You and your guests will enjoy living in this immaculate freestanding courtyard home offering a secure and spacious open plan living.

Provided is a quality, clean & neat fully furnished short term rental accommodation in the inner-northern suburb of Nailsworth. Perfect for those here for a short holiday visit, business trip, migrating or relocating to Adelaide.

A warm and cosy 3 bedroom house, comprising of 1 queen bed, 1 double bed and 1 single bed with a trundle foam bed. The master bedroom has a built in robe and a 2 way bathroom ensuite.

For added security, the house is fitted with security shutters and security doors. Fully ducted reverse cycle a/c with zones in all rooms for ultimate comfort. Included are everything you need from fridge, tv, cd, dvd, microwave, bbq, washing machine to cutlery and linen.

At the back private courtyard there is a outdoor setting for you to enjoy a relaxed barbie with friends/family.

Whatever the purpose, Neat & Cosy Nailsworth provides a "Home away from Home".

The location couldn't be better. Neat & Cosy Nailsworth is ideally situated close to 2 shopping centres, 4 supermarkets, a primary school, library, medical centres, pharmacies & public transport. So everything is conveniently at your fingertips.

Just a short 10 minutes stroll to the hub of Prospect Road's cafes and local shopping. Only a few minutes drive to the vibrant and cosmopolitan O'Connell Street, where you will have an abundance of eateries at your choosing.

Situated only 8-10 minutes drive from the CBD or just a short bus ride direct to the city. Spend a full day shopping in Rundle Mall and see the famous silver balls. Or if shopping is not your thing, then stroll down the picturesque and tranquil River Torrens, and find your way to the Adelaide Zoo to see the pandas, Wang Wang and Funi.

Centrally located, so it makes commuting by car about 15-20mins to most destinations such as the cosmopolitan beaches, the historic Adelaide Hills, and 50mins to the premium wine capital of Australia, the Barossa Valley - a must for all visitors.

Excellent location

What a gem. Excellent location as I didn’t have a vehicle. Close to buses. Several trips into town. Gorgeous neighbour for walks. House well set up. Everything you need and more. Comfy bed, nice linen, coffee machine, toiletries if you need them. Nice. Comfy sofa. Wifi. TV. Some minor feedback, which did not affect my stay at all. Light globe on front porch needs replacing. Some more pegs would be good. Maybe a bath mat. Garden could have a bit of a tidy, but not a deal breaker. Overall this property suited my needs perfectly. Thank you. Regards Leanne

Perfect for families

We recently rented this property as we had a wedding in town and had our young children with us. It is perfectly equipped with high chair, portacot, toys, DVD's and a small but secure outdoor area. The beds are very comfortable, and the house overall is very child friendly and well presented; we have already booked our next stay! A wonderful location, yet a lovely quiet street, we highly recommend Neat and Cosy. Ben was also very friendly and helpful.

Home away from home

This is the second time we’ve hired this house. It feels like a home away from home. Everything has been considered to make the stay comfortable. Ben and Davina are very thoughtful hosts. The beds are comfortable, the Wi-Fi provides good reception and Fetch TV helps to get some great entertainment in those quiet times. The kitchen is well supplied with implements to cook etc., The suburb is very quiet too so quality sleep was easy to come by. The house is close to public transport and taxis arrive quickly. On our first visit, we advised (and asked permission of) Ben and Davina that we would like to host our family Christmas lunch in the house, which they approved. When we arrived, they’d put a Christmas tree up for us. We will definitely be back. Thank you both for giving us the opportunity to stay.

Excellent and convenient.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here at this property. True to its name, 'neat and tidy', full of those little extras that made our family holiday a comfortable one. As our holiday was over Christmas the owners even put up a Christmas tree for us - which made our little one very happy. Extremely convenient location, an easy walk to the bus for a trip to the city. Will definitely consider returning for our next holiday in Adelaide.

Great location, clean and very well equipped

The house was very well located, near playgrounds and tennis courts as well as shops and eatery joints. It was also very well equipped with appliances (eg. this is the first holiday house we've stayed in that had a rice cooker!), condiments and even toiletries.

Pleasant surprise!
