Wonderful vacation

We had wonderful vacation in this lovely house and enjoyed our stay very much. The kitchen is perfectly equipped, the pool is clean and wonderful. We felt like at home and will definitively come back again.

Beautiful, well-maintained private Property

+ Well-equipped house (even small stuff like swimming goggles, petanque balls or cooking accessories) + Very well-kept garden + You are alone on the entire property. It's not a shared garden/pool as in many other similar houses. + Everything looks and feels pretty clean + Beautiful, authentic architecture + The A/C is a big plus! + The mosquito nets on all big windows are practical and keep the nasty tiger mosquitoes outside. + The property is secluded and private. There are some neighbours but you never hear them nor can they see into the garden/pool area. + Judging by messages and one phone call, the owner is kind and polite + The village of Bagnoles is only a few minutes by car and very lovely and authentic. - Some of the outside furnishing (lounge chairs, table, umbrella) is not in the best shape and has some damage - An additional cleaning fee of 110€ is due in cash when leaving. To be fair, this is clearly stated in the rental contract which the owner sets up in advance. - Somehow the pool is very sensitive to sun protection. It's made clear by the owner and the housekeeper when you arrive. This is why we always showered properly before entering the pool. However, apparently, this was not enough and the owner now asks us to pay an additional fee of 150€ for additional pool cleaning services. It's not a huge deal considering we paid more than 3'000€ for a 9-night stay, just a bit of a bummer... However, our stay was lovely and we would totally recommend this house! :)

Troisième fois dans cette superbe propriété, en famille cette fois. Toujours aussi satisfaits. Rien ne manque, vraiment parfait malgré la météo un peu moins favorable que d’habitude.

Tout est parfait Rien ne manque...

Splendide propriété sans vis à vis ,conforme aux photos et a la description. Calme et vue magnifique sont au rendez-vous. On y retrouve tout le confort comme à la maison. (Literie +++, climatisation, Moustiquaires, mobilier,....) tout est absolument parfait. Le propriétaire est réactif et soucieux du bien-être de ses hôtes A coup sur nous y reviendrons

Sehr schönes gepflegtes Haus

Wir waren im Mai mit 3 Erwachsenen und einem Hund dort und konnten auch schon den Pool nutzen. Insgesamt ist das Haus sehr gepflegt und es ist alles vorhanden. Ich habe keinen Gegenstand in der Küche oder irgendwo anders vermisst. Die Übergabe des Hauses verlief problemlos. Der Kontakt sowohl mit Andre als auch mit Sophie war sehr freundlich. Das Grundstück ist wirklich komplett eingezäunt, so dass man sich keine Gedanken machen muss, dass der Hund abhauen könnte. Alles in Allem perfekt auch wenn es ein Stück vom Meer entfernt ist. Aber das weiß man ja schon vorher. Dafür liegt es sehr ruhig und ist eine richtige Wohlfühloase.

Entspannte Herbsttage

die Ferienwohnung von Herr Dekandelaer ließ keine Wünsche offen: superschöne, gepflegte Anlage, geheizter Pool, hochwertiger Grill, Freizeitmöglichkeiten wie Boule-Bahn und Tischtennis-Platte ausgiebig genutzt, die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und seiner Haushälterin lief einwandfrei, ruhige Lage… - Fazit: wir bedanken uns für einen wunderschönen, entspannten Herbsturlaub in sommerlicher Atmosphäre (und kommen gerne wieder) !!

Séjour très agréable

Comme l’an dernier, notre séjour a été très agréable. L’emplacement nous a permis de poursuivre notre redécouverte de cette très belle région. Quant à la location, elle a encore été améliorée, le réaménagement de la terrasse est un plus et l’equipement est toujours au top.

Wunderschönes und gepflegtes Ferienhaus in toller Lage!

