Munn Street Mews-House with complimentary WiFi- ASK ABOUT OUR NOVEMBER SPECIALS

Munn Street Mews is a charming and private house in central Merimbula set in a lovely garden within a few minutes flat and easy stroll to Merimbula's shops, clubs, restaurants, cafes and cinema. The house is on a battle-axe block so despite its central location is free from most traffic noise.

The closest beach is at Spencer Park which is a ten minute walk from the house and ideal for families. Spencer Park has a great playground for the kids and also BBQ facilities and toilets. Other beaches are only minutes drive away.

The house sleeps up to four people in two bedrooms with modern furnishings and equipment. All linen is supplied, apart from beach towels.

The reverse cycle air conditioned living/dining area looks out onto a green reserve where you will probably see kangaroos. There is a flat wall mounted smart TV with access to on-line entertainment, including Netflix.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher, microwave oven, coffee machine and sandwich maker. There is a gas BBQ and an outdoor eating area on the veranda.

Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi Internet is provided for the convenience of our guests.

The reverse cycle air-conditioned main bedroom has a queen-size bed and a flat wall mounted smart TV with access to on-line entertainment, including Netflix.

The second bedroom has two single beds but can be configured as a king-size bed if requested upon booking. This bedroom also has reverse cycle air-conditioning.

A port-a-cot and highchair are available at no extra charge.

There is undercover parking for one car and adequate parking space in the street if needed for additional vehicles or boats.

Organic ground coffee, tea, milk and biscuits are provided for all guests.

Everything you need and more.
This is a lovely house. The owners have taken a great deal of thought and care to ensure guests are comfortable. We loved our time here. We have been travelling around Victoria and NSW over the past month, staying in many different houses, and this is the best home we have encountered - by far. It is exceptional and we cannot recommend it highly enough.

Quiet and Close.
We spent a week at Merimbula in this lovely quiet house tucked in alongside a Reserve with frequent visits from Kangaroos , the property was very clean and very well equipped with everything you'd need (except a broom). I would recommend this property to everyone who wants to be close to the heart of Merimbula in a quiet sunny location.

We loved Munn Street Mews!
We spent our honeymoon at Munn Street Mews and were absolutely delighted with the owner and property from the first moment we walked in the front door. It was private, comfortable and of very high quality. We can not wait to return! It felt like a real holiday.

LOVED Munn Street Mews
My partner and I loved our stay at Munn Street Mews. The house was extremely clean and decorated nicely, in a great location (very central) and we loved the fact the place overlooked a reserve (saw kangaroos each night). We found the service from the house owner to be outstanding, with milk and other little touches provided to us on our stay. (shampoo, coffee, dvds etc.) We could not fault anything with our stay and will be back in the near future. I recommend booking and staying at Munn Street if in Merimbula.

Wonderful place to stay
Munn Street Mews exceeded our expectations. It was beautifully clean and has everything you need. The small extras made this property exceptional - books, board games, CDs, milk, biscuits, fruit, coffee, shampoo..the list goes on. Waking up to the view of kangaroos and rabbits on the reserve each day was lovely and with town, the park and beach only a 5 minute walk, we hardly used the car. The booking process was very easy and the owners were lovely to deal. I highly recommend this place.

Very tranquil setting
Great place to stay in Merimbula . Close to shops ( about a 5-10min walk). Loved sitting on the back porch watching the kangaroos come and go. The house was cosy and very neat. Beds are really comfy and I loved the pantry was so well stocked ( nice touch with having organic milk there for us on arrival and biscuits). Oh and great value for money, would highly recommend and we will be back.

Perfect getaway
A perfect property for a relaxing holiday. We found the house to be spotlessly clean, comfortable and in a good location within walking distance to shops, restaurants, etc. Everything was provided for a comfortable stay. The house is very private with a lovely view over a reserve visited by kangaroos every evening. We found all the furniture, equipment etc. to be of high quality, the bed was comfortable and there was plenty of hot water and it was very quiet at night. Would recommend Munn Street Mews to anyone wanting peace, quiet and privacy, with all the comforts of home.

Wonderful place to stay
Munn Street Mews is a gorgeous little house and we had a wonderful weekend there. Full of quality touches such as lovely linen, big comfortable lounges, a dishwasher, and even chocolate biscuits. The deck was perfect for relaxing with a choice of two tables to sit at, and the appearance of kangaroos at dusk was something special. The house was very clean and so comfortable. Hosts were great communicators and the early check in was a much appreciated bonus. We loved every minute of our stay.

It was so comfortable and there was nothing I could think of that we didn't have available at the property (well, maybe internet connection ... but nice to not have to worry about the net for a week). For us, it was the little touches that really made this place standout, and you could tell it was well looked after, and cared for. The little touches were things like having great equipment to use (not just the cheapest and nastiest), having basics readily available (tea, biscuits, milk, oil ...), bed warmers, great aircon/heating ...Perhaps the most special part was the back of this property overlooks a plot of well, kept land, and we spotted 8 kangaroos (and a mum with her joey!) and 2 bunnies, each day from 4.30pm. I would highly recommend this place. We absolutely LOVED it.Rebecca M

What a fantastic house. We stayed over Christmas and New Years and it had everything we could ever need from comfotable beds with gorgeous linen, a coffee machine, dishwasher, a selection of new magazines, to thoughtfully provided Christmas decorations and fresh flowers.
