En stor pool i baghaven og en 15 minutters gåtur eller 5 minutters cykeltur til offentlig adgang stranden vil gøre dette til et perfekt sted for din ferie. Gå til den fantastiske alt du kan spise krabber restaurant en blok væk, hænge ud på din private pool. Cykel den 18 km lange sti ned i bugten eller bare se bølgerne fra flere dæk. Se dyrelivet i baghaven dune sø eller gå til outlet mall et par miles væk. Destin er tæt på samt mange golfbaner og sjove aktiviteter.

Great Family Reunion Home

We stayed with our family of 10 and were very comfortable! It was beautifully decorated and gVe us plenty of room. Be aware that you will get lots of steps in because it is 4 floors! The pool area was our favorite area and the grandkids hardly left the pool. We loved grilling and socializing around the pool as well. The nearby beach was stunning and N easy 15 minute walk. The owners were very easy to communicate with and very gracious

What an amazing property ! Our family of 10 thoroughly enjoyed all of the space, the pool, the hot tub and the close proximity to the beach. We really appreciated the owners and their hospitality.

Beautiful house, accommodating hosts

This house is stunning and fully stocked - we were pleasantly surprised by how well equipped the kitchen was. Our family of six (and 2 dogs) spent Christmas here and had a lovely stay.Pat and Jon are wonderful hosts - very responsive with any issues. All of the bikes had flat tires and we couldn’t get them full with the band pump; Jon came over with a heavy duty pump and got them all in riding shape. They also responded quickly with any questions. Only two things keep this from a 10/10 review. First, we had issues with the spa and pool. It was chilly that week and we didn’t expect to be able to really swim but we really enjoyed the spa - when it worked, it worked great. Unfortunately, it didn’t work all the time - a few times we turned it on to heat up and returned later ready to relax only to find it hadn’t heated. Jon quickly came out to resolve the issue but it happened again later in the week. Second, we thought the beach and park were much closer - one review say the park was “1 minute away” but understand that is driving, not walking. The park border is 100 yards from the house but the entrance is 1.2 miles away. The beach is about .5 miles. Both are definitely walkable but along a fairly busy road.

We loved our stay at Gulf Pearl! Home was beautiful, comfortable and well stocked for guests. Views of the lake and the Gulf of Mexico were out the back door. We saw bald eagles nesting in the trees while we enjoyed the hot tub, they would dip down in the lake and catch a fish and bring it up in the tree to enjoy. The hosts are very quick to respond to communications. We definitely recommend!!

Great quiet family get away

This property was so cute and just what our family needed to close out a very busy year! The bedrooms and living spaces were spacious and comfortable. The outdoor space was great for our family who wanted to enjoy the beautiful Florida weather and watch the NFL and college bowl games . The owners were very accommodating and very quick to respond to answer questions and gave us some great recommendations for local dining spots.

Vacation Getaway

Our family enjoyed our vacation stay at this piece of paradise. Close to the beach with views from the master suite. The backyard and pool area offered more than enough space for our family. The home was supplied with all the amenities necessary for our stay. Beautiful inside and out! Thank you so much.

Wonderful Home, Property & Location

Our family had a fabulous week at this home in Santa Rosa. The home is beautifully decorated, lots of space, well equipped kitchen, stock with the essentials, balconies on every floor with views of the pool, koi pond, lake behind the home or the beach in the distance. The lower level has a nice size pool, covered porch and sun porch as well as a fenced in grass area. Beach access is right up the street as well as a walking/bike path. Right off 30a there are several restaurants. Destin is 30 mins away. The home sits on a nice quite street.Perfect family getaway. We will definitely be back.

Perfect Family Vacation

This home was perfect for our family. The living area was open and spacious and the bedrooms were plenty spacious and comfortable. We cooked several meals and had everything we needed to prepare them. Our favorite thing was the backyard area with swimming pool. Plenty of chairs for lounging, great pool and deck as well as a yard that our dogs could use to run and play. Owners were very responsive and available for all of our questions.

