A second stay, just as lovely

My second stay in this wonderful villa! Conveniently located, quiet, beautifully appointed, and with a great view from the rooftop. Alessandro and Debora are attentive and flexible landlords, and I will recommend this property to anyone vacationing in San Teodoro and Costa Smeralda!

The house is just wow - everything you need, a lot of space, bright, nice views, very clean etc. :) the communication with the owner - very fast and always helpful! we were very sad to leave, maybe we come next year again! ;)

Insgesamt eine tolle Erfahrung

Wir hatten einen schönen Familienurlaub in San Teodoro. Der Ort hat alles was man so braucht. Ortskern und Strand sind innerhalb von ca 30 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist in einer ruhigen Umgebung und sehr schön und außerdem gut ausgestattet. Leider gibt es kein Internet in der Wohnung, da gibt es Nachholbedarf. Ich habe mit einem Whirlpool gerechnet, das war aber wohl mein Fehler. Die Müllentsorgung ist etwas kompliziert, man muss jeden Tag einen anderen Behälter vor die Tür stellen, damit man nicht am Ende des Urlaubs zum Recyclinghof fahren muss, denn es darf kein Müll zurückgelassen werden. Für unseren Aufenthalt im Frühjahr hätten wir uns noch eine gemütlichere Sitzgelegenheit im Innenbereich gewünscht.

I wonderful property in a great location

Alessandro is a WONDERFUL landlord, he made everything very easy and convenient for us, and he and Deb gave us all the information we needed for a great holiday. The property is lovely, in a quiet area and with nice views from the roof. The beds are very comfortable, and the showers have good water pressure. The grocery is a short walk away, and the walk to City Center is 5 minutes. Our entire party was very impressed with this property and would recommend it to any small group or family visiting San Teodoro!

Tres bon sejour

Tres belle villa d une propreté irréprochable ..la communication avec Debora s est tres bien passée.reactive et soucieuse que tout se passe bien ..mais nous n'avons pas eu la chance de la rencontrer ...la personne qui est venue pour controler était adorable ,souriante ...il y a tout ce qu il faut en ce qui concerne la vaisselle .la villa est tres bien concue sur 3 niveaux avec la partie inferieure qui peut etre completement isolée ( avec une autre cuisine donc ideal pour 2 familles) .jai juste trouve le salon un peu petit mais il y a une magnifique terrasse et comme il y avait du vent et qu il faisait un peu froid nous n avons pas pu en profiter à cette periode ) .un supermarché à même pas 5 minutes ..de très belles plages ..bref très bon séjour

Wunderschönes Haus in zentraler Lage

Wir haben eine Woche in dem Ferienhaus verbracht und haben es sehr genossen. Wir waren fünf Erwachsene und ein Kleinkind und hatten viel Platz. Das Haus ist außergewöhnlich gut ausgestattet. Von Küchengeräten wie Kaffeemaschine, Mixer, Pürierstab bishin zum Nähzeug ist alles da. Es gab auch Buntstifte und Duplo für unser Kind zum Spielen. Die Bäder haben sogar Wäschekörbe. Insgesamt ist das Haus sehr hell und liebevoll eingerichtet. Im Dachgeschoss befinden sich zwei Schlafzimmer und ein Bad. Von hier aus gibt es auch einen Zugang zu einer Mini Dachterrasse. Im Erdgeschoss liegen Küche, ein WC und das Wohnzimmer mit großem Balkon und Grill. Vom Wohnzimmer gelangt man ins Souterrain. Hier befindet sich eine eigene Wohnung bestehend aus Bad, Schlafzimmer und eine Küchenzeile. Für uns war es unten mit kleinem Kind perfekt, weil es eine Tür vor der Treppe gab. Diese konnten wir schließen und unser Kleinkind beruhigt rumlaufen lassen. Es wurde uns auch ein Babybett bereitgestellt. Einen Kinderstuhl haben wir allerdings nicht gefunden. Die Schlafräume und das Wohnzimmer sind mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet. In der Küche gibt es eine Spül- und eine Waschmaschine. Die Lage der Wohnung ist wirklich ideal. Zum Eurospin sind es 5 min zu Fuß und auch die Innenstadt ist fußläufig erreichbar (ca 15min). Die Kommunikation mit Alessandro lief super. Er ist sehr hilfsbereit. Das einzige was man beachten muss sind die 15€ für Handtücher und Bettwäsche pro Person. Man kann diese aber auch sparen und selbst mitbringen. Wir können das Haus sehr empfehlen!

