Perfecto!

For us this was a great place to stay. Close enough to the busier centre to get there quickly but quiet enough to get a good night's sleep. Laura and Sofia (who met us at the apartment) were both very helpful and friendly. Grazie mille for a lovely stay in Bologna

a perfect stay.

The property was just as advertised and just what my wife and i hoped it would be.The location was great within walking distance to every thing.there were plenty of bars and restaurants that the locals used, which we really liked and felt comfortable in.

Second stay here

We booked the same apartment almost as soon as we got home from Bologna last year as we both agreed that the location along with the private balcony and inexpensive rent made this the perfect choice for us. Laura is also very helpful and answers any queries very quickly. She even gave us some information about special events that were on during our stay. We had another fantastic holiday in Bologna.

Lovely apartment close to city centre about 20' away and living in the real Bologna city with local

2 weeks stay but we travelled easily by train to Ravenna x2,Florence,Parma and Ferrara.Great for walking around,eating & drinking and seeing most of the sites.Loved the walk to Sans Lucca along the porticoes but need to be fit

Peaceful apartment in the centre of Bologna

Great little apartment in the centre of Bologna. The location is peaceful with views over the hillside, and yet only minutes away from shops, bars and restaurants. We enjoyed exploring the nearby area on foot. Laura was always on hand to give advice. I highly recommend staying at this property.

Bologna is fabulous

Laura’s little flat was the perfect place for us. We were there for a month. It has all you need for a comfortable stay. The area is becoming very trendy with loads of cafes, restaurants and a super ice cream parlour. There are super markets and corner shops within walking distance. A bus stop is just outside. But we enjoyed all the walks. The main square, Piazza Maggiore, is about a 20 min walk away. Just note that there are 46 stepsup to the flat. If you can’t use the traits, this place isn’t for you. We loved it.

Well-located, comfortable and welcoming

This small simple apartment makes the perfect base for exploring Bologna. It is a 5 to 10-minute walk to Piazza Maggiore, a few seconds from a small supermarket for collecting provisions, quiet, clean and comfortable. What could be better?

Great location

I would recommend this property for couples - it is quite small but perfectly suited for a couple to have a comfortable stay (we stayed 2 weeks). The location is excellent for walking in the old town and very quiet with the rooms and terrace being around the back of the building away from any noise of traffic. Loved the quirky layout of the building. Laura was very warm and welcoming and gave us lots of information and advice. She was also quick to answer any queries we had while there, and was happy to book a taxi for us on our departure day. Thanks Laura! We loved Bologna.

lovely appartment in a good location

We stayed here for 4 nights in July. The apartment was as described and perfect for us. It was spacious enough, clean and functional for all needs. We could easily have made meals there but as the food was so good generally we ate out. The apartment is really quiet, no noise from the road. Good small supermarket up the road and bread shop/pasta shop/cafes etc all easy distance. The air conditioning in the bedroom was essential as it was very hot even by Bologna standards. It is a good location for all sights, restaurants etc. The train station is a bus ride away but that is very easy. We went to Ferrara for a day and you can easily get to Florence or Padua etc. Laura is the perfect owner, totally helpful and informative and quick responses to any questions. Would highly recommend. Thanks Laura!

Room with a view

We loved staying in this apartment for 11 nights which we found was very convenient to get to the centre of Bologna and it had all the services we needed very near and within walking distance. The view from the attic bedroom with its small terrace was very pleasant and we enjoyed having our morning coffee and evening drink on the terrace. We found the apartment had all that we needed but have to say that a mirror in the bedroom would be nice as there was only the mirror in the bathroom. We didn't spend a lot of time in the apartment as Bologna and its surroundings has a lot to offer so we were out and about but it was nice to come back to after a long day out and although it is situated on a busy road once in the apartment you would not be aware of this.

