Beautiful house at a great location

pro: - spacious - clean - everything is of high quality (kitchen appliances, beds, TV, shower, doors, windows, garden furniture, etc.) - friendly host - well equipped (more than enough cutlery and dishes, towels, cushions, wood for the BBQ, etc.) - stable WiFi - beautiful view from garden and balcony - secure door locks and gate - air condition can also heat (useful for evenings in winter) cons: - nothing really Highly recommended!

schönes Haus

Ein tolles Haus und gut ausgestattet, es war alles da. Das Haus liegt in einem Wohngebiet, sehr ruhig mit einem wunderbaren Blick. Vermieter sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Very clean and easy communication.

From 2/3 days before our stay we were in constant contact with the property manager who was extremely helpful and informative. He met us on the day to show us around and the property was immaculate and extremely well equipped! Due to the property being up quite a steep hill it is advised to get a hire car as we did find after the first day taxis are very expensive so if you want to visit other parts of the island then do get a hire car! We had an amazing stay and would highly recommend this place.

Superbe vue et très belle maison

Très bon accueil . Joâo répond très vite aux mails. c’est une belle maison avec une vue dont on ne se lasse pas. Très propre et au calme vous pouvez y venir les yeux fermés. Nous avons apprécié le poncha au bar Le Poncha bar à côté vous pouvez y aller à pied mais c’est un peu raide😃

Absolut empfehlenswert!

Das Haus ist toll und der Vermieter ist super nett und hilfsbereit. Die Kommunikation lief über WA und war total unkompliziert. Joao hat uns alle Fragen zum Haus, aber auch zur Insel und Kultur, sehr schnell beantwortet. Das Haus ist modern, sehr sauber/ gepflegt und sympathisch eingerichtet. Alle Räume sehen wie frisch renoviert aus. Außerdem gibt es in allen Wohnräumen eine Klimaanlage. Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet, einzig grundlegende Gewürze wie Salz und Pfeffer haben gefehlt, aber der nahe Supermarkt hat alles für den täglichen Gebrauch im Angebot. Auf der Terrasse/ dem Garten steht ein Tisch mit Stühlen, ein Sonnenschirm und Sonnenliegen (Auflagen gibt es auch) zur Verfügung. Der Ausblick vom Frühstück auf die Berge und das Meer waren immer ein Highlight. Wie hier schon mehrmals geschrieben ist die Anfahrt zum Haus ein bisschen abenteuerlich, aber nach 2 Tagen hat man sich daran gewöhnt, wie übrigens an die restlichen, teilweise auch sehr abenteuerlichen Straßen auf Madeira auch. Als Auto empfehlen wir auf jeden Fall ein PS-starkes Auto mit Automatikschaltung, weil man sich bei den sehr bergigen Straßen sonst echt einen Wolf schaltet. Wer abends noch Lust auf einen Poncha hat, dem können wir die Poncha-Bar Poncha do Lombo doutor sehr empfehlen. Der steile, 600 m lange Aufstieg wird mit der Auswahl von 8 verschiedenen Ponchas (alle sehr lecker) entschädigt. Die Bar ist etwas ab vom Touristen-Trubel und macht einen authentischen Eindruck (und wenn uns der Eindruck nicht getrübt hat, waren alle Menschen an den Nachbartischen meistens Einheimische). Alles in allem hat das tolle Ferienhaus zu einem sehr gelungenen Urlaub beigetragen. :-)

Séjour inoubliable

Nous étions 5 amies venues à Madère pour randonner et décompresser : mission accomplie. Merci à Joao pour son accueil et les informations pratiques données, il avait fait un Book sur les randos à faire, trop bien. La maison est géniale, moderne, très bien équipée avec vue sur la mer (l'accès peut effrayer mais on s'y fait vite, les routes de Madère, on ne les oublie pas). La petite plage de calheta à proximité (en voiture) était un plus après les randonnées. Bref tout était parfait et cette île est tellement magnifique qu'on ne demande qu'à y retourner.

Tolles Haus mit super Ausstattung

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Ein tolles Haus, super ausgestattet, es war alles da, weiche Handtücher, sämtliche Seifen, Waschmittel für die Waschmaschine. Die Betten waren sehr angenehm, die Schlafzimmer haben alle Moskitonetze. Das Haus war sauber und zur Begrüßung gab es einen schönen Korb mit Leckereien. Man braucht zum Strand fünf Minuten mit dem Auto. Das Haus liegt in einem Wohngebiet, sehr ruhig mit einem wunderbaren Blick.

Modernes sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus in ruhiger Lage

Vermieter antwortet schnell. Haben jeden Tag genossen. Objekt hat neben Terrasse auch noch kleinen Balkon mit Meerblick, wo man die untergehende Sonne beobachten kann. Haus hat an vielen Fenstern Mueckengitter. Gute Ausgangsposition zum Erkunden der Insel. In 4 Autominuten am Meer und groesserem Supermarkt. Objekt liegt in einer Sackgasse (sehr abschuessige/steile An-/Abfahrt) in ruhiger und ganztägig sonniger Lage (ab ca. 9:00h im Mai auf Terrasse). Gelegentlich nächtliches Hundegebell aus Nachbarschaft und Froschquaken. Hat uns nicht gestört 😀, da es auf der Insel diese Geräusche überall gibt. Wer Natur liebt, sollte Madeira unbedingt mit Auto erkunden und Blumeninsel erwandern!

Großzügiges Ferienhaus, super Ausstattung!

Das Ferienhaus war wunderschön, sehr sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Tolle Aussicht aufs Meer - wir haben jeden morgen im Garten gefrühstückt und die Aussicht genossen. Obst, Madeirawein und Bolo lagen als Gastgeschenk bereit. Es gab genügend Handtücher, Bettwäsche, Reinigungsmittel und Desinfektionsmittel, zwei Kaffeemaschinen, eine sehr gute Küchenausstattung, Kaffee, Filter, Seife, Duschmittel, Haartrockner usw. Die Zufahrt ist etwas abenteuerlich, aber man gewöhnt sich schnell daran. Ein Auto ist notwendig. Wir fühlten uns wohl, leider waren die zwei Wochen viel zu schnell vorbei. Vielen herzlichen Dank an Leonel und Joao wir können die Ferienwohnung sehr empfehlen.

Einfach nur schön!

Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub! Die Wohnung ist einfach nur super. Mit Liebe eingerichtet, sehr sauber und gut durchdacht, es fehlt einem wirklich an nichts. Auch die Lage ist super, man ist schnell (2,5 km) im Ortskern mit Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen, es stand zur Begrüßung ein Korb mit frischem Obst und Wein bereit über den wir uns nach unserer langen Anreise sehr gefreut haben. Die Gastfreundschaft der Vermieter ist einfach toll, man fühlt sich wohl und willkommen. Ganz lieben Dank, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Astonishing!

The house is located at a perfect spot with a beautiful view to the island and the ocean. The inside as well as outside were both clean and the house satisfied all our needs, we didn't lack anything on our stay. The house is modern and had some cute and tasteful decorations, which added to it's charm. We have absolutely no complaints and will definitely would recommend this beautiful apartment!