Wir (2 Erwachsene, 1 Kind) hatten 2 wunderschöne Wochen in dem Ferienhaus. Die gesamte Kommunikation im Vorfeld mit dem Vermieter lief sehr gut und wir konnten sehr gut informiert unseren Urlaub beginnen. Rückfragen wurden stets kurzfristig beantwortet. Sophie hat uns am ersten Tag freundlich empfangen und war auch immer hilfsbereit. Das gesamte Haus und Grundstück waren sehr gepflegt. Insbesondere der Garten ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet und bot mit einer Boolbahn, Tischtennisplatte, Dartscheibe und dem großzügigen Pool viel Raum für Freizeitaktivitäten auf dem Grundstück. Natürlich kann man sich auch einfach am Pool der schönen Aussicht auf die umliegende Landschaft erfreuen und entspannen. Wir haben es jedenfalls sehr genossen und unsere Tochter wollte überhaupt nicht mehr aus dem Pool… Das Haus ist auch sehr großzügig und modern eingerichtet (Klimaanlagen, sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, Wlan etc). Auch die Bäder und Schlafzimmer waren sehr sauber und hochwertig eingerichtet. Die Bilder in der Anzeige scheinen allerdings etwas älter zu sein da Haus und Garten in Echt sogar noch viel besser aussehen und wir bei der Ankunft wirklich sehr positiv überrascht waren. Alles in allem war es ein echter Traumurlaub und wir werden definitiv wieder buchen wenn es uns wieder nach Südfrankreich zieht!

Séjour très agréable, la villa est encore mieux que sur les photos : l'espace terrasse avec vue sur le jardin et la piscine est tout simplement magnifique. Un cadre reposant, tout confort avec plusieurs activités de jeu offertes : nous n'avons pas vu le temps passé !

Au top, vacances 5 Étoiles 🌟

En rentrant dans la propriété on fait whaou et ensuite nous traversons le salon et nous sommes scotchés par le panorama. Nous avons passés 1 semaine dans cette propriété avec 3 adultes et 2 enfants où nous n'avons manqué de rien. Le propriétaire a pensé à tout, une très bonne literie , une cuisine garnie et bien équipée. Nous avons pu profiter de la piscine chauffée, un barbecue de compétition et de bonnes parties de pétanque. En bref, des vacances réussies...!!! Merci 👌à Sophie pour sa réactivité et son accueil. Nous reviendrons assurément.

La villa est décorée avec beaucoup de goût. La villa est très agréable pour passer de bonnes vacances. La villa est très bien équipée en ustensiles de cuisine. Nous avons passé de bons moments a jouer à la pétanque.

une villa parfaite

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour de 10 jours , début septembre dans cette magnifique villa avec une vue sur les montagnes et un calme absolu , les photos correspondent a 100 % a la villa pas de surprise a l arrivée , intérieurement et extérieurement la villa est très propre et bien entretenue.le jardin est magnifique . le propriétaire est très sympathique et disponible par mail et par téléphone , merci également a Sophie pour ces conseils et sa disponibilité a notre arrivée . Traumhaft erholsam

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Haus war sehr erholsam. Wir haben hier zu 5 (mit drei Kindern im Alter 7-15 J.) 2 Wochen verbracht. Das Haus ist top ausgestattet. In der Küche findet man Ausstattung in großer Menge, diverse Teller, Gläser, Schalen, Töpfe, Behälter, das alles schön in den Schränken geordnet. Der Gasgrill war perfekt! Betten mit Decken und Kopfkissen - alles sehr bequem. Sehr leise, gut funktionierende Klimaanlage. Die Bäder sind sehr neu und sehr schön gemacht. Im dritten Schlafzimmer gibt es neben den zwei Einzelbetten auch ein Etagenbett (ist nicht auf dem Foto hier sichtbar), so dass hier 4 Personen schlafen könnten. Der Pool ist sauber, die Kinder hatten darin jede Menge Spaß. Die Liegen am Pool sind sehr bequem. Der Garten ist viel größer als auf den Fotos und sehr gut gepflegt. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und sehr abgelegen, man muss ein Auto haben, denn zu Fuß kann man nichts erreichen. Zur Bäckerei sind es aber nur 4 Min mit dem Auto. Auch ein Supermarkt ist 6 Min entfernt. Ans Meer braucht man 30 min und sonst sind viele Attraktionen - Wanderwege etc., bis eine Stunde Fahrzeit entfernt. Im Haus gibt es viele Prospekte mit Anregungen. Das gemütliche Haus hat uns so gut gefallen, dass wir die meiste Zeit am Pool, Tischtennis- und Boule spielen und Grillen verbracht haben. Die Kinder wollten nicht weg. Was noch hervorzuheben ist, ist die tolle Terrasse, die so ausgerichtet ist, dass man jede Mahlzeit draußen einnehmen kann. Vom Frühstück bis Abendessen hat man hier keine direkte Sonneneinstrahlung, auch beim Regen sitzt man gut beschützt. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen.

