As soon as you arrive you will be greeted with a warm smile and a personal welcome. But that is just the beginning of what makes your stay with us truly special. We believe that it is the little details that matter, and that is why we have prepared a few surprises to make your stay unforgettable.

But we dont stop there - we are pet friendly too! We understand that your dogs are part of the family too, so we have prepared a welcome basket just for them. Inside you will find a blanket, a towel and some natural dog treats from a local company in the Forest of Dean. Your furry friends are sure to feel right at home.

Your comfort and satisfaction are our top priorities, ad we cant wait to host you.

The Description of Mill Garden Lodge:

The lodge has a very luxurious bedroom with a king size bed and a tiled en-suite shower room with a powerful rain shower. White wall interior and wooden floor gives it a cool, contemporary feel to the open plan space. A large comfy sofa to relax in, whilst looking out into your own private garden overlooking the trees and babbling stream. There is a modern fully equipped kitchen with a coffee machine.










The perfect intimate retreat for 2 adults to relax and unwind.

The Lodge has its own private garden area with table and chairs and the use of a BBQ.

A Hot Tub is available to hire at an additional charge. Please contact us for pricing and more details.

The village of Longhope has an artisan bakery, a small village shop/post office and 2 pubs. You will also find a craft centre a few hundred yards away, which houses a Cookery School, a Blacksmith, a few craft shops and Tea Rooms.




SEPERATE PROPERTY

We also have a 2 bedroom cottage, rented together makes the ideal holiday with extended family, grandparents or friends.


We are in the perfect location to visit the historic market towns of Ross on Wye and Monmouth, with the City of Gloucester just 10 minutes’ drive away. Slightly further afield are Cheltenham Spa, Bath Cardiff, Bristol and Birmingham.

Perfect few days

We can only give this... 10/10 Perfect in every way. Such a lovely little lodge with hot tub/bbq. The weather was great but think a few days in winter would be so cosy too with lights over hot tub and lodge. Perfect stay.

Nothing short of amazing!

Such a peaceful stay here, me and my partner found it perfect location for activities nearby and eateries. Fresh brownies and bread waiting for us on arrival was a brilliant touch! Only thing we could’ve maybe asked for would be coasters to put drinks on and maybe some butter for the bread! Apart from that was 10/10 would stay again.

A lovely 1 bedroomed lodge set in beautiful grounds. decorated to a high standard and all you need for a relaxing stay. Tracey even provides milk bread coffee and home made cake . The hot tub is a delight and it has total privacy . You just need to check the local pubs for opening times as some recommended did not open Monday and Tuesday. Would recommend the Speeches hotel only about 20 mins away and you can take a dog there too. All in all a nice place to stay

Had a lovely weekend. The accommodation is modern, clean, comfortable and cosy. The kitchen is well equipped, no need to bring anything at all if you want to do all your own cooking. The bed is luxurious as well as the en suite shower. I highly recommend adding the hot tub use to your stay, even in the cold weather it made a lovely end to the day! Want to go back!!
