Stone Harbor - 5th Home from Beach (86th St) promenad till centrum, strand och ny pool

"Villa Char Stone Harbor" är det femte huset från den finaste stranden i Stone Harbor, detta härliga 5 sovrum, 3 fulla bad och ett pulverrum är en kort promenad till centrum. Vi köpte detta hem ("Villa Char Stone Harbor") i juli 2016 och lägg till en fantastisk uppvärmd pool i maj 2017. Första våningen i vårt hem har 3 stora sovrum. Det främre sovrummet (king size-säng) är det största och leder till ett täckt däck. På första våningen finns också ett fullt tvättstuga, ett badrum och ett pulverrum. Andra våningen har ett vardagsrum med katedraltak, matplats med franska dörrar till ett stort ytterdäck med fantastisk havsutsikt.
Modernt kök med granitbänkar och en mittö. Befälhavaren svit på andra våningen har en klädkammare och badrum med bubbelbadkar och dusch och dörr till ett yttre däck. Det andra sovrummet på denna våning har 1 full säng och en uppsättning våningssängar (1 full på nedre våningssängen och 1 tvilling på övre våningssängen) för att rymma barnen, plus ett extra badrum. För din njutning finns det en regleringsbana på byggnadens sida.

Vi har två andra fritidshus i området på 'Jerseyshorevillas'.

Great house and location. The owner is proactive, responsive and accommodating.

Very happy with our stay. The house and yard check every box and it’s very close to the beach and local tennis/pickleball courts. Shopping and restaurants are within walking distance!

Great House for Family

This was a great home for our group. We had 10 people stay at the property. Tom was a great host and provided timely responses to questions. Location close to town and the beach was great. Enjoyed the deck, pool grill and game room.

Perfect getaway

Having vacationed within two blocks of this property in Stone Harbor with family for decades, it was a joy to find this amazing home to spend four days in September with my mother, a friend and her daughter. We felt so spoiled! We enjoyed the pool and caught the game on the TV in the cabana, took the short walk to the beach with the owner-provided cart and beach umbrella, enjoyed the more than ample space that accommodates a much larger crowd. The front deck is huge and comfortable. It’s evident the owners care for and take pride in their home. The kitchen is beautiful & loaded with all the tools you need if you choose to cook or dine in. The bedrooms are spacious, the living room is comfortable and there are enough TVs to please everyone. There is a lovely outdoor shower. The owner has left detailed tips, labels and guides should there be any doubt how things work or what to do…and he’s just a call, text or email away. The linen service was amazing (thanks Tom!)…no need to pack sheets or towels! I’m sure I’m forgetting something else nice I should be mentioning. I just know this place felt like home and I would very much like to return again in a heartbeat!

Spectacular Vacation spot

As you can see from the photos, this is a magnificent home just 5 houses from the ocean. It was spotless upon arrival, the linen service items were delivered prior to our arrival and all items in the home were new and very nicely maintained. Everything is as shown. There was an online guidebook which made clear all you needed to know about the house. The pool was heated which was great for our late Sept stay. The owner quickly responded to one question we had. He even left a bottle of wine & a box of delicious local fudge as a welcome gift. This home made our family get together a memorable one & one we look forward to repeating. Thanks Tom

Great location and accommodations

Plenty of space to spread out in. Beds were comfortable and living area was perfect for spending time in. Enjoyed the front deck for coffee in the mornings. Great access to the beach.

A Beach Holiday

A very comfortable house with easy access to beach and Stone Harbor ha great beaches. Walking distance to restaurants and there is a pool to relax inn after a long day of body surfing.

Great place for the whole family!

This house is in the perfect location - very short walk to the beach, slightly longer (but totally doable with toddlers) to town, and just a block or two from a huge playground and park. The heated pool is delightful and the perfect way to relax after a long day at the beach. The owner, Thomas, is extremely helpful and if things around the house need looking after he is very attentive. While it may not be the newest house on the block it is by far the best value given the location and amenities! Would absolutely stay there again.

Perfect getaway

This house is amazing. Extremely clean and huge inside. Furniture brand new and has every amenity you can think of. We had a great time. We love how close the house was to the beach. And you have so many parking spots (5 on property). The pool was an added bonus. Can’t say enough good things about this place. Highly recommend!!

Our family loved the house and location!

My husband, 5 children and myself had a great week at the beach and loved the house. The location to the beach and town is excellent. The brand new pool is a plus and has a waterfall arc the kids really enjoyed. The house is beautifully renovated and there was more than enough space for the 7 of us plus a few friends that hung out several days. Thomas is a perfect host and very responsive and helpful. We would stay here again.
