Sterling Sands, är enheten 211 direkt på stranden och viken front! Sterling Sands är en fantastisk, havet egendom i hjärtat av Destin, med en av områdets största och minst trångt stranden fronter. Det finns inga gator att korsa och poolen är också klyfta fram så att du kan njuta av den vackra, hisnande utsikt över bukten medan du kopplar av vid poolen. Njuta av den uppvärmda utomhuspool, bubbelpool, gas utomhusgrill och träningsrum.

Omfattad tilldelad parkering ingår! Gratis Beach Service (stort paraply och 2 stolar) tillhandahålls från 1 mars till 31 oktober. Detta är $ 200 per vecka värde!

Hela lägenheten är renoverad! Lägenheten har lövträ-kakel hela tillsammans med ny färg. Det är dekorerat med lugnande kustblåser och spannmål, nya möbler, lampor, sängkläder och tillbehör. Köket har bänkskivor i granit och alla nya rostfria vitvaror. Det finns en kaffebryggare samt en Keurig. Du kan njuta av fantastisk utsikt över havet medan du sitter i vardagsrummet, köksbordet, eller samtidigt förbereda din måltid i den välsorterade kök!

Enhet 211 sover 6 med en king size-säng i sovrummet, en full över full våningssäng i det andra sovrummet och en drottning soffa sovande i vardagsrummet. Befälhavaren har en plattskärms-TV och DVD-spelare. Det andra sovrummet har också en platt-TV. Båda badrummen har nya fåfänglighet med granit och nya kakel golv. Befälhavaren bad har en jacuzzi.

Det finns en full storlek frontlastare tvättmaskin och torktumlare i enheten. Vi använder en dörr prefix så det finns inget krångel med att hålla upp med nycklar. Gratis wifi ingår i din vistelse. Denna enhet innehåller också en utsedd parkeringsplats i garaget! Beach Service finns att hyra kajaker och paddle boards.

Sterling Sands är nära attraktioner, shopping, restauranger och rätt på socker vita sanden på Destin Beach. Balkongen är den perfekta platsen att se delfiner! Du är bara en kort 5 minuters promenad till Back Porch Restaurant. Tvärs över gatan hittar du pizza, subs, dryck butik, strand butik och glass / yoghurt. Ta en kort promenad till banan för att åka go-cart, putt-putt, bungee, stötfångare båtar, arkadspel och så mycket mer.

Awesome Stay

First time at this property & it was great. The location & amenities are the best on the beach. It has a wonderful ocean front view with private beach. Sterling Sands is the only one with a heated pool. The people were very friendly & the host was very kind, helpful & very responsive. Really enjoyed our stay & would recommend this unit to anyone.

Perfect Vacation Spot!

This property has unobstructed views of the gulf and pool! It is beautifully decorated with costal vibes. The owner was awesome and so easy to communicate with. Checking in and out was a breeze! You can definitely tell the owner cares about you and the property. We did have some concerns with the cleanliness of the condo, but we were informed that the condo had been mistreated prior to our arrival. Besides that we uad a great time and definitely reccomend this property, it is beautiful!!wothbut wr wrte informed

Convenient location.

We enjoyed the covered parking and the beach chair service that were included with this condo. Views from the balcony were beautiful. The only improvements that could make it better are new mattresses and pillows.

Exactly like the photos!

This booking was extremely easy and convenient! Very convenient location to lots of local restaurants and shops, as well as the condo itself was conveniently located near the elevator and parking spot. The condo was absolutely beautiful and perfect to unwind and relax. The pool/hot tub area was very nice as well to relax after a day at the beach. Having the beach chairs and umbrella included was a very nice touch, it made it hard for us to want to leave the gorgeous beach! Our host was very friendly and responsive which put us at ease in case we may have any questions during our stay. It was overall a very relaxing and chill vacation and we will definitely be booking again for future vacations!!

Beautiful Location

First time in Destin and first time using VRBO. Location was great, lots of activities close by, easy check in and perfect parking in the garage. The condo does need a little tlc though. The mattresses were well worn, the main shower was a challenge to get into and the shower heads almost took my skin off. It also would not be amiss to have extra paper products in the bathrooms.

211 is as described (beautiful) and Stacey was wonderful to work with and very accomodating! Condo was meticulous, had a stunning view, easy access to everything, and the beach chairs and umbrella were a nice perk! We enjoyed everything about our trip and the property. I would highly recommend this property.

This property was very clean when we arrived. Easy parking. Perfect for two adults and the 2nd bedroom has full sized bunk beds. A family of 4 would be comfortable.

Beautiful views and very convenient location

Our family loved the beachfront view and the ease of access. The pool and hot tub were great. The condo was located close to the grocery stores and walking distance from restaurants (The Back Porch was awesome) and several souvenir shops and we also took advantage of the grills in the common area and stopped by Blalocks Seafood Market which was very close also for some fresh shrimp to grill. We had a blast and looking forward to our next stay. We planned on walking to Big Kahunas…but that will have to wait until next time as we spent all our time at the beach or the pool. The balcony was a great place for a cup of coffee in the morning to watch the sunrise too.

Great Beach Access, Helpful Owner

The unit was as advertised. Close to beach, pool area was great. Quality of kitchen items/utensils exceeded our expectations. The daily access to beach chairs and umbrella were an awesome perk. Owner was extremely helpful in checking in and keeping in touch on helpful info and with any questions we had during our stay. Nice place!

Just what we were looking for!

This was the perfect condo for our girls weekend! The condo had everything we needed and was in a great location and so close to the beach. And you can’t beat the view from the balcony, will definitely be coming back!

We have 2 children and have been making trips to Destin for 17 years and finally decided to make this our permanent vacation spot! We purchased this condo in September 2015 because of the spectacular view! Our condo was very dated so we started remodeling immediately. We wanted the condo to be a place where we could relax, unwind and enjoy our little piece of paradise. We want this condo to be up to the standards of other places we have rented. We have a clean, beautiful condo with high-end furnishings. We have been enjoying the condo with our family and we hope your vacation is as wonderful as ours.

Varför värden valde detta boende

We have stayed up and down the strip and absolutely love Sterling Sands. The property is well maintained and oceanfront. We have young children and didn't want to have to cross a street to get to the beach. My husband and I love to sit on the balcony in the evening and listen to the ocean. This property gives us all of that- no streets to cross, direct view of the ocean, and the ability to hear the ocean any time of the day or night!
