, includes granite counters, ice maker, Full Size appliances and all the kitchen tools necessary to prepare any meal a guest may have in mind. In addition there is a drop leaf expandable dining table for additional dining options or family game night. The master bedroom has a king bed, cable television, and ceiling fan with Ensite bathroom which includes walk in shower and grab bar. The second bedroom has a queen bed, closet Cable TV and ceiling fan. The living area has ample seating including a Queen sized sleeper sofa with memory foam upgraded mattress. Guests will enjoy the most spectacular morning views of the sunrise from the balcony - Relax watching the seabirds fly as they dive into the Gulf of Mexico for the morning catch.
Free upgraded high speed Wi-Fi is included in this beauty so you can enjoy streaming your favorite shows or updating your social media accounts with the tons of photos you have taken during your Island journey. The alcove up front has full adult size twin bunks allowing the unit to sleep a maximum of 8. The unit has two VCR's and Blu-Ray DVD in living room.
This is a strictly non-smoking unit and pets are not allowed at the property. Parking is limited 1 car guaranteed and a two car limit strictly enforced.

Minimal lodging
The unit, while well located, lacked some essentials, such as paper towels, napkins and dish cloths and towels. It was too small for 4 adults and 2 teenagers. The listing shows 2 bd and 2 ba, but there was only one shower. Very tight accommodations, but the listing showed "sleeps 8". That would have been a disaster. Not sure where to put the folded-up dining table because there was no room and no chairs. Patio only sat 4, which needed to be explained in the listing. The unit was clean, but very minimal for our group. Listing showed $331/night. We stayed 3 nights and the total was over $2,000. Not value for money. And...why was the pool heated in July??? Very uncomfortable.

Exceeded expectations
The condo is perfectly, comfortably furnished. Well equipped kitchen. Clean. It is one of the few high rise buildings that you don’t have to cross the busy street to access the beach. It was only about a mile from the busier area of the beach, groceries etc..the building itself is a little older but the condo is updated. Nice secure pool area, parking and gated access to the beach. It felt safe. This unit is situated so you have a perfect view of the water and morning sun. I would definitely stay again. They do not provide beach towels, just a heads up. Found some at Walmart for $5

Location! It was beautiful. Right on the beach. Views from living room, kitchen and master bedroom. The furniture and decor wonderful. The kitchen was very well appointed. Everything clean and working.

Gorgeous view and right on the beach
Very nice apartment with wrap around balcony. Furniture is a little dated but clean property and very nice management. Problem because key did not work properly and we had to keep getting manager to fix lock. A problem since no management after 5pm. Pool and hot tub are wonderful and location is convenient to town but quieter. Otherwise great and we will most likely rent again.
