Esta residencia urbana actualizada tiene el Océano Atlántico a sólo unos pasos de distancia. El primer piso tiene una sala de televisión con un sofá cama y un medio baño. El segundo piso tiene una hermosa cocina con encimera de granito, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y un montón de armarios con toda la vajilla y ollas y sartenes que va a necesitar. También hay una gran sala de estar con televisión y un segundo medio baño y lavadero con lavadora y secadora. Hay una hermosa vista al mar desde las ventanas de la sala. En el 3er piso, hay 1 dormitorio con una cama de matrimonio; y 2 dormitorios con 2 camas individuales. Un cuarto de baño completo con bañera y ducha es también en esta planta. En la 4ª planta, hay un magnífico dormitorio principal y cuarto de baño completo. También hay una pequeña nevera y cafetera para que pueda disfrutar de la salida del sol desde su cubierta 4ª planta. También hay una terraza en la planta baja, que incluye una ducha exterior. Hay 4 sillas de playa.
Este es un lugar perfecto para la diversión en el sol y un montón de relajación.

Relaxing beach spot

It’s literally steps away from the beach making family beach days a breeze! And there is beautiful ocean views from the fourth floor balcony off the master bedroom . We’ve stayed in this neighborhood quite a few times for family beach trips but this is by far the nicest place we’ve stayed . The host was communicative and easy to work with . Thanks for a nice stay!

Beach Stay June 2024

Location of this property is so great- amazing proximity to the beach, lovely beach experience as it is private and not too crowded. Easy access to Bethany, Dewey and Rehoboth. Comfortable kitchen and common area. Was also great for a family with a baby in need of quiet nap/sleep time in the master. The room is 2 stories above the common area. Would absolutely recommend a stay here.

Great location!

We had a great stay. We arrived a little early but the place was ready and clean (which is very important to my wife). It's just steps to the beach entrance, which is great when on the beach to go back for anything you might have forgotten or to just get out of the sun for a little. It was perfect for our family of 3, but plenty of room for a larger group. I was happy to see that there was a larger table in the kitchen and seating on the upstairs deck then what is shown in the pictures. We love Tower Shores community (have stayed in different spots over the 5 years, except for a year because of Covid) which always seems to have a good mix of families with kids for our 7 yo to make vacation friends with. Thanks for a great stay!

The property was exactly what we expected from the pictures. The property was very clean and the owner was wonderful to work with especially when I had questions. I would highly recommend this property and I expect to stay at this location in the future.

Great Beach Stay

Our beach stay was excellent. While the weather didn’t cooperate as much as we had hoped, Joanne’s home offered ample space to enjoy ourselves. Proximity to the beach for morning walks and afternoon activities was great. Home was nicely equipped with what we needed for our stay. Would definitely recommend.

Long Weekend

We’ve stayed at this property many times for off-season fun. The property is well maintained and the right size for our family. The Tower Shores community is quiet yet close to downtown. Joanne is always responsive and helpful.

Great Family Beach Visit

The property was the perfect amount of space for our family group, and we loved the proximity to the beach since we had little kids and grandparents with us. The location was peaceful and a quick drive to nearby activities. The owners were helpful. We greatly enjoyed our stay!

Perfect location!

This place is literally steps to the beach! There are 2 ways to get on the beach. There are steps nearly across from the front door or if you have a beach cart down the ways a bit there are no steps. The beach was not crowded and the water and waves were very much enjoyed by all! The house was clean and provided many household items to lighten the load of us bringing it all. There was a total of 8 of us, 4 kids, 4 adults and it was nice that we could have all of our own space and not be on top of one another. The owner was wonderful and communicated well before and through out our stay. My only complaint is the wifi/internet. It wasnt the property that was the issue, it's the whole surrounding area. It was hit and miss. Regardless, who needs internet on vacation! Refreshing, relaxing vacation for all of us! Thank you Joanne!

Close to the beach

Our family has been to DE plenty of times, but we’ve always stayed at a hotel. This was our first time booking through VRBO and we have so many positive things to say. Our experience with the property owner was pleasant, she even reached out to make sure that we got the last minute note about our stay. This place is in walking distance to Matt’s Fish Camp restaurant which was a delight. The place was clean and spacious for 4 adults and 2 kids. Make sure to bring linen, blankets, towels, hand soap, toiletries and toilet paper(?)… we couldn’t find any in the house. They have all the kitchenware, a keurig and even a grill outside. The Private Beach is in walking distance which enabled us to walk home for lunch instead of eating at the beach. The waves are pretty big and can be a little dangerous (we saw a kid get a bloody nose from his boogie board). We would definitely recommend this place for families. It was a pleasant vacation.

Wonderful Vacation!

Fantastic Location, Great Owners

Perfect location, steps away for the beach and a shirt walk to the onion rings at Matt’s Fish Camp! Property was immaculately clean and the owners were responsive when we reached out. Love it!

While this is an older property, it is in immaculate condition with an updated kitchen and very clean. Everything was in good working order. The location was fantastic, just steps from the beach! We also appreciated the friendly community that surrounded us. We had a wonderful week!

We just had an amazing stay at this property. The location is great as it’s feet away from a private beach and close to everything. It was clean and spacious. Joanne, the owner, was easy to contact prior to our arrival and she was kind enough to check on us (face to face) the day after we checked in. I highly recommend this property.

This was a fantastic fit for our family of five. The house was clean with plenty of space for everyone. The beach is steps away and everything we needed was provided in the home. We are definitely coming back.

Great location and helpful property owner

We spent a week in June 2021 at this place and it was great. Had a slight issue early on that the property owner immediately responded to and resolved quickly. The walk to the beach was perfect for my young kids and we had a blast. We will absolutely be coming back in the future.

We were very excited when another townhouse became available in the same community. So we just bought it and now want to share our favorite beach spot with others.

This townhouse has been used by owners only and is beautiful. The ocean views will make you want to stay forever. This community is a quiet neighborhood, but has a highly rated restaurant just 1 block away. You can have all the peace and quiet you want or you can drive a short distance an enjoy the multitude of activities and fine dining in Rehoboth Beach.
