Huge executive home on the grand canal.
Sleeps eight(max)
Perfectly design for entertaining with 3 large balconies overlooking the canal with stairs on each level.
Private mooring just outside the house available for an extra charge $20 per night.
Will comfortably accommodate 2 families.
Can not accommodate groups of more than 6 singles
Ideally located on Marco Polo Island, in the heart of the Mandurah ocean marina.
NO NEED TO USE CAR !!
