It's just a stone's throw above the Snowflake lift with trails right outside the condo leading to the chairlift or to town. It really is a true and easy ski in ski out. Sleeps up to four.
All the opportunities of downtown Breckenridge are available by just a short 3.5 block stroll either by road or down the Four O’Clock trail. Feeling too tired to walk to town? Just take the bus from or to the Snowflake lift. It runs regularly.
This larger than average condo includes:
• A large living room with fabulous unobstructed views to Mt Baldy, Peak Ten and Breckenridge. Seating for four includes a relatively new queen size sleeper (memory foam) sofa and a recliner. Flat screen Hi-Def Dish TV with DVD player with assorted DVDs. Various books for your reading pleasure. Classic wood burning fireplace and throws (blankets) which make for cozy evenings. The dining table has seating for four.
• The kitchen is full size (Not a kitchenette). It comes with all appliances and amenities. All the cooking utensils one could need are included such as pots, pans, new dishes, mugs, new flatware plus spices and a crock pot. Both a Mr Coffee and a Kuerig coffee maker are provided. Almost new full size stacked Whirlpool Washer/dryer for your convenience is inside the condo and vents properly to the outside.
• A large bathroom with plenty of hot water, Charter Club luxury towels and AMBR Spa toiletries.
• The large bedroom includes unobstructed mountain views, a Sleep Number king size bed, upgraded linens, a luggage rack and a flat screen hi-def Dish TV.
• The hall includes an ample hanging area for jackets etc with a bench to change shoes or boots and two boot mats.
• Free hi-speed wireless Internet
• Free parking is right outside the door making for easy loading and unloading with a ski locker by the front door.
• Beautiful walkout patio with plenty of seating and amazing views.
• The Tyra complex includes 3 hot tubs and gas grills, one of which is adjacent to the condo's patio.

HEALTH & SAFETY
We are fairly unique in that there are only a total of four condos in our building.
There is only one other condo that uses our front entrance which enables guests to reduce exposure to others. You can also enter the condo directly from the patio if you wish to avoid the front entrance.
We (the owners) clean the condo ourselves to ensure that it is cleaned and sanitized to our satisfaction (please do review the guest comments concerning cleaning).
We have a UV light/ozone disinfector which we use in the condo between bookings.
We also provide disinfectant and hand sanitizer.

NOISE
In March 2022 we had the lowest rating we have ever had with one 3 star rating. You can see that since we started our business in 2016 we have all but two 5 star ratings. We have had one 3 star rating and one 4 star rating. The 4 star rating was when a young adult couldn't locate our bluetooth stereo. (We subsequently purchased a larger system). The three star rating in March 2022 was a noise complaint. We immediately took all appropriate steps with the HOA, but we could not please this one guest. After he left he stated in his review there were parties upstairs to 2.30am in the morning. Had he advised us about that we could have called the Breckenridge short term rental complaint line. The guest who stayed immediately after this guest had the same folks in the upstairs condo, and these guests gave us a 5 star rating. We consider our one 3 star rating and our one 4 star ratings as outliers and not reflective of our outstanding offering.
Please also note since we reduced the number of bookings that we can manage (being 70 years old) we can no longer meet the VRBO premier host status. Seems unfair to us!
