Great Stay!

We stayed about 10 full days and the condo was very very clean. Location was great, on a canal close to beaches and restaurants. Very quiet even with some construction in the area. My wife and I would love to stay again our next time down to the island.

Great for weekend fishing trip
Stayed here over a weekend because it was much cheaper than the hotels. Host was excellent with communication, even though this was a last minute booking. Very accommodating. The boat slip was an absolute bonus. Was great to not have to load/unload the boat multiple times a day. Lots of street parking for the truck/trailer. Will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Everything as is stated in the ad and other reviews. The property is clean and quiet. There is some construction on the outside but the contractors are very polite. The location is perfect for the beach or Mustang Island. I will definitely be returning soon and bringing my boat!

Love the Spinnaker
While the current construction is a pain, the unit was very clean and had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable and since we were there for the big game, the big screen TV was excellent. We have stayed in many other units at the Spinnaker, and this by far was one of the nicest.

Quick get away to the beach
First floor and first rate are important things to know about this cozy condo. Close to free access beaches as well as the state and national parks of North Padre Island. Our grandchildren gave the fold out couch their seal of approval too.

A nice condo
The apartment was very nice, clean, and as described, The property location is GREAT near the best beaches, easy to get to, ample parking though it fills up on weekends. Outside the apartment the Spinnaker needs work. A lot of the woodwork near the canal is rotten. Some of the wood around and near the pool is rotten, We learned the management is supposed to spend 1 Million this winter doing repairs which should correct issues to the public wood work. While we were there new high quality charcoal grills were being installed. The place needs a full time maintenance/janitor as some visitors or renters were slobs in the pool area. Now the dock connected to this rental was good but it did have a couple of boards that were starting to get soft and one bad piling but was very usable. This unit does not have steps to the boat dock which for retired folks was a problem as you either had to get on a neighbors porch to get to steps or go around thorough the pool. Not a major issue for younger people for us in our 70's it was it is only an issue if you use the boat slip. The slip was amply fulled by my 20 foot pontoon boat. Ten foot wide or so but could handle around a 26 foot long boat without a problem. We had a minor electrical issue with an outlet but the owner quickly corrected. I appreciated the owner was responsive to our problem a great plus. . We stayed for three weeks and are discussing when we might wish to return to this condo.
