Lovely apartment

Lovely, well equipped apartment in a very quiet area. A path along the seafront leads to The Bluebird Cafe, good for takeaways or for a meal looking out to sea. The beach is mainly shingle with sand at low tide.

Just perfect

We have stayed in many properties in and around Worthing in the last year in order to spend time with our family who live in Worthing and without doubt this is definitely the best by a long way. The location is wonderful with views of the sea. The apartment was spotless and every detail taken into account including dressing gowns. On-site parking which is a massive bonus for this area. Matt the owner was on hand at all times. Excellent customer service. We loved it so much we booked an extra night. We will definitely return.

Seaside relaxation

I booked this apartment mainly for a work retreat and it was perfect. It’s stylish and comfortable with lovely views. It was also a great place for relaxation - walking beside the sea (the path is just outside the garden gate) and exploring the surrounding towns and countryside. There’s a lovely beachside cafe within 10 minutes walk from the apartment, and another within 20 minutes walk.

An excellent apartment by the sea.

We had a great time here and will surely come again. This ground-floor apartment is light, spacious and well-appointed and (as has already been mentioned) “with all mod cons”. The beach is just a few yards away and there’s a beach-front café a short walk along the coastal path. Excellent.!!

Superb beachside apartment

We had a fabulous week in this well equipped, spotless apartment. We liked being so close to the sea, beachside walks and local seafront cafes. It was our second visit and we hope to be back.

Fantastic apartment, stunning views, great holiday

The apartment fully lived up to the very high expectations we were given in the online information. The views of the sea from the apartment are accurately described as 'stunning'. Matt was a terrific host who responded rapidly to any queries we had. We'd love to come back again! We can highly recommend an early evening walk by the sea with fish and chips at the Bluebird Cafe.

Seaside heaven!

Just a few steps from the beach, this apartment is in the most amazing location. It is light, spacious, and well furnished. Cafes, restaurants and interesting places to visit are not far away. It has all the ingredients needed to make a great holiday.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week in this bright and spacious flat, which was generously equipped with toiletries and the basics, and very comfortably furnished and clean throughout. Nicely located in a quiet and pretty neighbourhood, and with the bonus of sea views and pleasant coastal walks from the front door - we couldn't have wished for a better holiday.

Beautiful Apartment with Incredible Views

Welcoming, homely, clean and the most comfortable beds. Faultless and just the perfect location. We felt right at home from the moment we opened the front door. Blissful mornings, waking up to sea views. The only disappointment was that we had to leave after a fabulous 5 days! We will return 100%

Just great

This apartment is everything you could wish for on the idyllic little stretch of Sussex coast to the west of Worthing. It resembles a too notch hotel suite and has been kitted out as such. The area is massively dog friendly, there are nice eateries and great food delivery options. We would definitely go again. The owner is responsive. attentive and a really nice guy Enjoy if your book !

Superb apartment overlooking the beach

We enjoyed a lovely sunny week here in this 1st class apartment. The location is brilliant with beautiful coastal walks on the doorstep. Everything In the flat was spotlessly clean. Can’t recommend it more highly....we will be back!

A beautiful property in a fabulous location

We had a brilliant week in Sundowner! The house was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. Well equipped with really comfy beds. The weather was patchy but being right on the beach it didn't matter, we just popped out when it stopped raining and watched the stormy sea from the cosy living room. We enjoyed windy seaside walks, a day out in Brighton, a walk to Rustington and seeing family locally. A great house to stay in and we will be back!

A wonderful apartment for your family to stay in and use as your base while visiting Ferring and the surrounding area. The apartment is clean and modern and has everything you need to make it a home from home. Will be returning as soon as possible.

Wet wet wet windy windy windy!!

Despite the atrocious weather conditions all week we managed to have a great time. The location was just what we wanted but the weather wasn’t!! It was supposed to be a fishing holiday by the sea! The boys did get some fishing done but was very limited because of the very strong winds. Recommended for outdoor people.

A stunning beachfront apartment. Equipped with everything you need and more. Wonderful local walks, shops,cafes, restaurants and fish and chips! Within easy reach of Worthing, Goring, Amering and Rustington. Quiet and relaxing, beautifully maintained gardens quite a magical place.

Beautiful home in an excellent location!

The property was fantastic - modern, spacious, uncluttered but homely, and recently refurbished by the looks of it. There was plenty of storage, nice big bed, modern appliances, great shower, fairly good internet connection. The host was easy to communicate with and we had all the information we needed. The location was absolutely stunning - on a quiet street, right next to the beach, lovely cafe just a short walk along the seafront. Couldn’t fault it really, and would definitely stay again!
