The stylish Villa Can Lleida Valero, set within extensive private grounds and offering beautiful views over the surrounding countryside, is a spacious property with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, private pool as well as outdoor jacuzzi. Beautifully set at the countryside of Pollensa, yet just a short drive away from stunning sandy beaches and villages, Villa Can Lleida Valero is set to impress. Relax in the well kept gardens under the Mallorcan sun, or take a stroll along the countryside, or just chill out in the air-conditioned interiors: this villa has all the ingredients for a holiday to remember.

Inside, the villa has been furnished with taste and style making wide use of traditional elements and modern comforts. There are 4 bedrooms in total, together with 3 bathrooms and large lounges. The property is set over 2 floors.

On the ground floor there is a large lounge (wi-fi internet, satellite TV) with adjoining kitchen (fully equipped) and dining area. Large patio doors lead out to the terraces/pool area. On this floor there are also 2 welcoming air-conditioned bedrooms (respectively a double and a twin, both air-conditioned) and 2 bathrooms (one family shower room and a full bathroom en-suite to the master bedroom).
On the airy upper floor, provided with beautiful beamed ceilings, there is a further lounge, 2 air-conditioned bedrooms and a family bathroom with shower. The bedrooms are respectively a double and one with 3 single beds.

Outside, the villa is set within stunning grounds with lawn, private pool, dining areas, barbecue, pool, jacuzzi and even a small pond with fountain! This is for sure the perfect area to enjoy the beautiful Mallorcan sunshine in total relaxation. The large private pool measures 11.20m x 4.35m (depth is between 0.9m and 2m), access is via Roman steps. Comfortable sunbeds and parasols are provided for the guests to enjoy. The shaded terrace surrounding the villa is also equipped with comfortable sofas and dining facilities, for delicious al-fresco meals.

The tourist tax is included in the rates. Air Con available- from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00.

Villa Can Valero

The villa was rustic and very typically Spanish. It was ideally situated for the beach and cycling and extremely well equipped. The indoor space was large enough for our group but the views outside were spectacular. It had a fab pool and whirlpool and was private and quiet. Do be aware if you dont like chickens, cockerels and cats then it’s not the place for you as the wildlife can be noisy. Neighbouring local dogs can be heard barking along with the frogs in the natural pond in the grounds. This was fine for us as we are used to country living. We initially had a few teething problems with the plumbing but it was sorted extremely quickly without inconvenience by the agency. If you want a modern villa don’t come here but if you like Spanish traditional then it’s the perfect place. We loved it. It was a bit tricky to find so a sign from the main road would be helpful but all in all it suited us perfectly.

Schönes grosszügiges Familiendomizil

Wir waren corona-regel-bedingt mit 6 Personen in der für 8 ausgelegten Villa. Die Villa und das Gelände sind grosszügig, viel Platz für alle. Viele Sitzmöglichkeiten. Pool ist toll. Sehr positiv, dass viel Geschirr da ist, man kommt ohne gleich immer abzuwaschen hin. Genügend Handtücher (auch zum Wechseln) waren toll. Tolle grosse Küche, alles funktionierte super. Man braucht unbedingt ein Auto, Lage zu Pollenca und Alcudia ist toll. Viel schöner ‚Biolärm‘ (Froschteich, Gänse, Hähne, Vögel…) Villa hat Charme aber ist in die Jahre gekommen. Kleinigkeiten könnten sicher verbessert werden für den Preis. Alles in allem aber ein toller Urlaub.

Excellent location

The house and pool area are excellent for family vacation. The location itself is quiet and perfect for recreation. While we did stay at the Villa con Valero, an issue popped up with the water heating system and the mechanic (facility manager?) arrived within minutes and fixed it within two hours. Special thanks to that awesome person. He really did care. The kitchen and the bathrooms are really outdated. If you know what to expect - it´s perfectly fine. But if a guest expect a modern standard, than it may lead to low rating.

Positiv: -Großer Pool -Schöner Whirlpool -Gute Kücheneinrichtung, großer Kühlschrank -Sehr einfache An- und Abreise (Schlüsselkasten einfach und gut erklärt) Top Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis (8 Personen für 6 Tage 1900€) -Frühere Ankunft völlig unkompliziert (eigentlich erst ab 17 Uhr möglich, nach einem Anruf konnten wir schon um 12:30 Uhr in die Villa und den ersten Tag voll ausnutzen) Negativ: -Betten quietschen (nicht ganz so bequem) -Whirlpool und Pool Reinigung funktioniert nicht (evtl. nicht erklärt wie diese angestellt wird falls vorhanden) -Ameisen am Haus (kann der Vermieter nichts für) -Alarmanlage wurde nicht erklärt (die Putzfrau hat diese bei Ankunft deaktiviert, konnte aber zu wenig Deutsch/Englisch um uns zu erklären, wie diese eingestellt wird. Villa was spacious

Villa was difficult to locate as there was no sign with the villas name. There was chickens, barking dogs and a lot of noisy frogs in the pond which disturbed sleep. The villa was clean and comfortable. We arrived at 2am it was cold and there was no instructions in how to put the heating on. A car is essential.

Villa is down a long narrow lane, must be 3-4 km with our group of 8 needed a mini bus type vehicle which made driving hazardous. Definitely need a vehicle to get to supermarket, beach etc.

beautiful villa perfect for big families

We had a very enjoyable stay. Any query we had was promptly actioned. The villa had everything needed and plenty of space for a large family. We had parents, in-laws and teenagers - perfect for everyone. The area is gorgeous and so easy to get to Alcudia and porta pollenca as well as pollenca town. The only negative was the villa is actually called Can Valeru and the directions given were not very clear. However we got there in the end meeting very helpful people on the way and then no further trouble. To be fair I dont think the early flight helped us when we were navigating!

Wunderschönes, gepflegtes Anwesen in herrlicher Umgebung

Unseren Aufenthalt in der schönen Villa Can Lleida-Valero haben wir sehr genossen. Alles gepflegt und in gutem Zustand. Ausstattung lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig. Zu dieser Jahreszeit (Anfang Mai) absolut zu empfehlen.

Super Haus an ruhiger Lage

Schöner Garten toll gemacht mit der zwei Pools, schade kann man das kleine nicht heizen. Die Küche ist riesig und mit wirklich allem ausgestattet. Die restliche Einrichtung ist auch gut. Schade war das das Haus als wir angekommen sind nicht wirklich sauber geputzt war auch im Garten haben wir noch diverse Gläser von vergangenen Partys gefunden.
