Two double bed-roomed, two twin bed-roomed luxury villa sleeps eight on the picturesque gated Urbanisation of Los Nebrales on the outskirts of Coin, set in beautiful well kept gardens with waterfalls and wildlife. 10 minutes drive from Mijas Pueblo, 20 minutes drive from the lovely Sandy beaches of Cala de Mijas, Fuengirola and Marbella. Two minutes drive to bars and restaurants. Five minutes drive to the lovely Alhaurin Golf Resort and 15 minutes drive to La Cala, Santana and Lauro golf courses. The property is furnished to a high standard a real home from home, with fully fitted and well-equipped kitchen which opens onto a very large patio with sun beds, tables and chairs for alfresco dining. A large movable umbrella offers shade if needed and a hammock can be moved for relaxing in the sun or shade. There is a large gas barbecue on the patio and an outdoor table tennis table, dartboard and several family games together with a large box of children’s beach toys that can be used.
With leather sofas in the lounge and a sofa bed for unexpected guests this delightful room makes a great place to relax out of the sun. Four good sized comfortable bedrooms with master bedroom having king sized bed, en suite bathroom with Jacuzzi and dressing area. There are two other bathrooms one on the ground floor and the other on the first floor. For privacy and security and to ensure a good nights sleep there are shutter blinds fitted. The terraces on the first floor provide a quiet place to relax with a book and a glass of wine whilst the large patio is an ideal place for the family to get together.
There are three big supermarkets 10 minutes driveway in Coin, including Aldi and Lidl. A large shopping mall in Mijas is just 20 minutes away. The Villa is situated in an area of outstanding natural beauty, a short walk to the beautiful waterfalls of Barranco Blanco and within easy reach of El Chorro where the eagles fly high above the rock face. The Villa provides an excellent base, central to the city life in Malaga, the Opulence and nightlife of Puerto Banus and the lovely beaches along the coastline.
This is our piece of tranquility, a true family home where we love to be and we hope that you would feel this too.

Wonderful stay

We loved our stay at this property. We got a personal welcome on arrival, which was great. The property was very thoroughly cleaned and the condition of the furniture was very good. All the appliances worked in the house. I thought the inside of the house was bigger than it looked on the photo's. The owners and property manager were very helpful both before and throughout our stay. This estate is very secure with gates for entry and exit. Our favourite part of the house was the options for outside, Sunbeds, dining table and chairs, outside sofa's, hammock & gas bbq. There is also an excellent terrace out the front on the first floor. The pool heater worked perfectly, getting the pool as warm as you could possibly want it to be with the help of the cover. Even when the temperature at night went down to 7 deg C the pool was still up to 30 deg in the afternoon. There is also a small unheated communal pool you can use. Other than that there aren't many things to walk to (no shops, cafes or bars) and pedestrian access to the little road at the bottom seemed to be blocked off. The only issue with this property is that there is another property to the left that directly over looks the garden (not shown in the photos). We didn't have any issues with the residents of this property apart from a bit of DIY noise. Overall I would definitely stay at this property again. Many thanks.

Amazingly peaceful and relaxing

Gated community so we felt very safe, villa was amazing, clean, spacious had everything we needed. Pool was spotless. Perfect place to just relax and recharge. Hosts were brilliant answering every query and letting us check in early and check out very late due to our flights. Would highly recommend this villa and would definitely stay again.

Los Nebrales

Very nice property a little far away from towns if you go out in the evening. Public transport virtually none existent. Taxis 25 euro each way into Mijas Pueblo which is very nice. Nearest beach 20-25 minutes away.not a problem for us aswe very rarely use them.

Lovely home

We had a lovely stay. Excellent communication even before we left England. Maite met us at the gates to the complex and showed us where the house was and gave us a tour in the house explaining everything. Everything you could possibly need was in the house. Lovely spacious house and excellent seating area outside and a lovely pool. Would definitely recommend this house and we hope to do a return visit in the future

1st family holiday

We picked this villa due to the close nature of a family wedding at corjito Rosa blanca. The villa itself was amazing and alison was a fantastic help on the run up to our holiday. The only downside was the availability of Uber/bolt. For every one Uber we got 5 or 6 would cancel, one kind Uber driver took the time to explain that Uber don't actually operate in the area. This meant we had to pay well over the odds to get a taxi to take us to the wedding venue and they insisted on booking in a pick up time rather just calling/messaging them as and when we would liked picked up. Would highly recommend hiring a car so that you can explore the area as we did pass many beautiful places that we would've loved to visit. It ended up being a relaxing holiday rather than an adventurous one but we had a good time none the less.

