We've been staying at Yosemite West in the winter for years and the Treehouse is probably one of our favorites. The photos on the website need to be updated because the house looks much better in person. It was a perfect getaway retreat!

Hand rail to bedroom need repair as some one here before us notice it, there is no washing machine, we need propane for grill just cal and someone dropped off in about an hour, beautiful location to see sun set in Aug- th, Satellite internet /tv don't have speed like cables of course,
Positives: Check in was a breeze. We just showed our reservation and ID to the park rangers at the entrance. Good for 2 cars. Kitchen amenities were very good. Dishwasher and detergent was amazing. We didn't have a sponge but it wasn't a problem because of the quality of dishwasher they have there. Basic spices and an ice tray available. Lots of space for kids to play hide and seek and run around. We spent some time on the balconies. We swept and wiped it down ourselves but it was a nice space to use.
Room for improvement: Beds were pretty uncomfortable aside from the twin beds in the loft. Could have used a few more pillows. We didn't have enough towels for 8 people, so we ended up buying some at the village.WiFi was through the satellite so don't expect to be able to do a whole lot with your phone/devices. The one kids Channel (PBS) on the TV didn't work. Some of the carpet was badly worn and either needed a deep clean or to be replaced.
Overall had a lot of fun and felt safe there with the littles. Enjoyed being relatively close to Yosemite village (30 mins). Thank you for being our home away from home :)
What a perfect cabin for a visit to Yosemite. The kitchen is well stocked for all your cooking needs. Table seats 8. The kids (17, 19, 21, and 23) were comfortable in the loft. The parents enjoyed the two bedrooms. We drove into Yosemite daily (less than 30 minutes) which makes location perfect.
Home was just s advertised. It was very comfortable for our family of 5. We enjoyed the 3 breakfast & dinners that we cooked. the kitchen was stocked with the cooking & serving utensils and that we needed for our wonderful stay. The access to the wood burning stove made our stay cozy and memorable and the views from the porch were beautiful. Definitely would stay here again.
The tree house was perfect for our Yosemite vacation stay.
It was warm, cozy, and a great location within the Park. Wonderful sunset view from the back deck.
We were 4 adults, but it would also be great for a family.
The home is well maintained and we had everything we needed for our stay there. The only problem we had was upon our arrival, later in the evening when it was very dark and our entry code did not work. Also, the porch light was not working. Fortunately Scenic Wonders staff were close and available to correct the problem in a timely manner.
We booked this house for a family holiday with some friends who were visiting from overseas. Was a perfect pick, as we could still experience Yosemite Valley with just a short drive, but was lovely coming back to the peace and quiet of Yosemite West. House was clean with lovely furnishings, and the view from the balconies was stunning. Customer service was fantastic too, requested highchair and Pack n Play after we arrived, and was delivered to our door within half an hour - very impressed!

weekend review
Overall, my family had a good time. We made it fun. Unfortunately when we arrived, there was a power outage. The young man Andrew from the property management company had poor people skills and it was confusing. We were provided lanterns and an ice chest for the food we brought up. PG&E arrived at 9:00pm and eventually got the electricity hooked up, however we did not sleep as there were three digging outside the cabin until 3:00a when they restored the power. Short night sleep as we were scheduled to climb half dome the next morning. We achieved our goal although we were tired.
More dish towels would be nice.
There were many spider webs and it was a bit dusty.
The vacuum needs to be replaced.
I would sweep the back balconies and clean off the furniture before guests arrive. The decks are one of the more appealing places in the cabin.
I hope this helps.

Beautiful views, great location to the Yosemite Valley and other nearby locations. Beds were comfy and plentiful for our family. Could have used another chair in living room, but the open floor plan with the dining area helped. Bathroom door in hallway did not lock. Couldn't watch TV with the sun in the background. Could have used heavier blinds in the living room and some shades on the bedroom patios. Would have been nice to have a washer and dryer accessible. Fans helped since there was no A/C. There was plenty of working fans. Prepare for stairs. I'd stay here again with my family. It's very cozy!

Great Place to Stay in Yosemite
We absolutely loved this place. It was just my wife and I for our anniversary so we had way more than enough room. The house could have accommodated at least 8 people comfortably. It was quiet and secluded and a great place to come back to after long days hiking in the park. The two decks off the back were ideal for having a few cocktails at night and a nice breakfast in the morning. Would definitely recommend staying here if planning a trip to Yosemite. Was perfect for us!

A beautiful getaway in Yosemite
My family had an amazing time at the "Treehouse" cabin! We watched the sunset over the mountains from the back balcony, wine in hand, and happy as can be. The cabin is INSIDE the park and is very close to the road that leads to Glacier Point. It was pretty central for everything we wanted to do in Yosemite. It would be nice to have a half bath on the main floor, but really, the house is just perfect.

Great House, Great Location!
This house was a pleasant surprise! It was just as described and seen in the pictures. House was clean and beautiful! It hosted us 6 adults, a toddler and a baby comfortably. Only suggestion would be to look at the hall bathroom lock, it won't lock which lead to a few surprise walk ins! Other than that, this house was amazing and I strongly recommend it for you and your family!

Cozyness
Great location in the heart of the Yosemite Nat.Park! 20 min drive to the Valley and overlooks. Clean rooms, cozy atmosphere by the woodburning fireplace while looking outside as the snow falls through the huge windows and watching TV on a recliner sofa. They have all appliances/dishes/spices needed to make yummy dinner. Gorgeous views from the deck and neat walk up to the house itself that gives it a tree house like feeling. Plenty of sleeping space, lots of windows, cool wooden beams and columns throughout the house remind you that you are in the woods and give you a homey/cozy feeling. Very warm and inviting place! No wifi or cell connection in the house or in the park for that matter, but this complex does have a management office down the road with free coffee, chairs, dvds and free wifi if you need to check up on something important/very convenient, but also it's nice to have most of the stay disconnected from your phone! Would love to come back one day ♥ :)

Beautiful! Great experience.
We went to the treehouse with 7 people and had trouble getting into the treehouse. The code was not correct so we had to sit and wait without cell phone service before entering. There also was not enough chairs or deck furniture for us to sit comfortably. The bed upstairs also was broken so two people had to squeeze into the one bed. Overall, great location and beautiful home! Kitchen was very nicely stocked! Parking also was very good! We had a great time and would recommend anyone to go there. It was a great experience.
