Siete i benvenuti nella nostra casa ("Waterlands Genoegen") che si affaccia sui prati sul retro, mentre si affaccia sul porto di Durgerdam dalla diga nella parte anteriore. Appassionati di sport acquatici possono divertirsi: la casa è sulla diga Markermeer.
Punto di partenza ideale per escursioni a piedi e in bicicletta in Waterland, la città dietro l'angolo. A soli 6 km dal centro di Amsterdam, si può godere di tutto ciò che Amsterdam ha da offrire. Inoltre, siete invitati a corsa, nuoto, canoa, pesca, windsurf, vela e c'è anche un campo da golf nelle vicinanze.
Il cottage è completamente attrezzata e ha un soggiorno / camera da letto, cucina, bagno con doccia e toilette separata. Le attrezzature della cucina includono un forno / microonde, bollitore, macchina per il caffè, cucina a due fuochi, frigorifero e freezer. Una culla è disponibile su richiesta. Il soggiorno è adiacente alla terrazza che si affaccia sul fossato e prati. Sulla terrazza (verso ovest) barbecue nel sole al tramonto. Per gli appassionati di canoa: si scende dalla terrazza in modo canoa (1 persona), che è a disposizione degli ospiti anche per un tour dei canali che attraversano la Waterland.
Parcheggio (gratuito) per il club sportivo nel villaggio (300 m); Carico e scarico può in cantiere presso il padiglione. Una bicicletta è disponibile per esempio per andare a fare shopping alla distanza Country Market in bicicletta 5 minuti.

Durgerdam e Waterland:
L'atmosfera rilassata al villaggio pittoresco porto di Durgerdam fa il visitatore presto dimenticare tutte le preoccupazioni della giornata. La città è composta quasi interamente da una lunga fila di pittoresco - per lo più in legno - case su una strada stretta in cima alla vecchia diga Zuiderzee e ha un villaggio protetto dal 1976. Durgerdam è a nord est di Amsterdam - così come altri villaggi antichi in questo settore come Waterland nota - a far parte della città di Amsterdam.

Nice and quiet bungalow close to the city of Amsterdam

The owners are really nice, they even welcomed us with some stroopwafels left on the kitchen table. The bungalow has everything you may need. It has a great view on the countryside even tough it is not far away from the city. In fact, you can park at P+R Zeeburg and take the tram 26 to the city center, all takes less than half an hour. If you're annoyed by the chaos of Amsterdam, the location is also convenient to easily visit the traditional villages of Volendam and Marken. We recommend it!

Great Experience :)

The property was clean, it has a lovely view, and the owners were super friendly. If there was something we needed, they helped us immediately, and even asked if we needed something from the supermarket when they went shopping. Although it is quite a way from Durgerdam into Amsterdam, I definitely recommend staying in this quiet little house for a few days.Had a great New Years Eve here :)

Ruhig & Erholsam

Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gefallen. Hier merkt man, dass Luxus zum Erholen gar nicht notwendig ist. Man konnte schöne Morgen- und Abendstunden auf der ruhigen am Bach gebauten Terrasse verbringen, während man am Tage seine Zeit in der Stadt genießen konnte. Die Beherbergung befindet sich fußläufig eine halbe Stunde von der nächsten Haltestelle entfernt, wo man binnen weniger Minuten direkt in der Innenstadt sein konnte. Die Reinigung war ebenfalls zufriedenstellend. Der Gastgeber war für jedes Anliegen offen und hilfsbereit. Gerne wieder!

Schöne Lage

Sehr schöne Lage am Deich mit einem Zimmer und schlafnische. Die Einrichtung ist abgegriffen und die sog. Küche hat nur zwei billigkochplatten aber keinen Backofen. Die Dusche ist rutschig und angerostet aber der Blick von der kleinen Terrasse traumhaft. Der Weg nach Amsterdam per Fahrrad nur 6km ist kurz und schön am Meer entlang.

Fijn verblijf in een prachtige omgeving! Mooi uitzicht van de zeedijk aan de voorkant van het huis en een mooie weide met veel wilde dieren op het terras. Om helemaal tot rust te komen en ontspannen ... . Ideale locatie om Amsterdam en omgeving te ontdekken samen met mijn 2 honden. Qua netheid kon beter. Veel spinnenwebben te zien, een paneel van de douche die hapert. Gerieflijke keuken, niet om uitgebreide maaltijden in te koken. Dat zijn de enige minpunten. Maar voor mij en de hondjes was alles aanwezig wat nodig was. Je komt niets te kort. Heb je een probleem. Je kan altijd bellen en het probleem wordt goed en vriendelijk opgelost.

Das Objekt war von der Lage her mit Hund super, man kann von dort wenige Kilometer zur Fähre mit dem Auto zurücklegen. Parken an der Fähre ist super. Die Fähre ins Zentrum von Amsterdam ist kostenlos.

