About this property

One of two penthouses at Mijas golf, please review property number 8854839 if your dates are not available. If both are available we can accommodate parties of up to 10.
We have recently purchased this 2 bedroomed, 2 bathrooms property after opening the door and falling in love with the shear space and views. The apartment itself is exceptionally spacious at 110m2 with a terrace for dining and admiring the views at 25m2. The bedrooms have been totally refurbished and all furniture is new . The main bedroom has large doors opening on to the terrace creating a very light airy atmosphere and when you open those doors with your coffee in the morning the views are stunning . The terrace itself has a dining table and the views of the 4th green of the golf course and the mountains in the background with recliners for a private sunbathe. We enjoy beautiful sunsets from the terrace in the evening and have the sun all afternoon. At Mijas golf we have a large heated swimming pool on the gated community in immaculately kept gardens and a private parking space underground as we advise car hire to benefit nearby Marbella and Puerto Banus some 20 minutes drive. Car hire is not necessary though as we have 5 bars and restaurants within walking distance and the taxi rank on our doorstep. Locally we have 5 minutes drive to the 7km beach of Fuengirola which boasts lively night life and an abundance of restaurant's to cater for every taste. The area is a renowned mountain bike and road cycling must do and we consider the apartment a great base for the cycle set and golfers and families alike. Locally we have the matchroom country club, El Golf and hotel La Zambra for food and drinks but the apartment has a comprehensive booklet showing all local eateries we recommend etc. With a 15 minute drive from Malaga airport the apartment is quickly reached and we can if necessary organise transfers at a fee. With a recent refurbishment and addition of modern fittings such as 49" LCD and tasteful leather sofas we believe this to be a home from home for you to enjoy.

Mijas golf apartment

We were absolutely thrilled with the apartment. It had absolutely everything we needed and was immaculately clean. The views were beautiful, as described, and so quiet and peaceful. Pools were large and not over crowded . Location for Mijas pueblo, La Cala , Benalmádena, Cabopino , water park etc etc was spot on . Trish was just an amazing host. Apartment was gorgeous with amazing views. Close to restaurants and bars. Great base to explore Mijas and surrounding area. Apartment is a home from home with everything you need for a great vacation. Great pool area. Would definitely recommend.

Gem in the Costa Del Sol

Absolutely amazing penthouse, spotlessly clean and with the most amazing views. Trish is a fantastic host and communication is excellent, we visited with our three children 18, 16 and 13 and there was plenty of room for us all. We had a great two weeks and got to visit some lovely places. The pool area is great to visit after a day sightseeing and always plenty of sunbeds and parasols. Thank you Trish and Neale for letting us stay at your little gem in the Costa Del Sol.

Perfect in every way!

We have stayed at Mijas Golf many times but Trish and Neale’s beautiful penthouse outshone every other place we have stayed. The views from the balcony were spectacular especially the sunsets. The apartment was beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean. Trish was also lovely and always at the end of the phone if we needed her. We will definitely be returning to this beautiful place.

Fabulous apartment in a quiet location

We have just returned from a wonderful holiday & the apartment certainly lived up to our expectations. The living area has a very modern feel & the 2 good sized bedrooms are decorated very tastefully. It was also a bonus to have so many clothes hangers so no need to take any of your own ! The views from the balcony were amazing & the sunsets are as spectacular as other guests have described. We were pleasantly surprised as to how quiet the pool area was & at times we virtually had it to ourselves. The pool is a good size with plenty of sunbeds & a few parasols for shade. Trish was brilliant with her communication, always very quick to reply & very helpful with any questions I had. We would definitely return if we visited the area again in future.

Just returned from a great week at this lovely apartment, it has everything you could possibly wish for in a holiday home, it is more like a 2nd home. The owners are the most convivial hosts we have ever encountered and truly care that their clients have the best experience. A little jewel in Mijas Costa

A fabulous spacious penthouse, beautifully decorated + maintained, which has amazing views of the golf course + mountains. Trish the owner was so helpful + replied very quickly to a minor issue. Fantastic stay!

Trish and Neale were superb hosts and very quick to respond to any questions or queries that we had. The property is extremely well furnished and has everything you need for an enjoyable, comfortable and relaxing stay. Although the property would be great for a family, there was only two of us, so we had plenty of space. We were kept busy during the day by visiting some great coastal locations, and several pretty white villages further inland. After a busy day, it was great to relax with a glass of wine on the large balcony that overlooks the golf course. Wonderful! Chris and Liz September 2019

Amazing apartment with great views!

We loved staying at this beautiful apartment , which overlooked mijas golf course. Communications with the owner were excellent, and the apartment was really well laid out with a comfy lounge 2 really nice sized bedrooms and 2 big bathrooms too. We also enjoyed sitting out on the balcony watching the sunsets ( and the golf!) There is a really nice pool on the complex we used, and we found the location perfect for visiting all of the local areas, mijas costa is lovely, and its also very close to malaga which is also worth a visit. All in all an excellent trip !

We've just spent a week here and enjoyed every moment. Neale and Trish couldn't have done more for us to make our time more enjoyable. Apartment spotless and includes everything you need to make you feel at home. Quality touches where ever you look. Hire car reccomend, safe secure underground car parking included. It's the perfect base if you want to explore all the Costa Del Sol has to offer. Equally perfect to relax and take in all the apartment has to offer. Short walk from your door to a lovely private pool. Balcony has amazing views you would never get tired of. Highly recommended.

First class apartment with excellent hosts

This property is stunning , had absolutely everything you need for a very comfortable stay in a beautiful location. The views from the balcony are superb and very relaxing . The hosts provided some excellent contact throughout and are on hand for any questions you may have . I wouldn’t hesitate to go back and would highly recommend this property if you are looking for somewhere of a high quality in the area. I would advise getting a hire car to make the most of the surrounding area

Lovely apartment very well appointed

We couldn't find fault with anything. Lovely bedrooms, large balcony with stunning views and sunsets. Swimming pool well maintained with toilets so you don't have to go back, even though it's only 2 mins away. We did not hire a car and just relied on Ubers and local cabs but some guests would probably benefit by having one. Great place and owners were very accessible and communicative.

Beautiful penthouse

Just returned from a fabulous week stay at this gorgeous Penthouse We could not fault it and we were very happy with the quality of all the furnishings and the amenities inside the apartment The views are stunning and even though we didn’t have a car we managed to get about everywhere by taxi at very reasonable prices Thanks Trish and Neale for all your help and advice before and during our trip and a massive thanks to Lauren who looks after the penthouse for looking after us on our arrival We would definitely recommend and will hopefully return in the near future xx

Stunning Apartment with equally stunning views

Just returned from a weeks stay in this beautiful apartment with 3 friends. The location was perfect for the golfers amongst the group and the apartment was perfect for watching them on the 4th hole. The immaculate apartment had everything we needed and the interior was of a very high standard. There were plenty of recommendations and information provided, and Trish was very helpful in answering our questions. A car is definitely recommended, however, the bars and restaurants nearby were very nice. I would highly recommend this apartment and hope to visit again in the future!