Tolle Unterkunft für einen entspannten Urlaub

Wir waren im Oktober auf Sardinien. Die Außentemperaturen waren also moderat, so dass wir weder Klimaanlage oder Heizung benötigten. Die Bilder geben den tatsächlichen Zustand des Hauses wieder, es ist super eingerichtet. Die Medien wie TV haben wir nicht verwendet, da trotz Satellitenanlage leider keine deutschen Programme gespeichert waren. Die Küche war top ausgestattet. Etwas schwierig war es mit dem Müll, da scheinbar bedingt durch die Jahreszeit, die Müllabfuhr nicht mehr alle Müllsorten abholt. Außerdem wird anders sortiert als in Deutschland, hier werden ein paar Piktogramme hilfreich. Den Kunststoffmüll mussten wir zur Deponie fahren, was ohne Auto nicht möglich gewesen wäre, da es zu weit außerhalb liegt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ist perfekt, bei Fragen antwortet er sehr schnell und ist immer hilfsbereit. Einzig mit den Matratzen kamen wir nicht so gut klar, aber das ist sicher eine persönliche Einschätzung. Wir würden das Haus auf jeden Fall wieder nehmen, Es ist für 8 Personen angegeben, wir waren mit 4 Personen da, nach unserer Einschätzung sind 4 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder perfekt.

Schönes Haus & schöne Lage

Ein wirklich schönes Haus inkl. guter Ausstattung. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Ausflugsziele wie Strände befinden sich in der direkten Umgebung. Leider ist kein WLAN vorhanden. Man sollte diesbezüglich also etwas planen.

Urlaub auf Sardinien

Der Urlaub den wir in der Super eingerichteten Ferienwohnung genießen durften, war Wunderschön. Der Vermieter ist jederzeit per Mobiltelefon erreichbar, und hilfbereit. Die Ferienwohnung entspricht genau den Bildern und ist wirklich für 5 Personen super dimensioniert. Alles was man benötigt ist in dirketer Nähe, Supermarkt, Bäcker, Pizzeria. Der Strand ist San Teodoro ist leider auch außerhalb der Saison stark überlaufen, aber es gibt ja noch andere wunderschöne strände in der Nähe. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank ab unsere Viemieter

Ottima struttura di nuova costruzione, padroni di casa gentilissimi

Abbiamo trascorso nel mese di Agosto 2018 una vacanza in questo appartamento in ottima posizione a 1 km dal centro di San Teodoro e a 15-20 minuti di macchina dalle migliori spiagge della zona. La struttura è di recente costruzione e pulitissima, strutturata su 3 piani con la zona giorno nel piano centrale e 2 zone notte indipendenti che danno la possibilità a 2 nuclei famigliari conviventi di mantenere una certa indipendenza nel ore notturne e una comoda convivenza nelle ore diurne. All'ultimo piano c'è un solarium che permette durante la notte di godersi la tranquillità ammirando il cielo stellato. I padroni di casa sono gentilissimi e disponibili. Consigliatissima alle famiglie che vogliono godersi il mare della Sardegna in una zona tranquilla ma vicini al centro di San Teodoro.

Ausgezeichnet - jederzeit gerne wieder

Das Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Neubausiedlung, ins Zentrum von San Teodoro sind es zu Fuß ca. 15 Minuten, zu den nächstgelegenen wunderschönen Stränden braucht man mit dem Auto 10 - 30 Minuten. Supermarkt, Bäcker und ein sehr gutes Restaurant sind jeweils 10 Gehminuten entfernt. Das Haus ist neu und sehr geräumig, wir haben uns dort in unserem Familienurlaub mit 4 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern sehr wohl gefühlt. Im EG befindet sich ein großer Wohnraum mit großem Flachbild-TV, die gut ausgestattete Küche und eine große Terrasse mit ausreichend Sitzgelegenheiten und einem Gasgrill. Im OG sind zwei Schlafzimmer und ein Bad, im Souterrain befindet sich eine separate Einliegerwohnung mit eigenem Ausgang / Eingang in den Garten, sie besteht aus einem Aufenthaltsraum mit Küchenzeile, einem Bad und einem Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett. Die Fotos und die Beschreibung entsprechen den tatsächlichen Gegebenheiten. Für einen Familienurlaub ist das Haus aufgrund seiner Lage und seiner großzügigen Raumaufteilung ideal und absolut empfehlenswert. Gut gefallen hat uns auch die Möglichkeit des flexiblen Check In und Check out, auch die Kontaktaufnahme mit den Vermietern funktionierte ohne Probleme und zu jeder Zeit per Telefon bzw. per Whatsapp bestens und ohne Verzögerungen. Herzlichen Dank an Alessandro und Debora sowie an Alberto und Donatella , dass Sie uns so nett und freundlich betreut haben.
