Longbeach Beachfront Villa 1 offers you a 6 bedroom villa right on the beach. It is at the quiet kid-friendly end of Long Beach, just before the cul-de -sac. Perfect for one to two families to share, or an extended family group.

There are living areas upstairs and downstairs, a deck and terrace, overlooking the beach with views across the bay and out to the Tollgate Islands. Long Beach is a safe swimming, snorkelling, paddling, canoeing, sailing and fishing beach. Dolphins often swim in close and there have even been whale sightings not far out in the bay. Access to launch small boats is available at the end of Bay Road, 50m from the villa. We invite you to enjoy life on the beach.

Please note that the villa is in a quiet residential area, and not available as a party venue; not suitable for pre-/end-of-season celebrations, bucks/hens or similar events.

Long Beach has great rock formations to explore above and below the water. You can step out of your villa, stroll onto the beach and take a walk for miles along unspoilt beaches and inlets. Batemans Bay is less than 10 minutes drive away for restaurants and shops or you could just order takeaway and relax while you wait. The fully equipped kitchen and gas BBQ give you the option of preparing your own meals too.

6 bedroom Villa, with the following inclusions

UPSTAIRS (upstairs section sleeps 6)
Three bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, large open plan living/dining area with deck (BBQ on deck), two bathrooms and separate toilet.
Room configurations: One queen room with queen bed, ensuite, walk-in robe, and small balcony, 2nd queen bedroom with queen bed and third twin bedroom with two single beds.

DOWNSTAIRS (downstairs section sleeps 6)
Three bedrooms , large open plan living/dining area with patio, one bathroom (with bath and shower) and separate toilet.
Room configurations: One queen bedroom with queen bed, two twin bedrooms, each with two single beds.

All beds have doonas and pillows with covers.

* A maximum of 12 people can be accommodated. The villa is intended for family groups and cannot accommodate more than 8-10 adults.
* The property is located in a quiet residential area and guests are expected to enjoy their stay without excessive noise, and show respect for neighbours and other holiday makers.
* Guests have a responsibility to leave the properties in a similar condition as it was when they arrived.
*Guests are requested to put the bins out on a Thursday afternoon for Friday morning garbage collection service.

Relaxing break with group of friends

Six long time buddies wanted to hang out and also have our own space. This house was perfect! Relaxing view across the water, could hear the waves too! Good sized living areas for hanging out together and comfy bedrooms. Would definitely stay here again

Great for a weekend of bushwalking

We were a group of 8 bushwalkers and found this place an excellent base from which to explore the tracks of Murramarang National Park and parts of the Great South Coast Walk - plenty of bedrooms for privacy and a great deck to relax on after a day of walking.

Good for a mixed Family Holiday

It was exactly as we saw it on the site. The down stairs was very noisy for those guests as the wooden floors created echo. The kitchenette downstairs had no appliances just a fridge but no jug or microwave etc. Overall it was good and we would consider staying again.

Great location opposite the beach

The property is perfect for a family holiday, across the road from the beach and at the end of a dead end street. The kitchen is well equipped and the house is cosy and roomy.

Bay Road Longbeach

The property itself was in great condition, clean and with great facilities. The location is excellent, across the road from a beach (fairly sedate no huge waves), towards the end of a cul-de-sac so not a lot of passing traffic. We could not find a convenience store/corner shop close to the property itself however its not far (10-15 mins) from Batemans Bay to go shopping, or go to restaurants etc. Would definitely stay there again if it was availabl.

Ideal family setup. Especially for young children. Our family was all adults and teenagers who were into fishing boating spear fishing and paddle boarding. Ideal spot but for board riding they had to drive to find waves at nearby beaches.

Perfect location

This was our 3rd time back, and it didn't disappoint. The house is very comfortable, we had 4 adults and 6 teenagers staying and there was plenty of room, we never felt cramped at all. The location is just magic right on the the beach.

The house fitted our 3 family and 3 generation make up really well. Its position opposite the beach at the quiet end of Bay Rd is safe for children. A few minor repairs would be useful.

Brilliant location

Brilliant location and worked so well for the 4 adults and 5 children. Plenty of space for each family to have own bedrooms and bathrooms. Grandparents got the ensuite :)

Location great.

Great location next to beach with plenty of room for guests. The beach was fantastic, so sheltered, great for small kids. A long way from shops but not a big drawback. Nice and quiet neighbourhood.