Charming Apartment

My wife and I stayed at this apartment while we were visiting our daughter who is studying this semester at the University of Bologna. Laura is very nice and took care of us and answered all our questions. The apartment was clean and spacious enough for me and my wife. We made a couple meals and invited our daughter to dine with us, and we all felt at home. The kitchen was supplied with everything we needed.The bedroom and bathroom were neat and clean, just the way we like it. Also, the view of the hills of Bologna from the terrace off the bedroom made us feel like we were in the country. The location is fine with a market close by for supplies like food and wine. Plenty of good restaurants all over, and good shopping too. I highly recommend having dinner at Franco Rossi restaurant. Make a reservation and go. This was the best meal we had in Bologna, and one of the best of the 7 cities that we visited in Italy. The waiters spoke decent English, the food was fabulous, and the red wine was very fine! Everything is close enough to see or visit on foot. We walked to the train station a few times for day trips to Florence, Pisa and Lucca. That is about a 25 minute walk. But there are buses that will take you there if you're in a hurry. If you go to Bologna, I do recommend staying here!

Ideal apartment for exploring Bologna

I stayed in this property for 3 week in February. It's a great place to stay and i would recommend it for a stay in Bologna. The house has everything that you need for either a long or short stay and is also very quiet. It's also only 10 mins walk from the main centre of Bologna, and really close to a supermarket. The owner, Laura, is also very nice. It was nice to know that she was available if i needed help with anything, but also just left me to enjoy here house and Bologna. If you're coming to Bologna then you should definitely stay here, you won't be disappointed. I would recommend it to anyone. You can book with confidence.

Appartamento molto comodo e silenzioso al secondo piano situato vicino a tutto nel centro di Bologna. A lovely apartment

I very much enjoyed my stay here. The apartment was perfect for me and Laura was very kind and helpful. Kitchen is fully equipped and the bathroom has a good sized shower, larger than I have seen in other apartments I have stayed in while visiting Europe. And I found the bed to be extremely comfortable! Secure building in a quiet neighborhood, a bit out from the center but quite walkable.

Adorable apartment, well located, super comfortable bed and gorgeous view off the terrace! All the sights, markets and restaurants were well within walking distance. Laura was always available to answer questions. There was nothing lacking in the apartment and we really love the vibe. Cozy and spacious all at once!

Very good location

Had some communication issues as owner does not speak English. Worked it out using Whatsapp. I had two back to back reservations and owner was confused. Late check in a result of apartment needing to be cleaned. Lots of stairs. 47 steps to get to unit and a dozen more to the bedroom. Cute place with balcony/patio. AC only in upstairs bedroom. Suggested to owner to ad fan downstairs. No instructions included for European style washing machine.

Perfect Apartment in Bologna

We stayed here for 21 days while visiting Bologna & the Emilia-Romagna region. It’s location is perfect short taxi from arrival airport and short 20 minute walk to train station if you wish to explore other towns which we did a lot. There are good restaurants nearby, grocery stores and many places to have your espresso or morning cappuccinos. Short walk less than 5 minutes the historic sites of Bologna. The apartment was charming and modern. The bathroom has been newly renovated and has a beautiful full standup shower which we were quite happy to find out as my husband is tall. Laura kept in contact if we needed anything. The apartment was well stocked, we made good use of the terrace overlooking the Bologna hillside to have our morning coffee. It was the perfect apartment for our stay and will be returning.

Great Apartment!

My husband and I have a lovely stay at Laura’s apartment. It is exactly like the photos: charming yet modern. It is almost a 30 minute walk to the train station which was perfect for us as we used it four times during our stay. The bedroom is very quiet even though it is a fairly busy street in a large city, so we slept well each night. The historic district is less than 5 minutes away, so it is an excellent location for eating and touring sites. There are also two excellent grocery stores nearby. We will definitely stay here again when in Bologna.

We had a wonderful time, Laura was a lovely host. The communication with her was super easy and she had a lot of recommendations for us. The area is really good to explore with a lot of nice places and restaurants. Public transport is no problem, the apartment is super central. The place is lovely, with a good atmosphere and everything was super clean. We would definitely coming back!
