Our own little piece of paradise

Third time back, I guess that says it all! Dominique and Martine are the best of hosts, quick to respond and going out of their way to make sure your stay is perfect. Amazing view. Go down a flight of stairs and your toes are in the sand. Short 10 min walk by the beach (no sidewalks and a little iffy street side) to all the the great restaurants of Grand Case, mini markets, boutiques.

10 days in a wonderful spot. Accommodations as described. Fantastic hosts and property manager. In an ideal location in Grand Case. Quiet yet walking distance to great restaurants. Beautiful beach. 5+ stars.

Great Location.

2nd floor apartment right on the water. Enough parking, but on a very busy street. Close to Frency's and Rainbow cafe. Close to a street full or restaurants. No seaweed. Bathroom stocked. Kitchen stocked. EASY checkout list. Dishes and trash need to be completed. Great communication and walkthrough of apt first day and last day. We weren't needy so didn't need communication throughout. Would definitely stsy her againvisit.

A High Five!!!

My wife and I loved Dominique’s unit in Grand Case. Right on the beach. Simple, super clean and comfortable. Walking distance to the best restaurants. The best part of our stay was meeting Julia, the property manager. Julia gave us a tour of the unit and helped with the particulars and suggestions that made us feel comfortable. In addition, when we left we forgot our passports in the safe. Julia retrieved them and brought them to the airport. Really above-and-beyond service. Saved our butts - a truly remarkable lady!!!

Beatiful stay in Grand Case!

This is a lovely studio with an amazing view! The pictures are just as the place is. Its not super luxurious but exactly what we expected. Super location...we walked to dinner at amazing restaurants each night. Julia the property manager is just lovely and even brought us extra pillows which was our only complaint. We would defintely stay here again.

Perfect place to get away

My wife and I spent a week and had a wonderful time. The apartment was just as described and the view of the ocean was amazing. The beach is literally steps away and everything you would need is available including beach chairs, umbrellas and a cooler. The location is perfect. Just far enough away from the restaurants and bars so the noise doesn’t disturb you but close enough to easily walk to them. Julia was a great host. Checking in and out couldn’t have been easier and she always replied very quickly if we had any questions. We will definitely return.

My wife and I spent 11 days at this property, and we could not have been happier with our stay. The apartment is located right on the beach, and the view of the turquoise water is absolutely breathtaking. The apartment is very well-appointed with all you need for a fantastic stay, including air conditioning (a must at night), a washing machine, a nice kitchen, and everything you need to make ti-punch. The bed is very comfortable, and the bathroom is nice and functional. The apartment's location is also fantastic, within a short walking distance from the many restaurants of Grand Case, but far enough to be completely quiet at night. Marigot is located within a 10-minute drive, Anse Marcel within 15 minutes, Orient Bay within 15 minutes, etc. Beach chairs are available on-site, as well as beach towels, umbrellas, and snorkeling equipment (all free of charge). The hosts Dominique and Martine, as well as the managers, are the sweetest people and cater to your every need without being intrusive. A bottle of Champagne was waiting for us in the fridge as I had told Dominique that this was our 30th wedding anniversary. Access to other parts of the island is available by bus or by car. The managers even delivered a car rental to our apartment, which was extremely convenient. The bottom line is that we could not more highly recommend this wonderful property.

French St Martin

First let me say Dominique and his wife were the best even with a language barrier. The beach was right off the steps but was not very wide at all. Julia who picked us up and took us back to the airport was the sweetest lady. All the people we came in contact with were VERY friendly and helpful to Old folks from the US. We ate at a nice French restaurant and were a bit disappointed. Our steaks and potatoes had NO taste and being a French Restaurant we were expecting more. The French accepted our USD readily and gave us change in American currency. The traffic on both sides of St Martin is horrible with very few road signs and no parking. Gas was over $5 gal. St Martin like a lot of Caribbean countries has beautiful houses situated by ruins. The island is very industrialized in the cities. I would have enjoyed our stay better if the weather had cooperated better We didn’t get to do any boat trip. All in all and good week with great host.

Superb!

