Enjoy our open, modern living space with high end commercial style appliances and west coast furnishings. Brand new in 2016, this suite is sure to impress with everything you need for a relaxing island beach or ski vacation.

- Our main home and Villa are on the property. Sandy Beach access is just down the Pathway. (About a 1 minute walk from Villa)

Our guest's have access to a private sandy beach, fire-pit, Hot Tub, grassy backyard area for lawn games and use of kayaks (2).

Our main home is also located on the property. It is separate from you and does not impact your complete privacy. To access the beach, you come out of the villa, come down the driveway past our main home, follow the hedges until you reach the stairway. Approx. a 1 minute walk from your front door.

Quiet and comfortable

We enjoyed our stay at the Campbell River villa. Very comfortable and well equipped. A note that if you are expecting good water views from the property, they are limited as sight lines are blocked by the garage in front of the villa, which was a bit of a surpr to the beach, howeber, and lots to see in thr ar

Short Stay but Wonderful

The accommodations were great! Unfortunately, we only had a day to explore the Campbell River area but we thoroughly enjoyed coming back to the Villa after our day out. We would have stayed longer if we could!

Stunning Location

A modern appartment with access to the beach. Grear for us to be able to use the kayaks and have a fire on the beach. The weather was very warm so we didn't use the hot tub, but a great option if less sunny. Great location for trails and waterfalls. Short drive to a Walmart to stock up. BBQ on the deck, and fire on the beach to enjoy the views made for a prefect evening. Would stay again. Thank you.

Special Stay on the Island

Our place was beautifully designed and crafted, clearly a lot of thought went into the details. We enjoyed where it was situated, just north of the town busy-ness, with great views out over the channel. And the beach, what a gem! We had nice weather over Canada Day and we could sit out there to read and relax while our youngest played in the sand. I also appreciated that I could watch the Copa America on a nice monitor via the house service (not always so simple when traveling abroad). Really, all the amenities were first rate.

Wonderful spot in Campbell River

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 day stay at this VRBO. The kitchen amenities were so fully inclusive that we usually ate supper meals here rather than dine out. The hot tub was a nightly must and driving either into town or out to hiking locations was super easy. This is a great destination spot for people, like us, wanting to get to know the Campbell River area.

The villa had a well equipped kitchen. The modern build and beach decor was really nice. The deck was spacious. We didn’t use the bbq but we cleaned it(rust). The pictures and description of the property were deceiving; gave the impression of a yard and beach front which not the case. I was aware of a trail to the beach that wasn’t too bad as long as you were cautious. There were 2 other families on the beach which was fine, not sure where they were staying. The amenities said it was kid friendly with a high chair and play pen. There was no play pen and there is a flight of stairs that we had to block the off while our granddaughter visited. We booked through VRBO which was easy, but they have an average rate per night which is was way off for high season, not the property owners fault as the same thing with the previous property we stayed at.

Clean & sparkly!

The unit is beautiful new construction, sparkling clean, smells great, stocked with towels, has comfy furniture and gorgeous views. Hot tub was wonderful. Owners were very warm, responsive & welcomed us with a bottle of wine. Just fyi: The unit is built behind the owner’s home, so you have to walk down the side of their property to get to the water, so you aren’t directly on the water and views are obstructed (I kinda expected that we might not be directly on the water with the price). My only suggestion for improvement would be railings down the whole walkway to the water…there are some, but the grass was slick and steep, which made us a bit nervous with our kids. I definitely recommend the delicious breakfast at the near by Dolphins resort and make a res for dinner. We had a great spring break trip and would definitely stay again!

Beautifully constructed, well appointed, and great location. The hosts were quite personable. We truly enjoyed and relaxed at this guest suite. It was a great spot for exploring the area and coming back to a quiet, comfortable spot.

Great Villa

The villa was perfect. Plenty of space and well designed, built by Tony which was even more awesome! Great area, saw seals and bald eagles at the beach. Went only many awesome hikes as well. Home is just as described and pictured, easy check in/out and great communication. Would stay here again.

Beautiful brand new place

The property was absolutely gorgeous! The owners were super responsive and sweet, even leaving us a lovely bottle of wine. Hot tub was fantastic after a day spent in the nearby trails. The path to the beach needs a little help if you are a little less physical or have kids. We didn't use kayaks but they were right there and looked great! Beautiful place and comfortable. All the amenities were there from throw blankets to luxurious towels.

We had a great stay here in Campbell river

Its a great location on the water. The unit is very well equipped and appointed. All the kitchen basics are there for home cooking if you choose. Its also very cozy for just hanging out. Campbell river is great town with good hiking and fishing nearby. Tony and Donyne are friendly and helpful hosts. I hope to come back soon :)

Gorgeous, quiet and clean.

Modern chic in Campbell River

This property is just as depicted. Extremely modern, beautiful construction in an exquisite setting. Private beach access with kayaks & fire pit Hosts are wonderful & very accommodating. Only complaint is that the bed was a bit soft. Would love to stay there again.

Awesome place to stay. Unit was modern, clean, and well equipped. Beach is beautiful. Stairs leading to the beach are a little steep but manageable as long as you are reasonably fit. Tony and Donyne are excellent hosts. Very responsive yet respected our privacy.
