About this property

This apartment finds itself in a villa in Villa Pedergnano. The villa with solar panels and a heat pump is divided into 2 apartment, one of which is being occupied by the owner and her family. It is pet-friendly and very suitable for family holidays.

You are in the heart of Franciacorta famous for its wines. Lake Iseo is a short drive away and the place has beautiful vineyards and farmhouses to explore. Lake Garda and Bergamo are at 35 km and Milan is at 80 km. The nearest supermarket and restaurants are at 1 km.

The villa is well-furnished and comes with parking. There is a fireplace to keep you comfortable inside. The modern kitchen is convenient for cooking. You can enjoy the view from the balcony and relax in the furnished garden with a barbecue. Electricity is now provided by renewable energies (solar panels and Tesla Powerwall 2), we also include a 6Kw wall charger (Alfen Single Pro-Line). We plan to constantly improve the efficiency of the house and included temperature + sound insulated doors and an hybrid heat pump.

The motorway lies 2 km away.

House is equipped with solar panels, heat pump heating and a car charging station. The cost for charging is 60 cents per kw.

Wat een fantastische plek om te mogen verblijven. Het huis is prachtig, ruim, voorzien van alle gemakken en bijzonder schoon. De gastvrouw is bijzonder aardig en behulpzaam. Ze spreek goed Engels en reageert snel op vragen. Tijdens de vakantie was mijn verjaardag en stond ze zeer attent met een prachtige fles bubbels voor de deur. De omgeving is erg mooi en leent zich uitstekend voor dagtrips naar bijvoorbeeld Brescia, Bergamo en Iseo. Wij hebben een heerlijke vakantie gemaakt met prachtige herinneringen voor het leven. Al met al een absolute aanrader.

Bellísima casa

We enjoyed our stay a lot. Luxury accommodation, friendly owner, quiet area. Near to touristic towns like Bergamo, Milano, Brescia, Lago d'Iseo, etc. Also local attractions, wine yards, good restaurants. We plan to come back and stay longer.

Sehr hochwertige Immobilie mit Nähe zum Iseosee, Wandergebieten und schönen Städten

Die Wohnung bzw. man muss eher sagen „das Haus“ liegt in einer wohlhabenden Wohngegend in Erbusco / Villa Pedergnano. Das Haus ist überdurchschnittlich gut ausgestattet (Waschmaschine, Geschirrspülmaschine, Gasgrill, Whirlpool etc.) und hochwertig eingerichtet (Marmorboden im EG, Holzfußboden im OG, leichtgängige und komplett schließende Fenster). Aus meiner Sicht ist das Haus ideal für Reisende, die nicht nur einen Badeurlaub machen wollen, sondern gerne einen Mix aus Badeurlaub, Wandern und Kultur machen. Die verkehrliche Anbindung und die Infrastruktur sind ausgezeichnet. Ein großes Einkaufszentrum ist nur rd. 1,5 km entfernt und bis zur Autobahn sind es auch nur rd. 2 km. Dennoch hört man weder Autobahn noch den Einkaufsverkehr, denn sie liegen auf der dem Hügel abgewandten Seite. Zur Südseite des Iseosees sind es rd. 15-20 Minuten mit dem Auto. Wandergebiete sind reichlich vorhanden. Bergamo (rd. 30 km) und Brescia (rd. 22 km) sind in unmittelbarer Nähe und über die Autobahn schnell zu erreichen. Selbst Mailand dürfte für einen Tagesausflug nicht zu weit sein. Man sollte auch nicht vergessen, dass man in einem Weinbaugebiet lebt. Zahlreiche Winzer laden zu Besichtigungen und Verköstigungen ein. Wir selber haben den sehr „stylischen“ Winzer „Erbusco Cives“ besucht. Aber die rd. 40 verschiedenen Weinkeller machen alle einen guten Eindruck. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und wohnen direkt nebenan. Sie halten sich aber unauffällig im Hintergrund. Ungeachtet dessen, kann man aber auf Ihren Rat oder Hilfe zurückgreifen, z. B. mussten wir ein Flugticket für unseren Sohn ausdrucken lassen. Oder die Vermieterin hatte uns einen Besuch von Brescia mit den Museen „Capitolium“ und „Santa Giulia“ nahegelegt. Wir sind froh, dass wir diese Exkursion noch eingebaut haben, denn andernfalls wäre uns dieses Weltkulturerbe entgangen. Dafür noch einmal vielen Dank. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Prachtig huis centraal gelegen in Noord Italië. Overal wijngaarden en er zijn verschillende wijnhuizen op korte afstand. Groot winkelcentrum op 1 km afstand. Restaurantjes in omgeving. Het Iseo meer is 20 min rijden, geen zandstrand, maar het is er prachtig. Minpuntjes (maar is te overzien) : muggen en de 2 vd 3 bedden zijn nogal hard. Heerlijke douche. Wasmachine en alles Is eigenlijk aanwezig. Verder, wat niet naar voren kwam uit de informatie : de tuin is een open / gedeelde tuin met de eigenaresse incl haar 2 honden. Maar hier merk je niets van, honden zijn superlief en blijven op hun helft. Wij hadden ook een hond mee en dat ging perfect. Tuin is helemaal afgesloten. Auto kan binnen de poort. Al met al: heel fijn huis !

Wij arriveerden een uur te vroeg, maar dat was geen enkel probleem. We werden zeer hartelijk ontvangen. Het huis was super schoon en er is veel aandacht besteed aan de inrichting. De omgeving is prachtig! Het Iseomeer ligt op ongeveer 10 minuten rijden en is heerlijk om in te zwemmen, snorkelen of vissen. Dorpjes rond het meer zijn klein, maar daardoor erg knus en gemoedelijk. Ook het wijngebied is mooi om door te rijden. En het ijs in de regio is voortreffelijk! Voor onze kinderen (16, 14 en 10 jaar) was het waterpark AcquaSplash echt een aanrader, maar ook een tochtje naar Monte Isola mag niet ontbreken.

We (a couple and two guys) stayed here in march and really enjoyed our trip to Italy. Paola is a very friendly person and take care of any problems which may appear. The Villa is very comfortable an you can find anything you need. To the next supermarket / shopping mall you can go by foot or by car. Over the day we visited many different cities like Milano, Venezia and Genua. All are easy to reach by car from the house. We all would recommended a long stay in the Villa Pedergnano

De villa was fantastisch compleet, goed en sfeervol ingericht in de stijl van de mooie Italiaanse huizen in de Franciacorta. Wij hebben genoten van de accommodatie en de vriendelijke gastvrijheid van de eigenaren. Het Iseomeer op een afstand van 10 km met een prachtig strandbad en de plaatsen Milaan, Brescia, Bergamo en nog vele andere plaatsen goed en snel vanuit de villa bereikbaar, een prima uitvalbasis voor culturele uitstapjes, zwemuitjes en fietstochten. Het dichtbij gelegen winkelcentrum kwam ons ook goed van pas! mooi om nog een keer terug te gaan1
