Luminoso appartamento recentemente ristrutturato, con capacità per 4 persone, si trova in una tenuta secolare a un minuto a piedi da Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor, Mercato di San Miguel, Palazzo Reale, ... e allo stesso tempo è un appartamento Silenzioso e spazioso Organizzato con tutto il necessario per il benessere durante il soggiorno, è il luogo ideale per riposarsi e godersi la città a piedi.

Questo accogliente appartamento dispone di un soggiorno con posti a sedere per 4 persone, una camera con letto matrimoniale (160x190), una seconda camera con due letti singoli (100x190), cucina completamente attrezzata e due bagni. Entrambe le camere hanno ampi armadi. Tutte le camere sono dotate di aria condizionata. Le camere sono dotate di asciugamani e biancheria da letto di alta qualità.

Lovely Home

Roberto was very helpful for our check-in and the apartment was central to many places we visited and close to the Metro. It was very clean and walking distance to shops and restaurants.

Best Option in Madrid

The experience from start to finish was amazing. We arrived and were greeted by a very friendly and helpful woman who opened the apartment up for us, showed us how to use the appliances, and toured us through the apartment. The apartment was impeccably clean. I rarely sleep well on vacation, but our whole family slept better than at home the entire nine nights that we stayed here, which meant that our time in Madrid was so much more enjoyable. We found that while we loved being out enjoying the city, we really loved coming back to the apartment and made sure to include more rest hours than we normally would because it was so comfortable. The windows are what make the apartment so fabulous- beautiful and full of character, with the best views of the city below and so much natural light to brighten the space. We loved reading while looking out at the city. Also to note, you are in the middle of a busy, ideal tourist spot and still have very little noise- hard to find that. Washing machine worked great. Showers were warm and easy to use. Building has character and charm. Next to lots of great restaurants (Mimi's Creperie was our favorite, as well as all of the pastry shops). Perfect for families with the layout of the two rooms and bathrooms, and incredibly safe. Highly recommend staying here. We truly felt so thankful each day and would stay here again if we visited the area in the future.

The host Roberto was helpful, friendly and courteous. The location was amazing, just a few meters away from Sol and short walk to Gran Via and other fun areas such as Cuecha. Retiro park was also a very short electric bike ride or 30 min walk from the apartment. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Even though the street outside was noisy during the weekends we could hardly hear anything with the windows closed. Plenty of restaurants and shopping in the area as well.

Séjour parfait - Excellent accueil

Excellent séjour: localisation de l'appartement en plein centre de Madrid à 20mn à pied des principaux points d'intérêt de la ville (musées, monuments, expo,...). Accueil très sympa et efficace par Roberto et son père; Appartement bien isolé du bruit de la Calle Mayor = nuits tranquilles. Bon confort, équipement correct, propreté parfaite.

Barcelona Adventure

Great apartment & host! Tony was extremely attentive to our requests, needs & endless questions. The area around this unit is simple. There was lots of renovations and construction going on. Easy walk to the center center with many restaurant, shopping and cultural experiences. We took both of the private tours Tony offered & they did not disappoint. He was an excellent guide and we appreciated his passion to providing us with a true Barcelona aventure!

Beautiful Apartment, Fantastic location

Light and airy with amazing view of the neighborhood. As beautiful as the pictures. Very clean and well appointed. The manager speaks no English but that really wasn’t a problem.

Perfect winter holiday stay in Madrid

You can't find a better place to stay if you want to be in the middle of Madrid. This property is between Plaza del Sol and Plaza Mayor. The apartment was very clean, with all the needed amenities, perfect for our family of four. You have all the convenience of home, smack in the middle of Madrid. Roberto was always very responsive and made our 10 day stay perfect. Many thanks, Roberto. Will definitely consider the same place for our next trip to Madrid.

Perfect ratings for good reason.

This property was just about perfect. The location can't be beat with everything you need - including public transportation - within a very short distance. And the apartment itself is comfortable, spacious, and so clean. I really cannot recommend it highly enough. We plan to make this our go-to for any time we visit Madrid.

Wonderful location and great host.

This apartment is exactly as it looks in the pictures. Roberto is amazing and is very responsive. It is in the heart of the historic district. It is truly close to everything: great restaurants, the palace, the Prado, etc. We never took a cab or the subway. We could easily walk everywhere. I highly recommend this rental.

Excellent property and Host

Roberto, our perfect Host, was very accommodating first by answering questions before our arrival, during our stay, greeting us early, and very flexible for all our needs. Apartment is clean, large, and quite modern with comfortable beds and very well furnished! Perfect location! We loved our 9 day stay and would highly recommend!

Gem in the Center of Madrid

Can’t say enough of Roberto, what a great host he was. He met us at the property helped us to settle, showed how to use everything. He had a map and a guide for us. Apartment is at the absolutely the best location. Walk to everything. Clean, spacious and modern. We were very comfortable and felt very safe. I would highly highly recommend this place to everyone.

Five Night In Sol Area of Madrid

Everything about the apartment was top notch. Centrally located, extremely clean, very secure and very comfortable. An old building that has been restored beautifully with very modern interior while leaving the exposed brick and old big white window shutters. Host/Mgr, Roberto, greeted us at property at designated time and spent a good 1/2 hour with us showing us everything about the apt and the different areas of Madrid. He was very responsive and personable. A book and map of Madrid were provided. Would definitely give this rental a thumbs up! Would highly recommend to anyone.

Second Visit to Madrid

We had a great time staying in this apartment which was light, bright, very clean and comfortable. The location of the apartment was perfect, being so close to shops, restaurants and the Metro. Roberto was an excellent host and could always be contacted if required. We would certainly stay here again.

Lovely. Spacious. Close to everything.

My family of four spent several very comfortable days at this clean, modern apartment. Even though it sits right on Calle Mayor, it's very quiet inside. And it has terrific air conditioning--critical during a Madrid summer! The location could not be better--we walked everywhere and found so many fun places to eat. We also ate in-- there are a few grocery and market options nearby and the kitchen is very nice. Roberto made everything as easy as possible for us. He's an extremely gracious, responsive, and helpful host. We were all very happy with our stay--I highly, highly recommend.
