Över 1 800 lyxiga kvadratmeter väntar på dig i denna nya (augusti 2016) utökade Arlington Courtyard Villa i Alden Bungalows. Många restauranger, shopping, livemusik och dans, och en veckon bondemarknad är bara en sex minuters promenad eller en två minuters golfbilresa bort i Brownwood Paddock Square. Detta fantastiska hem har tre sovrum, två bad och ett garage med två bilar. Ett nytt vattenfiltreringssystem för hela huset har också installerats.

Rökfri och husdjursvänlig. Hyr långsiktig eller per månad. Verktyg inkluderar: elektrisk (om mindre än $ 200 ersättning), kabel-TV, trådlöst höghastighetsinternet, lokal, rikstäckande fjärrtelefontjänst gratis, skräpavlägsning, pooltjänst, gräsmatta, skadedjursbekämpning, garageportöppnare och grindpass .

Du vet att du har kommit när du går ut på den slutna Lanai med skjutbara glasdörrar, komplett med din egen stora pool med solvärme, eldstolbord, solstolar, gasgrill och matsal under Lanai i minst sex .

Känner du som att stanna kvar i kväll? Vårt öppna kök är fullt utrustat med ett modernt elektriskt sortiment, mikrovågsugn, diskmaskin, kylskåp, diskbänk med dubbla skålar och praktiskt taget alla små apparater du behöver: kaffebryggare, brödrost, mixer, vattenkokare, etc. Vardagsrummet är fullt möblerat med två äkta läder soffor, 55 '' LCD-TV, kabel och Blu-Ray-spelare.

Det stora sovrummet levereras komplett med en king size-säng, matchande byrå med spegel och nattställningar, smart-tv monterad på väggen, rymlig klädkammare och ett bifogat master-badrum med duschkabin. Det andra sovrummet är möblerat med en queen size-säng och matchande byrå med spegel och nattsträngar. Det tredje sovrummet fungerar som ett kontor med skrivbord och stol och en utdragbar bäddsoffa.

Elektrisk tvättmaskin och torktumlare finns i ett separat tvättstuga (inte i garaget som andra villor). Alla sängkläder och handdukar, både pool och badkar, tillhandahålls. En ny gasgolfvagn ingår (besparingar på över $ 400 om de hyrs från The Villages). Packa dina kläder och golfklubbar så går du bra ... glöm inte bara din baddräkt!

Du kan inte begära en mer idealisk plats. Grand Traverse Plaza ligger en sex minuters promenad eller två minuters golfbiltur bort och inrymmer en ny Publix livsmedelsbutik. Du kan åka golfvagnen till mitten av Brownwood Square på två minuter eller gå på sju minuter. Florida Turnpike är en 10 minuters bilresa och väg 75 är ytterligare fyra minuter.

Awesome Property

The property was exactly as advertised! We loved the fact that we could walk to Brownwood Square to enjoy the music each night and I could walk to the Genesis gym each morning. Thanks to Tom for rectifying a few minor issues immediately as he lived right across the street:) We travelled everywhere in the golf cart provided which provided a significant savings from not having to rent a car for the month. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Favorite Villages Stay to Date

With three full bedrooms, this is perfect for families or friends. Well furnished and equipped with all the basics for a great vacation. The very private and screened-in pool is definitely the highlight. Very close to Publix and Brownwood Square. Newcomers to The Villages as well as old hands will benefit from the proximity to congenial host Tom. We couldn’t be happier with our stay and look forward to returning.

Perfect Location

Perfect location just across from Brownwood Paddock. Perfect for us traveling with our dogs. The yard is fenced, lanai bird caged and everything we needed.

Great Location

Perfect home/location for The Villages! It is also located close to the turnpike and I-75. Tom was a great help and the home was well appointed. The pool was a refreshing escape from the August heat.

Spa like feel, Perfect location!

Our stay here was wonderful! If you are looking for a beautiful property in a great location, this is it! The property was beautiful and spotlessly clean. Tom was a wonderful host with quick responses and provides guests with a binder of information in the home with everything from restaurant menus to how the television works. Everything we could need was provided. The lanai with pool was exquisite!! We felt like we had our own private resort (backyard is completely private with fence) but, could walk out the front door and within minutes could be in the heart of it all, music, restaurants, shops, etc. Thank you Tom for sharing such an amazing property with us!

Perfect stay in The Villages!

Our family of 5 (Grandma, 2 adults, and 2 children ages 10 and 12), lived our stay! Tom was super nice and helpful. The house was perfect and the boys loved the pool! Great location for us to easily get groceries as well as take walks to the town square in the morning and to get dinner in the evening.

Lovely house

We truly enjoyed staying here. The pool was terrific especially since it rained most of the time ! My daughter swam every second it wasn’t raining. Golf cart was a terrific plus to make getting around simple. Only issue was there was no toilet paper or toiletries. Bring them with you or head down the street to Publix like we did.

Visiting family

We rented this villa as a short term rental to visit my parents who live in the area. The Villa was clean and in a great location. The pool was a nice added bonus for my children. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location

Overall the property was as listed. Tom was very accommodating on letting us check in earlier then stated. Our only issue was the ice maker was not working, and the carpets need a shampoo.

Nieman Review of Villa

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The Villa we stayed in had everything we needed. It is conveniently located to the town square. With the use of the provided golf car we were able to get around in style. A folder of info on how to find stores, pharmacy's, shopping, entertainment, grocery's and maps of the roads was left for us to use. Helped so much. The lanai and private yard were so nice to sit out on. In Jan the weather was a little cold so we didn't use the beautiful pool. As we arrived we were not familiar with the front door lock system. We did have a little trouble with that.

You couldn't ask for more

We had the privilege of being one of the first people to stay in this villa. Everything was absolutely perfect, there were no surprises. All of the rooms were nicely appointed and were nice sized. All appliances worked properly. The pool was an extra bonus. Very nice for relaxing. Anything you wanted was just a short golf cart (provided and also new) ride away. You could go for days without using your personal car. The owners were easily accessible and always helpful if needed. The Villages was a great place to visit and this Villa was the icing on the cake. One our best vacations. Thanks to the owners.

Tom and Jungsil Cusimano originally hail from Upstate New York. We moved to Florida in 2013 when Jungsil took a position as a physician with The Villages Health. Although we have moved to Tampa, we still have many great friends in The Villages and purchased this brand new Villa in August 2016 because we wanted to maintain a connection here. We have furnished this home as our own and believe that the combination of luxury and location will maximize your experience while here in The Villages.

When we lived in The Villages, we loved everything about Brownwood, especially the Farmers' Market every Saturday morning. When it came time to purchase another home, we knew it had to be close to Brownwood and all of the new golf courses built in the last few years.