A lovely villa on a very pleasant urbanisation

A lovely villa in a beautiful setting, very well equipped and spotlessly clean. Maite was very helpful and came out immediately with gas after it ran out and we had no hot water. She also changed the bedding and towels during our fortnight's stay, though not sure this would have been done had we not enquired about it. We were a little surprised to find that the downstairs bedroom appeared to have previously been a utility room .There is a tiled wall, a sink, access to the garage and cupboards housing the washing machine and boiler. Unfortunately, family members sleeping here were disturbed several times during our stay by the fan on the boiler switching on and off during the night. As an occasional bedroom that's fine, but we would have appreciated this being mentioned in the villa description so that we could have made an informed decision whether it suited our needs. All in all though, a great place and many thanks for the welcome wine and fizz!

Beautiful villa

The villa itself is really lovely and a lot of thought has gone into providing everything you need for a family holiday. The children loved the pool and the table tennis and the games and there was loads of seating and kitchen equipment. Maite was very helpful and responsive. The only drawback for me was the neighbours and the noise. There was noise from power tools, dogs, parties and swearing from the neighbours which wasn't very nice. Clearly the property owners can't control this but if you're looking for somewhere quiet then this may not be ideal. Although it was very quiet at night and when you're inside the villa you can't hear anything.

Superb villa

The villa was everything we could have asked for with entertainment for the big kids as well as the little one. There is every you could wish for except pool towels but other than that there were no issues. Unfortunately there in nothing on the complex other than a communal swimming g pool which we didn't use as the one at the villa was enough for us so you would definitely need a car to get anywhere and there are shops and restaurants close by

Great villa

We had a great holiday in this villa. The kitchen is well equipped, the bedrooms are spacious and comfortable and the pool is lovely. It is in an urbanisation and you do need a car to get anywhere. There are some amazing places to visit nearby such as Ronda, Mijas and Antiquera.

Excellent property.

Where to begin??? Prior to our eventual arrival we had actually booked this property for August 2020, but had to cancel due to the covid travel restrictions. Owners Allison and Martin were excellent in their communications and fully understood our problem. We rebooked for 2021 and finally had to take a bit of a chance and just go. Thankfully Spain stayed on the Amber list so no big problems. On our final arrival the property was spotless. Property manager Maite met us and showed us around etc. The villa is spacious, well furnished and the AC worked excellently; thank goodness because we had temps up-to 44C in the shade on some days!!! Pool and bath towels were supplied together with a full set of clean bed linen. Beds very comfortable. Some English programs on the TV. Kitchen well equipped with everything one could want. The pool was superb. Water remained clean throughout our 4 week stay and the pool guy cleaned it fully every week. The patio furniture was more than sufficient for us all with plenty of soft covers and cushions, and the outdoor games were very well used, especially the Home Pool table. That was a great hit with our 15 year old grandson. All in this rates among the best villas that we have rented over the last 15 years. Our thanks to Allison, Martin, Maite and husband Jose

Wonderful Holiday!

We are two families with 3 young children (4,8 & 10 yrs) between us. We have just returned from 2 wonderful weeks in Los Nebrales, Coín. The villa was so lovely and clean on arrival and we were met and shown in by a lovely man, I forget his name. The pool man came each week, he was also very nice and had some good info about the area. You do need a hire car to get out and about, the supermarkets aren’t far at all but not walkable. The nearest place for bread/milk or a nice ‘cafe con leche’ for breakfast is a little cafe attached to the BP Garage just 4/5 mins drive. Also, nice for some Spanish tapas but it gets really busy! La Cala and Mijas are around a 20 min drive and Marbella about the same. We know the area but both well signposted. Neighbours have a very friendly ginger cat who often wandered onto the patio for a cuddle. Pool was lovely and clean, lots of sun beds and room to move them around. Lots of pool toys for kids, we left some too. Good kitchen utensils and had everything we needed. It really is a lovely home, we didn’t want to leave. Great communication from Alison too, always nice when booking online. The bottle of wine and welcome card was a lovely surprise too!

