Benvenuti a casa nostra a Regal Palms Resort and Spa.

La nostra casa è spaziosa, luminosa e pulita e ha mobili di qualità in tutto. Godrete gli arredi confortevoli, arredamento moderno e cucina completamente attrezzata. TV a schermo piatto sono in ogni stanza e abbiamo un lettore DVD BluRay e Free Wireless High Speed ​​Internet e di lunga distanza gratuita chiamando negli Stati Uniti e in Canada.

La nostra casa a Regal Palms dispone di due camere matrimoniali, entrambe con bagno privato. Due camere doppie condividono il terzo bagno. Tutte le camere dispongono di TV a schermo piatto, Materasso Tops e sono arredate con gusto.

Il nostro cortile a sud posteriore dispone di un patio, tavolo e sedie di un barbecue in comune per godersi il bel clima della Florida.


Amerai Regal Palms Resort, con il suo complesso Resort Pool Due Acri, completo di Lazy River e Waterslide.


Ci sono due piscine, una piscina Beach Ingresso per i più piccoli, vasca idromassaggio, giochi per bambini, campo da beach volley, Tiki Bar, Biliardo, Club House e della piscina pranzo, bar, Health & Beauty Spa, Palestra / Centro fitness, bambini Consulenza estetica e intrecciare i capelli, coperta Parco giochi Banana Jack e Arcade e 24 ore su Desk.

L'Exclusive Gated Resort vanta che sono lussureggiante e ben curati. Il resort è ben curato e sempre in condizioni vetrina.


POSIZIONE, POSIZIONE, POSIZIONE!
Dall'altra parte della strada da Regal Palms è Highlands Reserve Golf Course, e nella piazza davanti c'è un Publix Alimentari e Farmacia, Resturant di Applebee, Pizzeria, Pub britannico, Banca, Bancomat, Centro medico e di altro ancora. Walmart Supercentre si trova a 3 miglia lungo la strada.

La nostra posizione è ottima. Ci sono 8 miglia da Disney e in posizione centrale a tutte le attrazioni e negozi. Spiagge costiere su entrambi i lati si trovano a breve (1 ora, 15m). C'è così tanto da fare che dovrai tornare anno dopo anno per sperimentare tutto!

Such a great place!

We truly didn’t want to leave. First let me say the condo was absolutely spotless. The beds were so comfortable and the set up worked great for my 9 yr old son and 11 year old daughter getting to have their own rooms on separate floors. The beds were so comfortable and having TVs in each room was great. The pool area was a dream come true- truly a resort and vacation on its own.The weather was perfect in April and we spent a ton of our time there.The location was nice, lots of restaurants and convenient shopping, and away from the crazy traffic right next to the theme parks. So happy

Beautiful townhouse!

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was neat and clean. Living area was a little small if we would have had 8 people but each room had a tv so people could watch tv in their own room if needed. For 5 of us it was perfect. We would definitely come back again!

Everything You Need

The house was what was described online. It was clean and had everything we needed. It was quiet at night after long days at the parks. Check in went smoothly and we enjoyed the pools on our down days. It was a bit of a drive to Disney and the other theme parks we went to but not a deal breaker. As a plus Linda was fantastic to deal with!

House was very nice

We had a good time. The house was exactly like the pictures. We didnt have any issues and Linda was straightforward with every process of checking in/out. The community pool was a long walk but we didnt mind, it was quieter at the location of the house.

We LOVED the house!!!

The house was awesome!!! Perfect for our trip and plenty of space for our family of 6. There was so much room. Very spacious. The pool amenities were so nice to have as well. We really enjoyed it. It was everything we had hoped for. Would definitely stay at this house again.

A Good Stay

The house is nice-our GPS kept taking us to the wrong street so finding it initially was tricky. The house was nice, quiet neighborhood, and we all felt safe. Close to a lot of the fun things. Would stay again!

Great Place for Family

The home and accommodations were perfect for our whole family . We visited all the amusement parks and then came home to cook and enjoy the pool and amenities. Our Hostess was a blessing and helped me with airport locations, attractions and so much more . A great stay , Highly recommend!

Quiet and secure

The townhome was plenty large enough for 5 of us. We had everything we needed and we weren’t too far from the places we went. The kids enjoyed the pool and food was good at the bar/restaurant. Home was clean. We enjoyed staying there.

Wonderful stay

Great host and communications. Pictures of pool And lazy are bigger than it is, but still very enjoyable. Beds could use a little updating. Distance to theme parks closer to 20 min but fairly easy

Clean and inviting. Amazing place all in one activities in one area

Loved that everything was all in one place for all to enjoy. The convenience of a "little town" in one resort and close to all the major attractions of Disney. Linda was prompt in returning messages and answering anything we needed. It was the perfect set up and place for us as our kids cheered and performed for the D2 Summit.

Decent Disney Stay--Some Concerns

Good value overall. Check in a bit annoying, but as described. Fee required and bracelet pick up from main building even without use, but open 24-7. Neighborhood nice. Quiet. Overall surface clean for a rental--BUT aged carpet, dust along shower tile top, SEVERELY mildewed shower curtains (please change those), stained towels, food wrappers in kids' room, and a used contact lens on the edge of toilet (sill there probably), and worst of all caked yellow urine on the downstairs toilet bowl--while wrapped in a sanitation seal. That was really gross. Those are cleaning issues that can be resolved. Otherwise, this house had ok space, decent decor, stocked kitchen, and overall comfortable place to crash & get up the next day to Disney all over again. I will say it was warm--even on cool nights, so I'm wondering if it bakes in the summer? Ok for winter. We did not contact about these cleaning issues--should not have to do that. Prefer just to vacation on vacation. Hopefully the manager corrects for the next person. For the price, it is ok. We'll probably look for a better option next time but it worked enough this time--if I block the cleaning memories.

Kids loved the pool

The club house and pool are awesome. The house has plenty of room it was eight of us. The beds are all comfy, king bed sheets kept coming off to small. The place was real basic, the only soap was 3 little bars in bathrooms . The AC stopped working Saturday night no one could come until Monday morning so that was awful thankfully the pool was fun .

Our family has been vacationing in Florida for years. We love it. There is so much to do. It's like a different vacation each time we go. We try to do something new every time along with all of our favorites.

We love Animal Kingdom, Magic Kingdom, Sea World and Fun Spot. We also take a day to go to the beach and sometimes make a trip to the Tampa Zoo. A day at Discovery Cove is also one of our favorites!

I love that families make their own vacation memories in our home. That's really special to me :-)

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

Regal Palms is perfect for families. There is so much more for all of us to do here. Kids are able to meet new friends at the pool and play all day. We are able to really relax and enjoy the spectacular surroundings and beautiful weather. A drink by the pool is always fun too. On the days that we want to go to the parks or other amusements, it's a short drive to get there, and most importantly, a short drive home to a comfortable bed!
We really have it all here. The resort is unlike anything else in the Disney area and we have a full home with kitchen, laundry and living space. Plenty of room to have family visit us there too.

We update and renovate our home all the time. A quality guest experience is important to us, and we have guests who return every year.
The Resort is beautiful and has so many amenities. The home and resort make for a great value for guests.
