Beautiful newly renovated villa in Formosa Gardens.
This 7 bedroom villa boasts one of the best lake views of Formosa Gardens with a stunning south facing pool.
The King size Master bedroom is sheer luxury. It has a king size bed and a beautiful en-suite bathroom, French doors leading out to the Pool, Spa and kiddies pool, overlooking Star Lake and Parkland to the side offering unrivalled privacy, it also has its own tv.
There are also a bedroom two with twin beds with access to the pool bath-room.

The second King size bedroom has an en-suite shower bathroom. There are also two Queen size bedrooms which boast a large walk in shower in their private en-suite bathrooms. Another which has 2 full sized beds.
Each adult bedroom has a private bathroom, the twin bedroom has access to the pool bathroom and the two other twin rooms share a bathroom.

The private luxury screened pool gets the sun all day round and has the largest deck area on the lake with plenty sun loungers so you can obtain that all important sun tan! At night see the amazing fibre optic light show in the pool while you watch the fireworks at The
Magic Kingdom from the pool area.

Fantastic location and house

This house is exactly as advertised and also centrally located. It was very quick getting to and from all the attractions, shopping and restaurants. The house was very clean and inviting. The pool is very large and clean as well as the hot tub. We would go back for sure!

Holiday vacation

Stayed for 2 weeks over Christmas and New year's! Property is fantastic the pool area is massive with great views and seating options. Property location for attending the Theme parks is incredibly convenient. Had a few issues with heating of the Hot Tub but the property manger was prompt in attending the locations and replacing the unit. Have stayed in multiple locations over the years in Orlando and this is by far the best!

Beautiful villa and location

We are a famliy of 8. Elderly parents and adult children with their partners. Not our first time to this area. (our 13th). We have not stayed in a same villa twice. However after our visit to this villa we would definitely return. The villa has plenty of space for us all. Pool area is very spacious and pool is a wonderful size with lake views. Location excellent for the parks and nearby restaurants. The neighbourhood is very quiet at night which is great not to be disturbed by others partying into the small hours. Villa management were so helpful and supportive during our stay during hurricane Milton, as was the owner. Only negative was wish we could have stayed longer.

Luxury on the lake - your perfect location for a family when planning a holiday including Disney

Beautiful house in the best gated community when visiting Disney area attractions. The pool is a generous size where you can unwind after a days theme park visits or a day browsing through the shopping malls. All the rooms are fresh and clean have their own TVs with streaming services. And when you need to stock up on essentials there are four large supermarkets nearby and also chemists just in case you need medication sun creams etc

Large Bright Villa

Lovely large bright villa in an excellent location. We were a mixed age party including young children, everyone had their own space the villa definitely does deliver on space. Our only issues were both the air and water filters in the fridge freezer came up in red that they needed changing, I rang the agents who said they’d change them but then never did. I’m not sure if it’s the tight turnaround time but there were areas that hadn’t been cleaned properly and we found a dirty nappy in the games room. The pool is great and it’s a huge outside space but the outdoor furniture is starting to look a bit grubby in particular the lounge bed in the corner there was a big rip in the canopy which was very obvious when we arrived. We had an absolutely great stay and would recommend the villa the owners just need to be more vigilant re the cleaning going forward.

Family Disney Trip

Beautiful home close to Disney. This is great house which is near Disney and area restaurants. We enjoyed our stay and was a great place for our large group of 9. The pool was a nice place to spend a relaxing day away from the parks. Owner was very responsive to questions.

Beautiful home in excellent condition with perfect location

Our family of 9 stayed here and had a wonderful time! We love the quiet location, beautiful views and the pool, hot tub and kiddie pool was perfect for our 2 year old grandson. We have stayed at Villa Belagio previously and it never disappoints.

Spectacular vacation

We could not have asked for a better vacation rental. We vacation in Florida twice a year. We love the location of Formosa Gardens. Of all the rentals that we have stayed in, this was by far, the best. The pool/lanai area is unbeatable. The view was amazing. The location to EVERYTHING was great. Sarah was very responsive to any questions that we had. The furnishings were nice and the house is updated. If you are looking for location and comfort, look no further!!!!

2023 xmas getaway

We had an amazing time. 8 adults 1 kid. The house was perfect and the location was perfect! Very spacious, the pool and view were amazing. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need to cook in if you choose to. The game room was great place to relax. This house was 10 out of 10.

Beautiful property in lovely location

This property is beautiful, in a stunning location. There were 12 of us in total - 8 adults, 2 children aged 6 and 3 and two infants. The beautiful villa was very well equipped and had everything we needed and more. The pool deck is huge and we loved using the pools and the spa. Unfortunately we had no pool heat for 6 days as the pump was broken and the management company struggled to find a replacement part. This meant we were unable to make full use of the pool during this time as it was too cold. However, I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to book a villa for their trip and I would certainly book to stay here again in the future.

September family vacation

Excellent villa with everything required for a great vacation. The family all loved the trip and would love to stay again in the future. Location was excellent and allowed easy access to Disney without having to join/leave I-4. Choice of restaurants and supermarkets close by was great.

Fantastic stay

We visited Florida as a group of 12, consisting of 3 families with children aged between 8 and 11. Villa was stunning, it was very comfortable and the pool, pool table and music system were great fun for the time spent in the house. The property is very convenient for the parks and less than 10 mins from Disney world drive. No issues with check in and everything very clear and way to use. Would definitely stay again

Excellent stay

Absolutely loved this Villa & Pool with the wonderful view of the lake. The whole family enjoyed the pool immensely. The Villa went above our expectations, so there is no problem in highly recommending this to future families. Location was ideal for the parks & shopping when required. The online listing doesn’t do it justice as some of the photos don’t incorporate the new refurbishment. Sarah was very helpful and quick with her response to any queries we had.

Wonderful pool & quiet neighborhood

Outdoor space is great. Large pool that our kids loved, plenty of places to relax and enjoy meals with a sunset view! Neighborhood is safe, close to Disney and well kept. If you plan to cook at the home, you have to buy all of the necessities (salt, pepper, condiments, etc) which I have found other rentals to typically provide. Just good to know that before you do your shopping. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

The house is very well situated for privacy while still being just 15 minutes from Disney and within 5 minutes of every type of restaurant you can think of!! The house was exactly as it shows on the listing. Check in was seamless. The owners were great and very responsive to questions. We highly recommend!

Excellent home away from home

A quiet, private neighborhood. Close to food stores, restaurants and all major theme parks. The view of the backyard is amazing. Awesome pool facilities. We enjoyed the pool! The kids had a great time in the kiddie pool. The house was fully stocked with all necessities. Well stock kitchen with all cutlery, dishware and appliances. We enjoyed the coffeemaker for our coffee drinking family.The pool room was a bonus..with a very large, comfortable couch/lounger. Beds were very comfortable and linens were clean. Air conditioning was quite cool and refreshing. My only con was that the entry gate information was incorrect and so it took us a while to enter the community. Otherwise, the property manager was very helpful and informative. I will definitely recommend this property and will consider for our next family getaway. Thanks again Sarah!

Fantastic stay

My family and I have just returned from our family holiday in Florida Our stay at the villa was one of our best villas we have stayed in. The villa was clean lots of space and had everything we needed. If we get a chance again to stay at the villa and we need a large villa this is the villa we would stay in We would give our stay a great five out of five.
