The house is situated on two levels : The entrance floor: The living room/dining room , three bedrooms, two bathrooms and the kitchen with a terrace and the second floor : Three bedrooms , two bathrooms, a winecellar, A games/TV room with a pool table , a kitchen ( with indoor bBBQ and a woodoven) and a conservatory The large swimming pool is set amongst a spacious private garden with ample space for relaxation across the sun beds, complemented by a well shaded terrace area for alfresco dining and a scenic setting. Fantastic

The villa was beautiful and we couldn't fault it. Communication with the owner was brilliant and we didn't need for anything. The views from the property were breath taking and the location was really private.

Very nice and beautiful house

We really enjoyed our stay. It was very secluded, which meant that you could fully immerse yourself in nature. The only little criticism I would have, is that some of the rooms were a bit unclean but I think for the price we paid, it was very acceptable. All in all, I would recommend this holiday apartment if you like nature and want to enjoy a beautiful view.

Large retreat with beautiful view

The house was very spacious and the pool awesome. The house is located on a hill with a very beautiful view. The kitchen would need a refurbishment and the silverware was not totally clean. The rest of the house was clean as expected. We really enjoyed our stay there.

Perfekt place.. but!

Perfect place, perfect view, nice pool. Bad cleaning, pool area nice, but sun beds and the outdoor furniture old and not good. They need to be replaced.. it would be nice if the pool would be cleaned up more. A lot of leaves and stuff, on the bottom of the pool..

beautiful house

Beautiful house with a magnificent view. Quiet location but close to supermarkets and restaurants. Ideally located for trips to Lisbon and the surrounding area. Some points of attention for the owner however. the beds are in need of replacement as well as the seats by the pool. The kitchen was not cleaned properly. If these issues would be attended at it would improve the experience. Overall we had a nice stay and a fun holiday.

Nice house, great location

The house, setting and location was wonderful. The house is huge but feels somewhat sterile, lacking a homey feel. The host was not able to meet with us when we got there due to our fault (got lost). Responsiveness to us by host was okay, for a couple of days we could not reach her. No house "manual" with info/hints/house quirks/procedures and recommendations as found in all other homes I have rented, and it could have helped. There were no ceiling or box fans and it was HOT while we were there. Many rooms had no bulbs/burnt-out bulbs in the fixtures. The house was clean and well-kept and would be excellent for a large family/group. Crazy-big house! Nice pool as well.

Férias em família

Casa muito bonita e espaçosa, com áreas perfeitas para acomodar toda a família. Como fica localizada numa colina, ter apenas em atenção que tem muitas escadas e desníveis, o que pode ser um pouco mais difícil de gerir com bebés. A Ingrid foi sempre prestável. No entanto alguns detalhes deveriam ser melhorados: em alguns dos quartos não existiam varões nos guarda-fatos para permitir pendurar a roupa, detalhes de limpeza em falta e alguns dos colchões da cama muito antigos e pouco confortáveis.

Geweldige locatie

Wat hebben wij daar een prachtige week gehad. S’avonds heerlijk buiten zitten en tot heel ver kunnen kijken. Gastvrouw, geweldige lieve vrouw. Die ons zo goed heeft geholpen. Tot het doorsturen van leuke uitjes van hulp bij pech van de auto. Het huis was zo groot, dat je elkaar niet in de haren kon vliegen. Het zwembad was heerlijk.

Tolles Haus in absoluter Alleinlage

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus ist super und bietet alles, was man braucht. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, der Pool ist wundervoll und auch sonst ist alles für einen gelungenen Urlaub vorhanden. Lediglich die Sauberkeit könnte etwas verbessert werden. Die Liegen am Pool fanden wir ebenfalls gut. Wer fußläufig etwas unternehmen möchte, ist allerdings fehl am Platz. Ein Auto ist hier eigentlich ein Muss. Wir fanden es klasse, denn auch, wenn unsere Kinder (2&3 Jahre) mal lauter waren, hat es niemanden gestört.

Prestations à revoir et absence de communication

La villa est située dans un endroit superbe à flanc de colline. Nous avions choisi cette villa pour sa situation, ses 6 chambres et son caractère "Luxe" comme indiqué sur l'annonce. Une fois sur place, quelle déception sur la propreté et la qualité de l'hébergement dans un lieu aussi agréable ... En effet, transats de mauvaise qualité, rouillé sans matelas Literie des chambres déplorable, la propriétaire Ingrid nous trouve pleins d'excuses sans trouver d'autres solutions. On a du acheter des matelas gonflables chez Decathlon pour essayer de dormir convenablement ! quel dommage ! Aujourd'hui Ingrid ne répond plus aux messages car elle s'était engagée à rembourser une partie du séjour ... Expérience à ne pas renouveler malheureusement car le potentiel est là mais pour 6000€ avec en titre : villa de Luxe !!

Wunderschönes Haus

Vielen Dank für den wunderschönen Urlaub. Das Haus war sehr gepflegt und sauber und schön eingerichtet und hat mit seinem Blick die Erwartungen übertroffen. Die Vermieter waren extrem zuvorkommend. Die Umgebung abwechslungsreich und es gab viel zu entdecken.