This studio was the perfect place for us to spend a week in Grand Case. It’s in a fantastic location on a beautiful beach. No car is necessary, as it’s very easy to walk to restaurants and shops while dipping one’s toes in the Caribbean. The reservation and check-in processes were easy and straightforward thanks to Dominique and Julia. Martine and Dominique were extremely kind and welcoming and generously shared tips about what to do and where to eat. We truly felt at home. The unit is clean and very comfortable. It has a terrific sitting/kitchen/dining area where we enjoyed the breathtaking view throughout the day. Getting a swim in could not be easier! Martine and Dominique provided great towels, comfortable chairs, an umbrella, and masks for snorkeling. The kitchen is well stocked (including a large refrigerator). I’d intended to cook, but the nearby eateries were too tempting! Another fantastic feature is the washing machine, which really made life easier. Also important- there is a safe in which to store valuables and travel documents- that was extremely helpful. We enjoyed the apartment so much that we didn’t want to come home! Location was fantastic.

Location right on the beach. Lots of restaurants, grocery stores in walking distance. Place was clean and Host was around if you had any questions. Would rebook this place if going back. View from place spectacular. Give it a 5 out of 5.

Perfect space for a couple

Owner (in town during our stay) and property manager were very nice. Our room was well equipped with necessities and extras (instant kettle, bags for groceries, bluetooth speaker, beach chairs & towels, etc.). The view from this property was so beautiful and the favorite part of our stay. We didn't want to leave to sightsee!!

Joyful stay at "ON THE BEACH CONDO WITH PANORAMIC VIEW ON GRAND CASE BEACH"

ON THE BEACH CONDO WITH PANORAMIC VIEW ON GRAND CASE BEACH became our favorite place. My husband even said that this is his dreamed retirement place. We enjoyed the location that is right on the beach, the place is quiet, the apartment is small but was enough for two of us, well maintained. The host Dominique was very friendly, helpful, nice person who we had a pleasure to meet and express our concerns and appreciation. He was very responsive to all our needs. Also, there was an agent who met us on the day of arrival, answered all our questions in advance by messaging. The apartment was fully equipped; therefore, we were satisfied with everything in it. If you are a couple and like quiet place, sea swimming next to your stay, then this is what you need. The village with small grocery stores, French and local restaurants and boutique stores is in 10 minutes walking distance. We were lucky with the weather in January and the apartment with all stuff that I described above. Thank you to the host Dominique and agent Julia for making our vacation so memorable.

Perfect Vacation Spot

The condo is a lovely place to stay. Absolutely loved our time there and 10 days is too short. We enjoyed being there and did not want to leave!! Lovely little apartment

We spent a week at Dominique's place with my wife to celebrate our anniversary. It's a nicely set up little studio apartment on the beach at Grand Case with a spectacular view of the turquoise waters of the Caribbean. Check in and check out were simple and informative (thanks to Julia!). The apartment is nicely placed within short walking distance (5-10 min) of the restaurants in "downtown" Grand Case (although beware of the narrow/non existent sidewalks, specially if children are involved), small grocery shop/pharmacy, and the only ATM we found in town. The apartment has parking at the front (we rented a small car). After driving around the island we decided that the beach at Dominique's apartment was our favorite, together with the nearby Friar's Bay. It is safe to swim and there are a few minor rocks right there with tropical fish for snorkeling. The apartment is far enough from the "downtown" bars on the beach to be nice and quiet, while it is easy to walk down the beach to get a cocktail at one of them. Better snorkeling is available at the north end of Friar's Bay, or at the Rocher Creole (which requires getting on a boat, we took the Bubble Shop boat from Anse Marcel, it was very relaxed). Overall, a great experience.

Great location and accommodations for two

We loved this beach front stay in Grand Case. We were within 10 minutes walk of the best restaurants on the island, which we visited each day (La Villa, Ocean 82, the LoLo’s, Rainbow Cafe to name a few). There are two small supermarkets and a pharmacie within walking distance as well. We used and enjoyed the provided beach chairs right out front on Grand Case beach and did some snorkeling as well. The AC worked very well in bedroom area, kitchen was well stocked if you want to cook your own meals. The parking was easy and Julia’s helpful tip to back our car into the parking spot was very helpful when getting back out on the busy road. The bed pillows were different from what we are used to in America, a little uncomfortable and flat but we got used to it and were able to sleep just fine. We had no issues with water supply during our stay, and the property manager Julia was very communicative and friendly. We will be planning our next trip back soon! Lovely studio in a fabulous location!

Dominique went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We had access to beach chairs an umbrella, snorkeling equipment, beach towels, and more! Great kitchenette and comfortable bed, SO close to great restaurants and beautiful hikes. Short walk to an amazing French bakery and small groceries. Parking was a breeze if you rent a car. Would absolutely recommend staying here!
