This spacious well-equipped apartment is in a converted traditional farmhouse, set in 10 acres of farmland, nestling in the stunning countryside near Casoli.
It is only 50 km from Pescara international airport, served by Ryanair and Alitalia.
As you will see from the photographs, there are spectacular hiking routes in the Majella mountains, easily accessible from the apartment.
The apartment is only 30 km from beautiful Adriatic beaches, and only 35 km from stunning ski slopes. This area of Abruzzo has much to offer whether you are looking for an active or more relaxed break. From mountain walking, cycling, skiing and water sports to soaking up the history of churches, museums, hilltop towns or the Gustav Line. It is perfectly situated for pursuing hobbies such as painting and photography, and may just inspire you to 'write that book'.
The area is well served by restaurants providing traditional local cuisine and wine.
To get maximum benefit from your stay, a car is essential.
We welcome visitors looking for a minimum 4 day break to those wishing to spend much longer in the region.
There is a 9.5 x 4.5m pool to cool down in, swim or play water voleyball. The apartment also includes a BBQ, outdoor furniture, laundry facilities and for the winter traveller, a cosy log burning stove with central heating.
