Built according to the traditional cycladic architecture and equipped with all modern amenities, the house is ideal for two couples or families with children. It is located in Krotiri, a quiet residential area on the outskirts of Parikia, 3km from the town center (vehicle recommended) and just 500m from the magnificent and wind-sheltered beach of Martselo.
It is part of the "Exochi Traditional Houses", a complex of four independent and fully equipped houses with spectacular sea views.

DESCRIPTION
The house is 105 sq.m. and consists of three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a cozy living room with dining room and a fully equipped kitchen.
The first bedroom has a queen-size bed, two bedside tables, a dressing table with chair, a three-door wardrobe, a/c and access to the side terrace from which you can enjoy the sea views.
The second bedroom has a bunk bed, a dressing table with chair, a two-door wardrobe, a/c and access to the same side terrace overlooking the sea.
The third bedroom has a queen-size bed, two bedside tables, a three-door wardrobe, a/c and access to its own private terrace.
Both bathrooms have a shower, toilet and washbasin. Essentials are included (toilet paper, hand soap, shower gel and shampoo).
The living-dining room is a large room with a sofa, television, decorative fireplace, a/c and a dining table for 6 people.
The kitchen is fully equipped (basic kitchen equipment, dishes, cutlery, standard size refrigerator, filter coffee machine, Nespresso, toaster, kettle, citrus juicer, dishwasher, dishwashin liquid) and connected to the front terrace which has a dining and sitting area, where you can eat or relax while enjoying the sea view.