Wunderschöne Zeit im Waterland und Umgebung

Kleines gemütliches Gartenhaus auf dem Grundstück des Vermieters ohne direkte PKW- zufahrt, was aber kein Problem darstellte. Parken kann man 300m entfernt auf dem Parkplatz am Sportplatz- es sind immer Plätze frei. Unsere Fahrräder konnten wir unter dem Vordach abstellen und haben sie über einen mitgebrachten 3fach-Verteiler über das Küchenfenster in der Küche geladen. Die Steckdosen sind zum Teil etwas "überholungsbedürftig" (3er bei Kaffeemaschine/Wasserkocher/Kochplatte) kleine Bitte an die Vermieter, da evtl. mal austauschen. Gartenhaus ist mit allem notwendigen Zubehör ausgerüstet, wenn etwas fehlt, einfach die Vermieter ansprechen. Bei uns war eine zusätzliche Bettdecke, da wir mit der extra größen Decke für 2 Personen nicht zurecht kamen. Arnout & Marthe sind sehr liebe und offene Leute :-) Die Lage am kleinen Jachthafen ist toll, man ist mit dem Rad oder öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln schnell in Amsterdam. Die Natur mit den vielen Brutgästen istwunderschön zu erleben - besonders die Radtour über Monnickendam, Katwoude,Volendam, Edam war Natur pur. Empfehlenswert auch eine Rundtour Mühlen von Kinderdijk - Groot-Ammers- Molenaarsgraf. Start ab Kinderdijk. Auch die Ausblicke aus dem Gartenhaus in die Natur - ein Fernglas liegt auch bereit- um die Hasen, Teichhühner, Wildgänse u.v.m. zu beobachten. Zum Einkaufen empfehlen wir den Landmarkt, der nur 2 km entfernt liegt und wo auch ein Restaurant die Einkehr ermöglicht. Unser Fazit - ein rundum gelungener Urlaub.

Alles top gewesen! Hat sogar mehr als unseren Erwartungen entsprochen! Wir lieben es dort! Die Beschreibung hat perfekt gepasst, der Gastgeber war super nett, direkt sehr sympathisch gewesen! Wir werden auf jeden Fall nochmal kommen! Wir haben uns sogar abends noch Räder holen können mit denen wir problemlos in 30min in der Stadt waren :)

Heel jammer dat mijn verjaardagscadeau zo tegenviel. Het tuinhuisje was vies. Je kon er geen fatsoenlijke maaltijd bereiden met 2 elektrische kookplaatjes en de oven/magnetron was vies. Het buiten was niet om aan te zien er was alleen maar troep van de verhuurder....verschrikkelijk !!! Weggegooid geld dus.

Amsterdam and Durgerdammerdijk Adventure

This was a great location - easy to get to downtown and equally easy to explore the countryside including Zaandam Schans Windmills - definitely a must see. Arnout and Marthje were awesome hosts and the accommodations were perfect.

This is a lovely place to stay if u enjoy wildlife, which we do.

The people here were friendly and helpful. The lighting and electrics could do with updating though. Very quiet and restful. We are not confident cyclists, so there was a 2 kilometre walk to the bus stop each day. We are fit and it did not rain so that was fine. We loved watching the hares, herons, starling murmmerations, cows and animals in the fields here. All in all a lovely stay.

Schöne Lage

Sehr nette Vermieter. Sprechen gut deutsch. Auch die Lage ist fantastisch. Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert, nur die Parksituation ist etwas sehr schwierig, wenn man mit dem Auto anreist. Aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau.

perfect hideaway outside the city

really enjoyed this little bungalow outside of the city. parking spot allowed for my partner & i to travel throughout the country and decompress after the days spent in Amsterdam (and the day after Kings Day)! the cows & sheep ensure no night is too lonely. thanks Arnout! hope to come back soon :)

Erholsamer Urlaub in traumhafter Gegend um Amsterdam

Wir hatten eine sehr schönen Aufenthalt in der kleinen Ferienwohnung. Die Lage in direkter Nähe zu Amsterdam war sehr schön. Mit dem Rad oder P&R ist das Zentrum schnell zu erreichen. Das kleine Fischerdorf lädt zum erholen ein. Gerade auch mit Hund eine sehr naturbelassene und ruhige Gegend mit viel Platz zum spazieren gehen. Die Ferienwohnung ist klein, hat aber alles was man braucht. Die Küche ist mit dem nötigsten ausgestattet. Bis auf einen Backofen haben wir nichts vermisst. Die Ferienwohnung war Sauber, obgleich sich aufgrund der umliegenden Natur das ein oder andere Spinnennetz in die Wohnung verirrt hat. Das stört aber bei der schönen Lage nicht. Vielen Dank an Fam. Wijs für den schönen Aufenthalt.

Then the cows came home

Outstanding. Although small, This property had all the amenities needed for our brief stay. Amsterdam is just a short 15 minute drive away. There’s a grocery close by. The backyard looks over a canal and working farm so there’s always something new to see. The hosts were most gracious. We would definitely stay here again. Love it.

Schöner Aktivurlaub mit Hund

Durgerdam, sehr ländlich gelegen aber sehr schön. Wir haben uns Fahrräder ausgeliehen, direkt gegenüber beim Hafen,dies lief problemlos und wir fuhren täglich sehr viele Kilometer mit dem Rad, nach Amsterdam waren es ca 30 Minuten, mit Fähre,aber die Route war sehr schön. Die Unterkunft war auch sehr schön, obwohl sie auf dem Hof des Vermieters war, hatte man seine Privatsphäre. Auf der Terrasse genossen wir täglich die Abendstunden bei Sonnenuntergang. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und freundlich und auch hilfsbereit.