Fabulosa villa para pasar unos días

Fuimos un grupo de 8 amigos durante una semana y la casa ha cubierto de sobra con todas nuestras necesidades. Maravillosas vistas, salones y habitaciones de gran tamaño, cocina muy equipada, piscina y hasta una sala con billar. Por poner una pega, el personal de limpieza a pesar de personarse a mitad de la semana, no limpió absolutamente nada y solo trajo toallas limpias.

Tolle Villa

Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt in Ingrid's Villa. Sie ist groß genug für 10 Personen, der Ausblick ist fantastisch, weitere Highlights sind der Billardtisch, der Pizzaofen und der riesen Pool. Die Kommunikation mit Ingrid war auch sehr nett!

Convenient and spacious house with great views.

A great house for a large group of friends with nooks and crannies to retreat to as well as large gathering places. Everywhere was very clean which was great, and the house manager very responsive to various issues we had. The pool area was great but it was a bit windy most of the time as the house is effectively on a ridge - the coast to one side in the distance, and the river on the other side and Lisbon. Some items need updating and replacing - not least, the dishwasher which broke on the first day. The large coffee pot was broken and although it was replaced - it was with a 'mini' one which was inconvenient with a group of 8. Although the house could sleep 10, we were grateful there were only 8 of us, ( 2 of our party couldn't come) as the main dining tables had seats for 8. As there was no separate toilet, that was not someone's bathroom, if we had needed to share one bathroom/toilet, it would have been awkward. The beds were generally hard, and pillows and duvets were basic quality, as were towels. It would have been lovely to have some welcoming extra touches- like soap in bathrooms, cleaning cloths or dishtowels. Also we only had one set of house keys for 4 couples. We wanted to care for the place but for example, there were no mats - or coasters, to protect the lovely wooden table. Maps and restaurant details would also be a great addition. We did walk into the local town - a long walk but doable. It was a great choice to explore wineries, and the coast as well as Lisbon and Sintra.

Great house with great view

Everyone loved their stay, the house has great spacious rooms where the family could enjoy good times. All the bedrooms are very comfortable with all the amenities. The kitchen is great to cook but some towels are missing.

Geweldig huis met ruimte voor verbetering

Het huis is zeer groot, ruim, volledig vrij in de natuur met een fantastisch uitzicht rondom. Een overvloed aan terrassen en kamers, echter de keuken en sommige matrassen kunnen beter vervangen worden. Water is soms tijdelijk een probleem, mogelijk wegens de hoge ligging op de berg. Algemene ervaring is super!

Excelente espaço para férias em grupo no meio da natureza

Localização tranquila no meio da natureza e com vistas incríveis. A casa é muito espaçosa e dispõem de várias mesas para refeições. Piscina grande e com espreguiçadeiras. Quartos bem equipados. O check in foi bastante agradável, bem como a proprietária da casa que se demonstrou sempre disponível para resolver algumas situações. Recomendo esta casa para grupos de amigos e/ou familias numerosas.

Villa et vue magnifiques

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par le personnel, la villa est superbe , problème rencontré sur l’eau de la piscine qui est restée verdâtre malgré la très bonne volonté du personnel à la rendre la plus bonne possible , pb de wifi résolu en fin de séjour, nous y retournerons avec un immense plaisir Maison adaptée pour 12 personnes , au top,

Sehr schön und groß

Die Villa ist schön eingerichtet und sehr geräumig. Lediglich die Küche ist sehr alt und nicht gerade gut ausgestattet. Der Pool ist angenehm groß und sehr schön gelegen. Die Rollen der Liegen könnten mal erneuert werden und die Absaugpumpen der Poolreinigung müssten mal überprüft werden. Gereinigt wurde der Pool aber direkt auf Nachfrage bei der Vermieterin. Alles in allem ist die Villa aber sehr zu empfehlen und ihr Geld auf alle Fälle wert :)

Our experience was enjoyable overall but the house needs a couple upgrades. The kitchen is very old and the oven did not work very effectively. The beds were not very comfortable. That’s said, the property manager is very nice and responsive.

Séjour idyllique de Toussaint au Portugal

Arrivé à neuf (3 générations) dans une maison aussi grande qu’agréable, avec une météo clémente, une organisation de la maison orienté autour du bien-être, mais n’ayant pu profiter malheureusement de la piscine et des extérieurs compte tenu de la meteo de cette fin octobre et des nuits fraiches. Ménage de milieu de séjour fort appréciable. Équipements de la maison au-delà du nécessaire. Tout cela nous a donné envie d’y retourner à la belle saison pour profiter au mieux des terrasses de la piscine et des promenades alentours.

The house has a serenity that is very relaxing it has ample of space and small little details that make the house welcoming and very relaxing. Sitting on the veranda overlooking the lisbon coast at night is breath taking. The very large pool invites the whole family to enjoy

its secluded but close to everything, lisbon the beaches golf food etc. nothing is far but as the house is situated in arrabida you have a feeling of being in the outdoor
