Villa Claire de Lune is a prestigious and immense Villa close to the beaches of Alghero ideal for 10 people, where peace and privacy are the essential elements of the structure.
Villa Claire de Lune is located in the countryside of Alghero in the Tanca Farrà area, close to the Sella Mosca estates and just 4km from Alghero.
The property is spread over two levels connected by an internal staircase and an external staircase.
Each floor houses a kitchen and a large living room, two double bedrooms, a relaxation area and a bathroom per floor.
In total in the villa there are four bedrooms, two living rooms, two double sofa beds, two internal bathrooms with shower, an additional external shower, two internal kitchens, an external kitchen next to the barbecue, swimming pool, gazebo, parking spaces for four cars.
The property totally enclosed by four meters high hedges and a high dry stone wall develops with an area of 4000 square meters.
