This charming and character cottage located in the town of Grasmere in the Lake District and can sleep six people in three bedrooms.
Rowan Cottage is a charming 19th century stone terrace that overlooks the fells of Grasmere. The cottage sleeps six people and has two double bedrooms (one with an en-suite) a twin room and a family bathroom. The first floor features a spacious kitchen diner and lounge with living flame fireplace. Characterful features throughout add to this property's charm. Just a stone's throw away from the shops and restaurants of Grasmere village and with a local pub on its doorstep, Rowan Cottage is a great holiday home for any season. It includes one parking permit and free wifi throughout.
Amenities: Gas central heating and gas fire. Gas oven and hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine/dryer, TV, video, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc in rent. Travel cot and highchair available. Parking permit for 1 car. Additional parking to be purchased at Red Bank Road car park (200m from the cottage). Parking costs £30 for 7 days, £15 for 3 days. Shop and pub within walking distance. Note: This property is next door to a restaurant
