Lich Chalet is a large house located near Knudson Cove Marina.

The Lich Chalet has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and will sleep up to 7 people in upscale comfort. The chalet is located along North Point Higgins Road about ½ mile between Knudson Cove Marina and Clover Pass Resort. It is a perfect place for a large group to spread out and enjoy each other and the beauty of Ketchikan.

The house is very private, surrounded by large Cedar and Hemlock trees. It has plenty of parking space for a couple cars or a boat and trailer. It has a nice deck sprinkled with colorful flower pots, complete with a gas barbeque and deck chairs.

The Lich Chalet is a two story house with three bedrooms and a full bath upstairs and kitchen, living room, full bath, a bedroom and den downstairs. The house has easy access with no stairs into the house and the main living area. If someone in your group had difficulty with stairs, the bedroom on the main floor would be perfect. The living room has plenty of seating and a fireplace to cozy up to on a chilly evening. The den has a full size desk and a piano. This room could double as a bedroom if when you set up an air bed.

This house has a maximum occupancy of up to 7 people. A rental agreement with house rules must be signed to confirm your reservation.
