Il nostro condominio "TailGate" è completamente arredato e 2 isolati dal Williams-Brice Stadium, vicino a Fairgrounds, ETV Complex e molto vicino al campus USC e Vista. Perfetto anche per coppie, viaggiatori d'affari e piccole famiglie in città per i numerosi eventi e attività commerciali nel centro della zona di Columbia. Siamo adiacenti al famoso "Cockabooses" su tracce RR che corrono accanto al complesso. Area portellone interna con grill a gas SS, piscina e jacuzzi con 2 TV a grande schermo. Altri servizi includono un centro fitness, sala sociale (con TV e cucina), garage recintato e sicurezza in loco.

Great location and property

We rented this property for football season. We loved the location. The owner Dane was great to work with and very informative. The instructions for checking in and out were very detailed. The condo had everything we needed in the kitchen. Highly recommend!

Large condo in a great location!

We had a great stay for 3 months. It is a well appointed condo in a great location! We enjoyed walking to the football games and river rat brewery next door! Dane was a great host who always responded to our needs promptly.

Nice place, everything we needed for our holiday visit with family.

A little outside of town and "off campus" but still very convenient and close to everything. Clean, well appointed. Pride of ownership shows.

Lovely condo in Columbia

My girlfriend and I stayed in a lovely condo within walking distance of the football stadium. We were in town for the USC/Florida football game and to check out Columbia as a potential retirement home. The condo was spacious and had a nice view of the pool area. Our host could not have been more gracious in assisting us. We would highly recommend the condo, especially if your plans include a USC football game.

Fantastic!!!

Basically good. Convenient for the game

Furniture was comfortable. Could have used a few more towels. Shower curtain a little dirty. But it was comfortable for 6. Overall a nice facility. Good locale and owner great to deal with

Moving to Columbia

We rented this condo to assist our daughter, her fiancé and two little dogs in their move from Kalamazoo MI. to Columbia. It worked out great as the location was between the USC campus and their new apartment. The condo was well appointed and well furnished. If the weather had been a bit cooler we would have better appreciated the balcony, pool and grilling area. As it was, the AC may have been our favorite feature! :) The parking structure allowed for the cars to be at the same level as the condo. Once we got our bearings it was an easy drive to anywhere in the metro area with highway access for a day trip to Charleston.

Perfect place for us! We really enjoyed our stay at this property!

We stayed for 10 days. So much better than a hotel room. Great condo with a fantastic pool area for the family. Will definitely stay here whenever we are in Columbia.

Property owners were very quick to respond and helpful!

We enjoyed our stay , the condo had alot of space which we loved. The only down side is the hot tub was getting fixed while we were there and we thought the pool would be warmer. My kiddos braved it for a little while but it was pretty cold. Overall, a good experience!

Clean and Relaxed Environment that's Convenient to Campus

The location and size of this condo was perfect for our visit with USC student. The property was neat, clean, relaxed and safe (not to mention you have guaranteed parking). The owner was thorough and gracious with the information we needed to have an easy stay. We will definitely try to stay at this property on another trip to Columbia!

Perfect homebase for enjoying the area!

We were very much impressed with this beautiful 2 br - easy to find, well laid out, plenty of amenities, and very gracious hosts. Dane made us feel more than welcome, even reaching out to make sure we had made it ok (monsoon rain in the area upon our arrival). The cool weather prevented us from using the pool, however everything looked great. Thanks again and hope to be back...

Enjoyed it!

Great for a girls weekend with old friends! The kitchen and living area were spacious and comfortable and had everything we needed! It was perfect for hanging around and catching up with one another! And the owner was very accommodating!

a wonderful condo

A great place to stay, spacious with two bedrooms and two nice bathrooms. A car is a plus as shopping and eating is a short car-ride away. The owners are wonderful- they came through for us in a pinch with our reservation! This is about 15 minutes from Ft Jackson and right next to Bryce stadium.

Great place to stay with family!

We stayed here during my sons graduation from basic training. Close to Base and the 2nd bathroom worked out really well with multiple teenagers. Very homey and well kept. Kids liked the pool and hot tub.

Great visit to Columbia

The owners made sure the property was clean and easy to find. Great space and value for visiting our kid at USC. Also saw an art show a ballet and a play in one weekend!!!!

The place was great, clean and very comfortable and the owner was so great to work with........

The owners went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Instructions for checking in and out and for our stay were very detailed and very helpful and the place was clean and organized. We enjoyed our stay so much that we have already booked it for 2 additional future visits.... I would highly recommend this property to friends and relatives.

Elaine and I live in Summerville, SC. Elaine is from Dallas, Tx. and graduated from Dallas Baptist University. I grew up in Hartsville, SC, which is just down the road from Columbia and graduated from the University of South Carolina.

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

We originally purchased this property in 2007 as a place for our kids to live while attending the University of South Carolina. Now that they've graduated our intentions were to sell it but, instead we fell in love with our condo and the location. We can walk to the USC football games and events at the State Fairgrounds. Downtown Columbia and the "Vista area" are a very short drive (2 miles). And recently a neat little brewery (River Rat Brewery) opened up 2 blocks from the condo and quickly became a favorite for us. It has great beer & food, outdoor seating, lot's of TVs, corn-hole games and is kid and pet-friendly (fenced playground).

The Gates at Williams-Brice Stadium was designed to be a "TailGate Condo Complex" where fans could enjoy all the excitement of "GameDay Tailgating" with the added benefit of walking to the stadium and not having to deal with the horrific traffic on GameDay. Amenities include a pool with 2 large LED TVs, Jacuzzi, cabana area with 4 stainless steel gas grills, a designated tailgate area with 2 more SS grills, a large social room with TV and kitchenette.We chose our 4th floor unit because it overlooks the pool & cabana area and is on the top floor so no dealing with noisy residents above. We also love the on-site security officer and video surveillance throughout the complex as well as a gated parking garage.
