Construction Discount! Pool closed until May 15. Beach access is available1/2 block to the North at Dunlawton.
Our building will undergo its final phase of outside renovation over the next several months, it will be completed on July 30.
The final phase will be on the ocean side. Our balcony will not be available until April 15th. However, construction noise will occur from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday.
After these several months, our building will be completely refurbished on the exterior. A new steel seawall, pool, patio and street side exterior have already been completed.
