En elegant och pittoreska toppnivåvåning i split-level i hjärtat av West Hampstead. Beläget strax utanför motorvägen ligger lägenheten på en lugn och grönskande bostadsgata. Omgivningen har en avslappnad, byfylld känsla med massor av bra ställen att äta, dricka och koppla av och en Farmer's Market på lördagar. Det är också hem för ett antal kända skådespelare! Lägenheten har ett stort vardagsrum, stort vinden sovrum med king size-säng, kompakt kök och helt nytt badrum en perfekt bas för att utforska hela London.

Lägenheten ligger på översta våningen i ett ombyggt hus med ett ljust vardagsrum som ser ner på en lummig bostadsgata. Det finns ett halvöppet kök utanför det stora vardagsrummet och ett separat, nyrenoverat badrum till höger om ytterdörren när du går in. En trappa leder upp till ett stort sovrum högst upp i byggnaden med gott om garderob och förvaringsutrymme.

West Hampstead är en byn, bostadsområde i norra västra London. Lägenheten ligger på en lugn bostadsgata strax utanför huvudvägen West End Lane, som är full av små butiker, kaféer, barer och restauranger. Det är ett vänligt och avslappnat område med en Farmer's Market varje lördag bredvid den lokala Thameslink-stationen och fyra små stormarknader inom tio minuters promenad från lägenheten.

West Hampstead har också fantastiska transportförbindelser till hela London. West Hampstead Underground på Jubilee Line ligger 8 minuters promenad från lägenheten och det tar bara 10 minuter att komma till Bond Street och Londons centrum. Paddington Station och Heathrow Express är också enkelt och snabbt att komma till via Baker Street (och en omkörning för att besöka Sherlock Holmes hem). West Hampstead Overground station ligger också bara 7 minuters promenad bort med ett nätverk som täcker hela London. West Hampstead Thameslink Station (bara 5 minuter från lägenheten) ligger två hållplatser och 8 minuter från St Pancras International station och Eurostar. Tåg går också vidare till Blackfriars, Barbican och City på cirka 15 minuter. För en dagsutflykt från London kommer tåg från Thameslink Station också att ta dig till Brighton och havet på cirka en timme.

Charming Home Base

Ben's place is cozy and comfortable. We spent 10 days sightseeing and were always happy to return to the warmth and comfort of our little home away from home. We loved the fully appointed kitchen, the eclectic library, and the big comfortable bed. Ben was very accommodating and easily accessible. We would happily stay there again.

Our London Adventure

Perfect little flat away from the hustle and bustle of the more touristy parts of London. Close enough to Overland and Underground stations that it was very convenient. We would stay here again.

Great location, spacious bright space

Lovely flat, quiet, clean and well appointed

We stayed at Ben’s lovely flat for 8 nights in March. It is well appointed, quite spacious especially given the central location, and very comfortable. It is clean and has everything you need for a stay in London Ben is a super hospitable host and always quick to reply. The flat has easy access to central London as well as supermarkets and restaurants right within steps of the flat. I hope we can make this our London base for our future trips

Very comfortable and quiet flat

Ben was a gracious host when I had to change our reservations due to my own mistake. It is a very nice place to come back to after exploring the city. The flat is in a quiet neighborhood and is a short walk away from the Thameslink. The bedroom is on the second floor with bathroom on the first if that is an issue for you. But we would happily stay here again.

Fantastic Flat

The flat was just perfect for my daughter and me; close to the tube station to do the "London things" but also located in a lovely neighborhood. We actually spent two afternoons in West Hampstead - I think we hit every single thrift shop on West End Lane. We had to purchase another carry-on to to fit everything! Everyone was so kind in all the shops and cafés we stopped in. Thank you so much for making our stay so wonderful. Hope to do it again in a couple of years. 😊

Lovely home away from home

Well located in quieter neighbourhood of London. Tube, railway and overground transportation less then 10 minutes walk away to get into London, out Heathrow airport or from Southampton (cruise port). After big and busy days n London it was nice to come back to a clean and full equipped Vrbo to relax on the main level and sleep upstairs. I will be staying at this property when I am back in London and recommend it to friends. Thank you Ben for being an excellent host.

Awesome location, close to great food, access to the underground, grocery store

The flat was great, perfect for what we wanted. Very clean, with the windows it cools down quick, and stays cool all night. Quick walk to some great food- (bellaluna italian restaurant- we literally ate there twice). Safe neighborhood, and Ben was awesome, and even included a walk through! Acess to the underground for a quick trip to westminster, or whereevery youd like to go! (Reccomend getting the oyster card- so much easier than buying individual tickets every time) Will stay again!

Great location but needs some tlc

Pros - Ben was responsive and met us at the flat to show us around. - reasonable price for London - excellent transportion links really close to flat - some good restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance -washing machine and dishwasher Cons - the flat was just not clean. - some TLC needed for basic upkeep such as taping down the shelving liners, better table for eating meals, a mirror upstairs in the bedroom.

A Wonderful Place to Call Home in London

This flat is well-appointed with all the comforts of a home. Wonderfully decorated and stock full of everything you need. The property host, Ben, is very nice and quick to help. He met us upon arrival and kindly carried our luggage up the stairs to the flat, then spent enough time with us to show us the details of the flat. The location is very close to overground and underground transportation stations, making trips around the city super simple. The town of West Hampstead has its own charms and plenty of shopping and dining options. No place is perfect, so the only downside are the stairs, but not a problem for us, and we are in our mid-sixties. This was a lovely place for us to start our vacation journey around the UK.

Perfect for a solo traveler

I was visiting my daughter and grands after a two week trip in Morocco. I booked primarily for its easy access to my daughter’s home. I love the space! The loft bedroom is awesome and the bed invites instant sleep. I stayed from March 4-10 ( note error, above), and I was able to pick up my 8 year old granddaughter from her school each day. First day, we explored her ‘ hood, Hempstead, and ate crepes in a darling pub. By day 3 we walked to my flat, where she could have a snack, chill out and do her homework. After the first visit, at pick up, when asked “ where to?” Her response was “ your place.” I will look to stay here upon a next visit. Ben was most accommodating.

london calling

We had a terrific stay in London. Ben was at the property on arrival and even carried our bags up to our top floor appartment which was appreciated:) He also was quick to respond to calls and queries prior to our holiday. Its location was very handy for the tube and train in any direction. The local shops and restaurants were also many and varied. The appartment had everything we needed except maybe a microwave and hairdryer. The only thing that needs attention was the cleanliness, especially in the kitchen. I dont think you shoud have to walk into your accomodation and feel you have to wash the mugs, plates and cutlery, cupboard tops and door handles. Also, the stove range hood was quite gross. If these aspects are addressed, it would be a much more comfortable appartment .

Totally recommended

We stayed at Ben's for a couple of weeks. The location is very convenient, close both to lovely places to walk like Hampstead village and the transport lines. The flat is exactly as in pictures, with bedroom upstairs, very homely and modern and has everything you'd need. Ben is very nice and quick to respond. Thanks Ben! Handy to London by tube

My husband and I stayed in this West Hampstead apartment for 4 nights and found the location was handy to London by underground but away from the hustle and bustle of a big city the village had great shopping and dining so we didn’t have to go far to find a place to dine
