Husband and wife little weekend getaway

Last minute trip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall good experience. Staff was friendly answered questions promptly. We did have a bit of delay when arrived on Friday evening as the door good would not work had to wait on service person. Only about 30 min delay. We could not use the pool first night. Other than that things went well.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the cabin. Had such great amenities. The only thing was the indoor pool did not heat up as much as we would have liked so we didn't to enjoy that as much as we wanted to and that was the main attraction for my 2 older teenage children. One cannot tolerate the slightest cold water. But other than that it was a great experience. Not too far from anything. The staff was very informative and made check in and check out so easy and when i had a question very quick to respond. We will definitely be renting from this company in the future.

Good enough, not great

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Cabin in a development stacked full of other cabins all sjde-by-side. Interior was 80 degrees when we entered. Hot tub water was cold, so couldn't use it the first night. Pool was cold and thermostat was locked, so never could swim in it. No ice in freezer, and it wasn't cold enough - our ice cream melted and stayed melted. Pillows were old and lunpy. Extra pillows in closet had no cases on them. Pool table was nice, but close to walls and kitchen table/chairs - hard to get room for pool cue. We had a good weekend, but we're just constantly noticing things that needed changing. Sauna worked fine, but only enough room to sit side-by-side very still and not move. Don't plan on laying down in there. People in nearby cabin stayed up late on porch talking and since we are all crammed together, we were in bed forced to listen to them. Spider webs all over the decorations inside the cabin.

We stayed for 6 nights and wish we could've stayed longer, but our kids were waiting at home. :)It could have used a few updates (removing the carpets, the pool bathroom area) but even without that, we would stay again!

Romantic weekend getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I visited this cabin for a weekend away together without kids! It was a nice time. We enjoyed the amenities and the location is great. The view is mostly wooded with nearby cabins, but we didn't mind. The cabin itself was nice, but lacked in the kitchen for cooking. There were very few utensils, the forks are all kid sized for eating, no large mixing bowls, etc. Besides that we had a great time. It could also use a thorough dusting. There were so many cobwebs and thick dust around the shower, window sills, and tops of cabinets. Overall, the cabin was clean otherwise and bed was very comfortable. The furniture appeared new as well as a new tub, not the heart shaped one from photos which was a nice surprise!

Such a great place to stay

Reviewer Comments: My husband and I stayed here on our honeymoon and the first day the pool had flooded which definitely an inconvenience having to deal with people coming in and out to fix it however the staff was amazing! And they did credit us back some money for the inconvenience. Everyone was very pleasant which helped the whole situation. The place it’s self is absolutely stunning! We enjoyed our stay so much you couldn’t ask for a better place to visit we will definitely be back!

Don't Stay Here

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The pool is ridiculously small and not very warm. The cabin is dark and dirty, dust everywhere. The "view" off the back deck is terrible. You're just staring into a tangled mess of trees. Absolutely no view at all, except the filthy full ashtray sitting on the table. The hot tub was not clean, and there was only a half of a bromine tab in the floater, not near enough to sanitize the water (I've owned three hot tubs, and know how to keep them immaculate). The door alarmon the door leading down into the pool is extremely annoying. My third time to the smokies, and this was by far the worst cabin I ever stayed in. Please don't waste your money like I did. And I had to wait 3.5 hours past check in time just to find out this cabin is terrible.

Honeymoon

Reviewer Comments: The cabin location was peaceful and quiet away from the busy tourist strips of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. We enjoyed bear sightings from our porch balcony, the pool, sauna, and hot tub during our stay.However, the listing pictures did not match the cabin we were given. The indoor tub on the listing was heart shaped, this was a romantic amenity we looked for so needless to say disappointed when we saw a normal jet tub.The kitchen table was sticky, the furniture dusty, several cobwebs, the carpet in the bedroom was stained, kitchen amenities such as silverware and cookware sparse, the freezer did not operate properly half froze items and ice maker did not work well, toiletries were minimal and cheap.We had high expectations of our stay but sad to say, were disappointed and would not return to this property.

Great place to relax and enjoy

It's ok. Cabin Needs Dusted

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cabin is nice. It's about 10-15 minutes outside PF and in a community of cabins. Overall our stay was alright. The pool was a good size and slightly warmed. The hot tub was lovely and the view from it is gorgeous. The cabin itself needs a deep cleaning and a little love. The decorative sprigs of greenery above the bed were caked in old dust and cobwebs. Spiderwebs hanging from the vaulted ceiling and window frames. The floors need to be scrubbed. There was old dirt/floor grime on the floor behind the bathroom door and at the edges of the room on all of the hardwoods. All of the picture frames, blinds, the tv, and many of the lesser-used flat surfaces had a heavy layer of dust - it was enough to leave a prominent finger swipe in. There were a lot of cobwebs, dust bunnies, and general debris under the sauna that was visible when you were in the pool. The pool could use scrubbing as well. The pool table on the main floor was unplayable due to the tilt caused by floor sinkage. All of the balls rolled to the same edge. Overall, it wasn't bad but it needs a deeper cleaning than what is currently being done. I might stay again with this rental company but maybe in a different cabin.

Fabulous!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We actually booked this honeymoon cabin for a girls retreat with my mom and sister, and it was perfect! The king bed was extremely comfortable for my mom who has back problems and the pull out couch had a foam mattress topper, which made it very comfy for myself. You can't beat the location of the cabin, it was about 15 minutes from anywhere you'd want to go on the main strip. It was very close to grocery stores as well. The pool was a lot of fun and the sauna was really nice. The hot tub was immaculately clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
