Needs Makeover

We booked this room for a short 2 night stay over NYE. To say we were disappointed is an understatement. The pictures do not reflect the state of the room at all. The bathroom needs to be completely redone. Lights not working, hot water tap on sink doesn't work, cold water tap in shower is noisy. Soap Holder is scratched and ugly looking. Room looks as though it could cave in at any minute. A/C in room is very noisy, bed was stained and ripped on mattress. Fridge was only cold in parts and leaked water.Curtain in room were all broken and couldn't be shut properly. Windows were dirty. The only positive was the lady that booked us in as she was very nice, but that was after being put into another room first and then having to be moved.

Great Location, Basic Amenities

The apartment had everything we needed, a kitchen, a bathroom and two beds. It was in a very convenient location although the apartment itself was very old, quite dusty, the tap when turned on creaked and the furniture showed signs of being there for a while. My main concern was the dust in this room which when the air con was turned on circulated through the room.