Wonderful

Myself, husband and 2 year old had a wonderful stay in Bagnols-en-Foret. Location is fantastic for seeing Cannes, Monaco and Saint Tropez - all within about 1 hour drive. The town itself has a market and a few restaurants but more about the accommodation - it was really lovely. Spacious, practical with a toddler for the garden and pool, BBQ space was a lovely extra. Parking and security fabulous. Bathrooms made it feel like a hotel. Facilities great for a holiday rental. We would love to stay again!

Für den perfekten Urlaub mit allem was das Herz begehrt.......

Es begann mit einer herzlichen Begrüßung von Mme Sophie, von da aus gings weiter bergauf !! Phantastische Aussicht, toller Pool, eine Küche mit allem was man benötigt, super sauber, tolle Schlafzimmer und Bettwäsche, sehr gepflegte Badezimmer, sehr gepflegter großer Garten- komplet eingezäunt, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet.....Es ist ein echter Geheimtipp !! Ein Ort der Entspannung, Genuss aller Sinne, inmitten einer wunderschönen Natur Der Standort perfekt um das gesamte Var zu erkunden 3 Seen in unmittelbarer Umgebung, ( Lac Meaulx, Lac de Rioutard, Lac de Saint-Cassien) ein weiterer ( Lac de St Croix ) weiter weg.... Für Wanderungen, oder an die Küste --perfekt. Wir haben leider nur 14 Tage in diesem schönen Haus verbracht, gegen eine weitere Woche hätte ich nichts einzuwenden gehabt, das ist schon ein riesen Kompliment, da man sich ja sonst immer auf zu Hause freut, aber hier sollte es anders sein. Ich kann diese Immobilie nur empfehlen ! Für Familien, mit - oder ohne Hund, oder Paare..... Danke für diese wertvolle Zeit, die uns durch diesen Aufenthalt bereichert wurde ! Danke für die unkomplizierte Korrespondenz Herr Dekandelaer, die Beantwortung aller nervigen Fragen und die große Hilfe von Mme Sophie!!! Wir kommen wieder !!!!!!!! Tout a commencé par un accueil chaleureux de la part de Mme Sophie, et de là, la montée s'est poursuivie ! Vue fantastique, grande piscine, une cuisine avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin, super propre, chambres et literie superbes, salles de bains très soignées, grand jardin clôturé très soigné, très bien meublé.....C'est un vrai tuyau d'initié !! Un lieu de détente, de jouissance de tous les sens, au milieu d'une belle nature. L'emplacement idéal pour explorer l'ensemble des 3 lacs du Var à proximité (Lac Meaulx, Lac de Rioutard, Lac de Saint-Cassien), un autre (Lac de St Croix) plus loin.......... Pour les randonnées, ou jusqu'à la côte --parfait. Malheureusement, nous n'avons passé que 14 jours dans cette belle maison, je ne me serais pas opposé à une autre semaine, c'est déjà un énorme compliment, puisqu'on a toujours hâte de rentrer chez soi, mais ici ça devrait être différent. Je ne peux que recommander cette propriété ! Pour les familles, avec - ou sans chien, ou les couples........... Merci pour ce temps précieux, qui a été enrichi par ce séjour ! Merci pour la correspondance simple M. Dekandelaer, la réponse à toutes les questions ennuyeuses et l'aide de Mme Sophie ! On reviendra !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
