Dear traveller we hope you are doing well.

We welcome you to stay in our villa!

Luxury, 5* classified, 4 bedroom villa (sleeps 8). The villa has air conditioning, 3 bathrooms, 4 toilets, separate dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and a separate laundry room.
The villa is beautifully decorated and situated in a quiet area.
The large child protected swimming pool (13 x 6 m) is surrounded by idyllic seating and lounge areas, flowers and mediterranean trees.
POOLHEATING available upon request (not possible during winter months).

Only 5-10 minutes walk from several picturesque beaches such as:
- La Garoupe, Plage Keller with sunbeds and several small restaurants on beach and
- Plage des Ondes for snorkling and beautiful sunsets.
Located in the middle of the Cap d'Antibes. Walking distance to Antibes and Juan les Pins is 20-30 minutes. From the villa you can start a beautiful nature walk around the Cap (protected natural site), or walk to the famous hotel Eden Roc, or enjoy a drink and the sunset at the terrace of the beach club of les Pecheurs.

20 minutes by car from Nice (airport) and Cannes.

A beautiful villa with everything you need to escape

We had such a wonderful stay. Everything in our eyes was perfect. The pool was beautiful and warm (extra but worth it). The kitchen was very well equipped, and the dining areas were very charming - inside and out. All the bedrooms were lovely and comfy beds. The property manager was very helpful and always responsive. It was the perfect honeymoon, even with a toddler! We'd love to come back.

Beautiful house in Cap D’Antibes

We had a great holiday and loved the house and pool. Nathalie was very helpful and check in and out was easy. Would definitely like to visit again. The house is in a great location and everything is easy to get to. We used our bikes a lot.

Lovely Villa

We had a wonderful stay at the villa, outside area around the large pool was ideal for a relaxing family holiday with teenage children. Simone and Nathalie were very responsive and we would certainly make a return trip.

Beautiful relaxing villa

We had a lovely stay in this villa. Outside area is very nice and quiet, with shade and sunny areas available. Pool is large and warm. Air con in bedrooms and dining area is effective. Beds comfortable. Plenty of towels and well equipped kitchen. Garoupe beach is a 10-15 mins walk with a few restaurants. It’s easy to get Ubers to local towns and restaurants. Would stay again.

Amazing villa and stay

This is our second visit to this Villa and its is amazing. The pool is better than most hotels in juan les pins and it is equipped with everything you need. Our arrival was smooth and Nathalie Was lovely. I would highly recommend this Villa and we will be staying here again in the future.

Great pool and villa

We thoroughly enjoyed our 10 day stay. The pool is absolutely amazing and the seating arrangements around it make it super comfy. One reason we originally decided to book the villa was the bed dimensions. It did not disappoint, the 90x200 beds are quite unusual for French properties. The kitchen was fully equipped, everything was working fine. Ample parking for the 3 cars we had with us. One thing which we also conveyed to the villa manager was the mosquito nets, which def need replacing. All in all though we had an amazing time and this villa it‘s definitely going to the list of properties we will be returning to.

Amazing stay in a prime location

Very nice stay overall. The area is safe all restaurants and beaches are open, the property is clean and a safe place to stay in this covid-19 circumstances. We will come back next year.

Beautiful house

I spent a week in this lovely house last October. The weather was very nice and we had lunch on the beach almost every day. Nathalie, the local agent was very helpful and gave us lots of sightseeing and restaurant tips. In the evenings we had BBQ diners at home. We also went to Monaco for the day. There are so many things to do in the area that you can easily spent two weeks overhere. The pool is surrounded by several sitting areas and there is a relaxed atmosphere. We would like to use the house again in the spring.

Cap d’Antibes

We spent two weeks last Summer in this lovely house on Cap d’Antibes. We all enjoyed the pool very much and also spent some time on the beach of La Garoupe which is only 5 minutes walk away. The house is spacious and very well located. We visited the Picasso museum in Antibes and the antic market. And for shopping we went to Cannes. We will definitely return to this beautiful villa next summer.

House well equipped. Outside beautiful. Nathalie welcome very friendly. Master bedroom very large and downstairs bedroom good. Two other bedrooms upstairs smaller and no proper wardrobes other than in master. Bathrooms need updating Bedding needs improvement Kitchen well equipped. Kitchen table beautiful but not ideal to eat at as impossible to clean We would return and had a great time however some freshly updated furniture and decor would really enhance this ideal location. luxurious house in quiet neighbourhood

Nathalie was there to greet us and to show us the (extensive) security arrangments, she speaks perfect English and explained everything very clearly. The house is large, beautifully decorated and very comfortable with plenty of pots, pans, crockery and glasses for a large group. We were only two and loved having the space and the peace and quiet. The surrounding area is very quiet - we were there at the end of April - and it is possible to walk to Juan-Les-Pins and to Antibes but we found it easy enough to drive. The pool is very large and very deep and the area at the front of the house is a lovely sun trap - there is a large gas BBQ and plenty of seating and it is very comfortable. The only downside from our point of view were the security requirements which meant sleeping with the house alarmed and the shutters closed (not a problem in the huge main bedroom, but probably less attractive in the smaller bedrooms). There is, of course, air conditioning which we didn't need. Overall the house is a lovely place to stay, and we would certainly go back.

