Welkom bij ons '' 5 Star '' energie gewaardeerde vakantiehuis. Dit huis werd gebouwd met energie-efficiëntie en plezier in het achterhoofd. '' ISLAND TIME '' ligt ongeveer anderhalve kilometer van de stad langs Coast Guard Rd. Het nieuwe fietspad bevindt zich net buiten onze Dolphin Ridge-ontwikkeling. Het is een geweldige toevoeging aan EI. U kunt een fiets huren en het hele eiland verkennen of ontspannen en genieten van het privézwembad. We hebben ook onze eigen persoonlijke golfkar. Het maakt het reizen naar het strand erg leuk. Als u liever een ontspannen wandeling naar het strand maakt; het zijn maar 4 korte blokken. Langs de weg die u wilt pauzeren en staren naar een van de verschillende vijvers vol met wilde dieren. Zoals u zult ontdekken, zijn er veel aangepaste functies die van dit huis een ultramoderne, milieuvriendelijke, perfecte gezinsvakantie thuis maken.

Another great stay

We had some maintenance issues pop up with the house this time but the property managers were extremely responsive and prompt in fixing them. The house is lovely and well-stocked with everything needed for a week away. I loved it that management gave us extra towels when we needed them. The golf cart is fun and makes getting to the beach a breeze. Our family enjoyed the board games. One request: please get a pool heater :)

Emerald Isle Vacation

The house was very clean. The amenities were great. Having the golf cart available to us made going to the beach very easy. Margie (owner) and Brian (property manager) was very responsive to all of our questions. Brian made some great recommendations for the area to eat and activities. The pool was a great feature and we used it every day. The house is in a private community and is very quiet. It is close to alot of restaurants, the water park and shopping. Would definately stay there again.

Absolutely perfect!

Everything about this stay was perfect! The owner and house manager, Brian, could not be more responsive. Brian was so helpful by offering options for dinner and entertainment before we even arrived. The house was perfect - and CLEAN! The beds were comfortable and we had more than enough room for our party of 8. I promise the photos do not do this house justice. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need. We brought our own beach toys for the kids but they even had sand toys, boogie boards, pool noodles, etc. The golf cart was great for trips to the beach and the pool was fabulous when we returned! We will definitely stay here again!

The vacation house that has it all

This is the 3rd year staying at this property. Our family finds it very comfortable with a nice pool, spaces for kids, a screened in porch for peaceful mornings. The kitchen is the most well appointed of any property we've stayed at in Emerald Isle. The golf cart and our rented bikes makes it easy to get to the beach. We will return!

Great Experience

The house and property were beautiful. The neighborhood was quiet. The kitchen was well stocked with all of the things we needed to make meals. The pool was perfect, in the sun part of the day and shade the other part. We loved having a golf cart, would have koved it even more if we could have taken it out of the development. Access to the beach was easy with the use od the golf cart. It was so nice to have Brian as our POC. He was great! He sent us ihelpful nformation and was really genuine about wanting us to enjoy our week. The owner was wonderful as well. She even left a handwritten card and welcoming gift, such a nice personal touch. We hughly recommend this house!

We had a wonderful stay at Island Time! The house is just as described, perfect for our group of 7. Loved the use of the golf cart for getting to the beach, the beautiful enclosed porch, and of course the pool!! We would mostly definitely stay again!

Family Vacation 2024

This was a perfect location for our family vacation ❤️❤️ The house was wonderful! The pool was perfect for the little ones! The rides in the golf cart to the beach made it all come together. Perfect family property

This vacation home has everything and more. The home is clean and comfortable, the kitchen is well suited for families that churn out meals even while on vacation, and the pool was a refreshing end to a hot day on the beach. We’ve stayed in many places over our 26 years vacationing in EI, but have returned to this home for a second time. We look forward to returning to Island Time!

A Dream Vaca

Everything was so easy! An amazing place with a lovely private pool! Maybe a quick 2 minute golf cart ride to the beach! Very clean and stocked with all the extras! Beautiful community and very family friendly! The property manager was super attentive and so sweet with my kiddos! Brian went above and beyond! This house is amazing and would stay here again in a heartbeat! 10/10 definitely recommend!

Great space

The house was lovely and well appointed. There was plenty of room for a large gathering yet intimate enough for four. Pool area and proximity to the game room is pretty. We enjoyed the screened in porch immensely.

Awesome Family Vacation

First time staying at Island Time and it was wonderful! House was perfect for our family of 6 adults and 1 child, with plenty of room to spare. Beautiful house and pool. Enjoyed having the golf cart for travel to and from the beach. Hope to return in the future!

Great location and property

Well-kept home in a beautiful and private neighborhood. Golf cart, beach chairs and outdoor shower made beach-going easier. House had everything we needed for cooking and plentiful towels provided for 6 people. Dinners on the screened porch were lovely here, especially when deer meandered into the yard to visit nightly. Only critiques are kids’ bunk beds were hard and the pool has no heater.

House was very nice, but we had a few issues, very dusty and mildew all over up stairs Bathroom. We were bitten with sand fleas we think not sure. Had to wash all bedding. Other than a few issues we made the best of our stay. Nosey neighbors took pictures and said we had to many people staying in house which was untrue. It was just a family cookout. Probably will not rent this house again.

Absolutely fantastic!

We had an AMAZING time staying at Island Time on Emerald Isle! The house was everything and more we could’ve ever asked for. Brian is top notch with the best suggestions of attractions and places to visit. The owners were easy to work with and provided a home with everything my kids and I could’ve needed. Emerald Isle is a true gem and would recommend this house and the island to anyone looking for a beach get away!

Great getaway!

This house had everything we needed. The property owner and manager were very welcoming and communicative. The golf cart was perfect to zip back and forth to the beach. The pool and game area in the basement were perfect to keep our kids busy when not at the beach.

Just right!

We settled in for a long-term stay here and have loved it. It's a great house. The location is super-convenient, the house is very well decorated and is well stocked with dishes, utensils, etc. The property manager, Brian, is on top of things and the owner is pleasant and highly responsive. The porch / deck is a great feature. We've eaten out on the screened-in porch very often, breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The beach access is a short golf-cart ride or walk away, and the beach there is beautiful. It's a nice and scenic walk down the beach to the end of the Pointe. We highly recommend this house!

Beautiful home, great location

The property manager, Brian, went above and beyond to ensure we had a good stay. The house was well equipped and beautifully decorated, tucked away on the end of a quiet street. In mid-September it was too cold to swim without a pool heater, so we couldn’t enjoy that, but our boys loved the ping pong table and golf cart. Renters also be aware you’ll need to buy paper products, trash bags, detergent, dishwasher tabs, etc. as these aren’t provided. Beds were comfy and towels plentiful. Location was ideal. Overall one of the nicest rentals we’ve stayed in at EI.

Great house and great location!

My family has an amazing trip to this wonderful house! I have 2 kids - ages 8 and 11 - and Island Time had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation before we get back into the school routine. We were just a short hop from the beach, and the provided golf cart made it very easy to get back and forth with all of our gear. The beautiful trees meant there was plenty of shade for our swim sessions after our morning beach trips. The house had plenty of room and was very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again if we find ourselves back at Emerald Isle.
