The building and its garages are secure. The beach and the old Chin are within walking distance in less than 15 minutes. By car, the Italian border is 10 minutes away and Monaco can be reached in less than 30 minutes.

The studio includes a main room with a fold-down double bed, a fitted kitchen, separate toilet and bathroom. A parking space is available in sheltered and secure garages.

NB: The apartment must be cleaned by each tenant before their departure.

Breath taking view

Great accommodations for 1 or 2 guest. Owner could improve instructions for setting up air conditioner, setting the fuse boxes and locating refrigerator condenser.

Breathing view of Menton

We were so pleased with our stay here in this apartment! The view is the best on the boulevard. The apartment is very quiet and a great retreat. It is very easy to walk down to town or the beaches. We would definitely love to coming back! Thank you

This place is truly awesome!

Perfect location and great view! The apartment is stocked well. Just be aware you will need sheets and towels. You are a 15 minute walk from the Menton Garavan station and 15 min walk from town. Sunrise is in total view as is the town of Menton and the beach!!! This place is totally as advertised and the host is great to work with!

Joli studio bien situé, vue magnifique sur le vieux Menton et la mer

À 10 minutes du centre de Menton avec vue imprenable sur la mer , ce studio offre juste de qu’il faut pour une jolie parenthèse. Très calme en mars et proche des station bus ou train pour éviter de prendre la voiture ( Nice , Monaco) . Parking spacieux. Une bonne adresse !!!

Une petite pause plaisante

Très bien. Appartement plutôt petit mais bien aménagé et bien équipé, avec un gros atout: la vue sur la baie de Menton. Parfait l'emplacement parking qui facilite le séjour: pas besoin de chercher une place où laisser son véhicule à proximité. Propriétaire disponible et accueillant au téléphone.Notre seule petite réserve concerne le système de location lui-même, qui n'est pas assuré directement par le propriétaire et du coup, un accès un peu complexe avec de multiples explications et de procédures à suivre, qui même si elles sont bien expliquées par écrit par le propriétaire rendent l'installation un peu plus contraignante et surtout, le fait que le ménage réalisé par les locataires qui se succèdent n'est pas forcément vérifié entre chacun et qu'il peut y avoir des surprises à ce niveau: en ce qui nous concerne, l'appartement était plutôt propre : cependant, j'ai balayé plus de dépôts et de miettes au sol que nous n'en avions fait en une nuit et sans utiliser la cuisine ( car pas de prise de repas à l'intérieur), et les locataires précédents avaient oublié leur poubelle dans le placard. Heureusement, elle ne contenait pas de produits périssables.Mais je pense que beaucoup de locations se font ainsi maintenant.

Vue grandiose

Nous avons passé une semaine à Menton. Arrivée et départ autonomes, très pratique. Le logement sur les hauteurs permet d'admirer toute la beauté des paysages. Il y manque juste 2 chaises confort/ou transat sur la terrasse. Pour des gens qui bougeons beaucoup comme nous, qui cherchions surtout un endroit pour dormir, le studio était parfait. Le bémol, c'est la clim, insuffisante pour rafraîchir le logement qui prend le soleil toute la journée. A prévoir : une alaise de rechange.

Terrasse bucolique sur la Méditerranée!

Mon épouse et moi avons passé 6 jours à cet appartement et nous avons grandement apprécié. Points positifs: localisation, tetrasse, parking, ascenseur. Seul point à améliorer est la climatisation, système portable qui a de la difficulté à refroidir la pièce en ces temps de chaleur intense.

L'emplacement du studio est parfait et l'appartement est très équipé. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas d'accès Wifi gratuit, de nos jours c'est plutôt courant.

Great stay!

We spent two nights in Menton, the apartment had everything we needed and the view from the large balcony was spectacular. We had some issues finding the garage but that was most likely due to us using a translator for the instructions we had been given by the host. We definitely recommend this place!

Super logement

Appartement très agréable et fonctionnel, et surtout la vue est magnifique ! Communication facile avec Arnaud qui a été très arrangeant. Petite proposition d'amélioration : remplacer le fer à repasser qui était HS lors de notre séjour :) A part ça rien à redire, nous reviendrons avec plaisir !