Beautiful Villa in the heart of the Cap

I booked the villa for a holiday of a lifetime for my family and I, a get together for 2weeks as we all live such busy lives on different continents, spending time all together has been impossible up to now. We had an outstanding holiday, and felt 'at home' immediately. Nathalie was there to meet me on arrival and give me and my youngest son a tour of the villa and explained all the security features. We paid a nominal sum to have the beautiful pool heated and it was a definite bonus in May and everyone took full advantage of it. We hired a friend of my daughter in laws to cater for us on the 1st Sunday and that was an excellent decision as it gave us all the freedom to catch up with each other in total relaxation. My whole family and I can thoroughly recommend this Villa to anyone contemplating a vacation in this area of France. It's a beautiful location, and perfectly situated for days out sight seeing

1. Fantastic Location/Area 2. Outstanding style, we thought it was the "work" of a well known interior designer, we failed, the owners have a genius for PERFECT DESIGN! 3. Extremly relaxing atmosphere; if you love to stay in the best hotels of the world, well you feel VERY comfortable in this PARADISE! 4. If you love nature and fantastic views, rent a bike (we did so) and enjoy the wonderful nature near the Villa every day. If you are a jogger, enjoy a breathtaking running round the Cap. You are back in the villa 40 minutes later. Or enjoy Jogging near the sea. 5. You love to work a little bit in this Villa? No Problem, you also find a quiet corner and thanks to the strong wifi the documents will be sent/arrive in seconds. 6. You love to have dinner in the sand? No Problem, your bike will bring you to Juan les Pins within a few minutes. You prefer to have dinner in the Villa? Also a good idea, enjoy the kitchen and don´t forget to buy enough wine (red, white, rose) in the supermarket near the Villa (5 minutes by bike). 7. The agent (Mrs. Monarca) makes a perfect Job! 8. Just perfect

the house is beautifuly located on the Cap in a very peaceful neighbourhood. You can easily walk to the beach. The pool is wonderful and heated. The children had a great time at the pool and playing with the table tennis table. We really liked the decoration of the house and all the beautiful flowers in the garden. This is a fantastic house to spent your holidays in the south of France. I would recommend it to everybody and we are looking forward to coming back next year.

Great time in the South of France

My family stayed at this villa for a week in October, 2012 and we had a great time. The villa is spacious, stylish and comfortable, and is stocked will all the amenities required to fully enjoy a self-catering holiday in the South of France. This place is perfect for those looking to exploit all that the Cote d’Azur has to offer, but is also great for a few days of relaxing by the pool. The villa is a 20-30 minute drive from the Nice Airport and is situated in an ideal location on the Cap d’Antibes. There are a few small shops, groceries, and a butcher just around the corner and there is a large Carrefour just north of Antibes for any required big grocery shopping. 5-10 minutes of walking past some nice estates will bring you to Keller beach, a small, but enjoyable beach with a reasonably priced (by Cote d'Azur standards)restaurant nearby. A few minutes in the car (or perhaps a 20-30 minute walk) will take you to Juan les Pins, a large beach area with great restaurants and shopping. The Cap also serves as a great place for jogging or leisurely strolls. The old town of Antibes is just around the corner (and also has a beach). For those looking for a broader adventure, there are plenty of great places and old towns (recommend St. Paul de Vence) just a short drive away. The management staff were extremely helpful, speak perfect English, and were responsive to all of our needs and questions. Overall, we had a fantastic time and will book the Villa the next time we are in the South of France.

We are a Dutch Family of 4 living in Bloemendaal, a small town in Holland, close to the Dutch beaches and Amsterdam.
We own our villa for 13 years now and have spent so many very nice Family Holidays with our two grown-up daughters and friends and family in the South of France. It always feels like coming home because our villa is located in a very nice and quiet neighborhood but also on walking distances of the beach and small grocery shops around the courner. We love to walk to Antibes or Juan les Pins, or bike around the Cap. Both our daughters are studying now so we don't need to go to our house during School Holidays anymore. Bexause of that reason we experienced that the Antibes area is also beautiful during the winter months.
We have decorated our house and garden with love and for many years now we have a very dedicated "team" consisting of our property manager, cleaning lady and gardener. They all take care of the house very well and will do their very best to make your Holiday in our house unforgettable. The outside of the house and garden do have a typical French atmosphere. The pool is lovely and there are lots of flowers around. You will have sunshine in our garden all day long.
