Este es un hermoso condominio 2BR / 2BA en Saida Towers. Este es un penthouse en uno de los edificios frontales justo al frente del Golfo de México. ¡La vista es ESPECTACULAR! Este condominio también lo es. Esta recientemente remodelado. ¡Es fresco, limpio y hermoso! Saida 2606 tiene una maravillosa sensación de playa y tiene capacidad para 8. Hay una hermosa cama king size en su suite principal, así como una vista increíble. El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama Queen y una litera. También hay un sofá cama en la sala de estar. La cocina es notable. Las encimeras de granito son hermosas. La cocina es nueva y bien equipada. Slice of paradise

The condo was very clean and well stocked. We absolutely loved this rental. The view is amazingly gorgeous. Plenty of space for everyone and then some. Easy access to the beach. Was very relaxing. We will definitely be returning .

Great Spot on the Beach

We enjoyed our stay. Even able to catch some fireworks right outside our patio. We had the best view of the beach. Within walking distance to shopping centers and restaurants.

Sunrise on the beach

Beautiful place!

We had a wonderful time during our stay here. Very clean and beautiful. The amazing balcony and view couldn’t be beat! We called and asked if we could check in a little early and they were very accommodating. I would recommend this place to anyone!

Property is beautiful! Condo had everything we needed. Our host Katherine was very helpful and gracious. Had a fantastic time and would love to stay there again. we arrived late at night but with the keypad it was easy. What was so helpful was there was coffee for the morning and power cream. Worth every bit and more

The gated parking along with security constantly walking around was very reassuring. They were also very helpful. From the parking to the room, we enjoy every bit of it. Pool was great, beach was GREAT, the few was AMAZING! Do yourself a favor and book it! Just do it!

Awesome View!

This is a very spacious condo. The view was really exceptional. The condo doesn’t have any beach gear or a washer and dryer. But it had everything else. And there is a washer and dryer on the premises.

Our one disappointment was finding that there was NOT a gym on site despite the website claiming that one was available. Also I think it may have helped Rent on Padre to provide a pack-and -play or crib of some sort for infants.

Very nice beach condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay was very nice, the unit is so comfortable and in a great location. We would like to note that the master bath shower is not working very well, and the front door is not secure. These issues should be addressed.

Great Stay in South Padre

The condo was great and has beautiful ocean front views. Arriving was easy, we just punched in the code and that was it. No keys or cards involved. We wished they would have put a sponge to wash diches (we had to buy our own). Further, there was no bathroom soap or shampoo. Other than that, internet and cable TV worked great, and we appreciated the beach chairs made available as well.

Amazing

Booked last minute for a 3 day trip to SPI before the kids get back into school. Loved the location of the condo right off the bridge which makes it great to get in and out of SPI. Close small strip of eateries to enjoy. Close gas station for convince. The Room was great to enjoy, relax, set on the big balcony with an amazing high views. The rooms where big my wife and two kids took the room with the queen and bunk beds which was perfect and we gave my in-laws the master which they enjoyed a lot. The kitchen and living room was spacious and comfortable also. Beach and pool access was perfect to walk and enjoy also. Can not complain except that we should have booked more days as my wife said. Next time we will. Was a pleasure staying at Saida 2606.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Ceiling fans and floors were dirty. We spent $1,500.00 on this condo. Was very disappointed that I had to clean the Ceiling fans myself because I just didn't want to have to look at them that way knowing how much money I spent there. Also, our feet turned black walking on the tiled floor. Probably will not use this company or stay at this facility in the future. On a positive note, the location was superb!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was beautiful, very clean, great location, however, it took over an hour to get into the door - batteries were dead. After calling the # on most of my emails about 10 times and leaving messages, finally found an email with an after hours #. Never got TV in bedroom to work. Living Room TV was so difficult, kept blacking out, finally lady told me to unplug box and plug back in - why didn't she tell me that before I spent 2 hours trying to get it to work.

Perfection on Padre!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We just got home from a 3 week stay at Sunrise on the Beach. Our stay was absolutely perfect. We have rented many condos from HomeAway, VRBO and such, but this was by far the most seamless, organized and customer service forward experience we have had. Billie and staff at Rent on Padre were extremely helpful and provided us with all the information we needed for a Perfect stay! Now - as far as the condo goes, it was really lovely. The parking lot is gated but we never had to wait to enter. We were always able to park very near to the building. The elevator was a real plus, as the condo was located on the top floor. Everything was extremely clean and well kept. The grounds, common building areas, pool areas (there are 3 lovely pools! And a little Tiki Bar.), boardwalk to the beach, etc were all perfectly clean at all times. Great staff! Swimming in the pool was great - and long walks on the beautiful beach were a real plus!The unit itself was phenomenal. Perfectly sized kitchen with everything needed. A large dining table area and stools by the counter provided lots of places to sit and enjoy a meal. The living room was comfortable and had a large easy to operate television. Each of the two bathrooms were perfectly appointed. The master bedroom was comfortable and had a great mattress. Also another TV for night viewing in bed. The second bedroom had a tv as well. Two bunk beds and a double bed. Each bedroom had a large closet which was great! The best part of the condo, though was the massive Lanai! It is facing the water and every morning we were treated to a beautiful sunrise. Hours of sitting on the covered lanai gazing at the water was all I needed to relax. Anyways, you get the picture! It was perfect and beautiful. I hope we can go back soon!