Excellent location - access to private beach

The private beach access was fantastic - not crowded at all and pristine white sand with gorgeous turquoise water. Host was fantastic to communicate with and house was exactly as pictured! We walked to the beach or parked in a nearby spot along the road. This area of 30A seems like the least crowded which we loved.

A Beautiful Stay

Pat & John were wonderful local hosts that ensured the smallest of details. Great love went into this home and it is Beautiful. The Pool & Spa were Amazing & the Koi Pond was a Hit. We enjoyed our stay & hope one day to be back again.

All we needed!

We ended up enjoying the home as much as the beach itself. There was a riptide situation and seaweed washing up so with young swimmers we were nervous about staying at the beach and allowing them to play in the ocean even supervised. With the house we were able to relax and the kids could practice swimming until the flag was not red. We also brought our dog and was able to have her with us. We used every room with two kids, parents and daughter. It was all we needed!

Favorite Stay to Date

This house was perfect for our family of five and large pup! It was so spacious and comfortable. Super clean, well stocked and beautiful. Our kids are all in agreement that this was their favorite beach rental we have stayed in, and they are probably at 20+ beach trips! Great communication! We would be thrilled to come back!

Winter Respite

My husband and I enjoyed our winter break from cold weather while enjoying this beautiful property. Location was perfect and property was exactly as it appeared in pictures. Owners are lovely and were so kind during our stay. We will definitely stay again in the future!

Exceeded our expectations!

Our family could not have choose a better property to enjoy our 4 week vacation! The weather totally threw us under the bus the entire stay! However the house rescued us and provided every comfort we could have ever asked for! We made some of the best memories ever, the house was everything we could ever ask for! The living room fireplace was a huge hit as well as the hot tub! Kitchen was big and spacious! We enjoyed many hours of playing volleyball in the heated pool! Our pets absolutely hated leaving the large yard. See you next year Gulf Pearl!

Great place

We had a wonderful time at Gulf Pearl. The house was spacious and well equipped, even sharp knives. We loved the outdoor space and the quiet neighborhood. We’ll definitely be back!

Family Time!!

This was the first trip to the beach that we didn’t go to the beach. We enjoyed the pool and just relaxing around the pool. We even stayed at the house and cooked, completely different for us. The house had everything you needed and more. I didn’t need the sound of the ocean because we had the sound of the BEAUTIFUL Koi Pond. The owners are kind and wanted to make sure we were comfortable and had what we needed. Again one of the most relaxing family time we have had in Florida and we have been going for many years. Thank you Pat and Jon for letting us rent your beautiful house for the week. We all enjoyed it. Debbie

Lovely Week

We had a wonderful time at this house. We came with family and brought our dogs. The dogs loved running around chasing lizards in the large fenced in yard. When we had trouble with the Keurig (probably pilot error) and I reached out to Pat for some guidance, she very kindly brought over a new one though there was still a coffee pot and another Keurig for us to use. She was vey kind and super responsive. We would definitely consider staying at this house if we are in the area again.

Family Vacation

Our week was perfect! Our first vacation with our grandbabies, the house is perfect. The house is just as pictures show, beautifully decorated and clean. Main floor offers nice space for family togetherness and each bedroom provides nice space and privacy. Pat and Jon are awesome. Any questions or concerns that you have are answered immediately. We are looking forward to our next stay, House is close to beach access and lots of great restaurants and shopping.

We fell in love with the 30 A area in 2012 and moved here full time.

If you want to be south of 30A and stay in a home that is luxurious with ocean views, this is the home for you! At the end of the street is the 18 mile bike trail that lines the gulf called 30A. The house has a beautiful heated pool/spa and everything you need for an amazing vacation. This is our personal home and we put all the special touches in that you will love. The Koi pond with goldfish and a catfish that you cross when you enter the home is a special treat. We are leaving bikes for free.

On the quiet side of 30 A you have easy access to a Walmart, the outlet mall, and Destin. You are close to Gulf Place and barbecue restaurant which is a walk away. Gulf place is a mile away for more restaurants and fun.