Lovely villa in quiet location but great access links

A beautiful villa on a lovely private gated community. A well equipped villa that was comfortable for 6 of us and could accommodate a further 2. A car is necessary as needed for trips out and shopping etc. Aldi, Lidl and Supermarkets only 10 mins away. Big pool and patio area that we all enjoyed and a big gas bbq for al fresco cooking. The villa has all home from home comforts and made even better by thoughtful touches of a welcome bottle of wine and games/activities for the family. We loved the pool and the table tennis, and a new found hobby of darts! Thank you to Alison and Martin for great communications when we had any questions. I really appreciated the swift replies. We all had a great holiday from teenagers up to Grandparents, we would highly recommend this villa. Many thanks

Alles was in orde. Het water in het zwembad was warm, zoals gevraagd. We konden ook vroeger inchecken en later uitchecken. Goede communicatie. Dicht in de buurt van winkels en restaurants. Toch is een auto aangeraden. We hadden een fantastich verblijf.

Buena zona y precioso alojamiento

La casa está en una bonita urbanización, cerca del pueblo de Coín 4 minutos en coche. Limpia,bonita y totalmente equipada, el tiempo no nos acompañó y no pudimos disfrutar del la terraza exterior, piscina, barbacoa etc…una pena.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt mit kleinen Schwächen

Wer es ruhig mag und relaxen will, der ist in diesem Objekt gut aufgehoben. Das Haus entspricht der Beschreibung. Manche Gegenstände (Grill) sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber im Ganzen war es sehr schön und wir haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen. Ungewohnt für uns war es, dass vom Toilettenpapier abgesehen, es keine "Grundausstattung" an alltäglichen Dingen gab...wie keine Geschirrspültabs, keine Küchenschwämme, nur die im Mülleimer befindlichen Müllsäcke....eine gewisse Grundausstattung wäre nett gewesen. TV lief erst nicht, auf Nachfrage wurden spanische Sender aktiviert. Da es sich um Sat-TV handelte, müsste es für ein internationales Publikum doch möglich sein, auch internationale Sender zu empfangen... Für den Empfang britischer Sender wurde eine Box angeschlossen, aber in der Fernbedienung waren keine Batterien. Trotz dieser Kritikpunkte kann man das Haus aber empfehlen. Wie in der Beschreibung stehend, diese Urbanisation ist abgelegen und ein Auto ist unbedingt erforderlich. Auf dem Grundstück war das Parken nicht möglich, aber auf der Straße gibt es genügend Stellplätze.

Dejligt pool område med hyggelige og gode sole & Sofaer

Virkelig dejligt hus, med 4 gode værelser. Poolområdet er rigtig hyggeligt lavet men gode lounge møbler. Fint køkken, hvor der er alt til at lave mad, og grille (gasgrill). Booking processen var god, og Alison og Martin svarede hurtig og klar på alle mail. De er meget service minded, og hvis der var noget kunne man bare ringe (de fik vi ikke behov for) Selve området er ikke så spændende men der er mange spændende steder at køre til inden for 1 times kørsel. Inden for 10 min kørsel er der alt hvad der skal bruges af supermarkeder. Negativt: Kun 1½ mandsseng i masterbeedroom, og en del byggestøj og hundegøen i løbet af dagen. Posiivt: Poolområde, Meget behageligt Aircondition, der ikke skabte et stor træk, Dart, Bordtennis bord (det blev til mange familie dart dyste :-) ) Alt i alt så vil vi gerne komme tilbage og bo her, næste gang vi er på ferie i området.

Lovely place, comfortable villa and great location

We spent a great week in this comfortable house. It is very spacious and well-equipped. The terrace is comfortable, with plenty of chairs and sunbeds. It is overlooked by the neighbour’s terrace and second floor but they are very discreet and we did not see them once. The heated pool, the ‘pool table’ and ping pong table were very welcome for our teenage boys. The house was spotlessly clean when we arrived. It is also very well situated, close to the coast (excellent roads to Mijas and Marbella) as well as to the beautiful Sierra de las Nieves mountain range. The only suggestions we would have: 1. to provide instructions on how to start the central heating, as the house was a bit cold in the evening and we could not get the system started 2. we would gladly pay a bit extra to have kitchen linen, detergent, dish washer tablets available. All in all we spent a great week in a comfortable house in a beautifull part of Spain.
