This oceanfront townhouse has great views of St. Augustine beach. It is located minutes from downtown St. Augustine and within walking distance to some excellent restaurants and entertainment.

The second floor master bedroom has a king size bed that overlooks the ocean to view the sunrise without having to get out of bed. The second bedroom has two brand new full beds and can comfortably sleep two (or four, if they don’t mind sharing!) There are two full baths making it easy for everyone to get ready for an evening out or any adventure. Both bedrooms have their own private balcony with the second one overlooking one of the complex’s pools.

The first floor boasts a fully equipped kitchen with many new appliances. The dining area seats 6 comfortably around the table. The living area has large comfortable furniture with a couch good for napping. The first floor also has one of the full baths and a garage. The interior of the house has just been renovated, and has recently been refurbished with a new central air, and many other new furnishings. All recently purchased linens are provided, along with cable and free, secure, WIFI service. The living room and master bedroom are both equipped with flat screen TVs.

The ground floor living area has an outdoor patio with seating to enjoy your morning coffee before heading out to the beach with the complex’s private beach access. The complex has two pools located on the property, one heated. There is a private boardwalk to get a wide beach. Two streets over is a beach access for 4 wheel drive vehicles.

You will not find a better oceanfront value in St. Augustine!

The unit will be equipped, just like a personal home. There are linens plus spares provided in each bedroom, towels (bath and beach), dishes, bake ware, etc. in each kitchen for easy meal prep. There are 2-3 beach chairs and several beach toys provided (we do not provide umbrellas as they are a safety hazard). There are several groceries stores within a half a mile, however we do start you off with a starter pack of cleaning and paper goods:

* 1 Toiletry Bag per bathroom (travel size with shampoo, conditioner and lotion)
* 2 Toilet Paper Rolls per bathroom
* 1 Paper Towel Roll
* 1 Bottle of Dish Soap
* 1 Bottle of Hand Soap per bathroom
* Dishwasher tabs
* Laundry Soap
* Several Kitchen Trash Bags
* New Sponge
* General Purpose cleaning spray or wipes

Really all you have to bring is your personal toothbrush, your clothes and start enjoying yourself and relax.

Downtown Historic St Augustine is about five miles. There are golf courses and the St Augustine Amphitheatre within three miles and St Johns County Ocean Pier and Anastasia Park are about a mile away.
