Questa casa vacanza è perfetta per due coppie o piccole famiglie in cerca di sole, divertimento e relax. Tutti i comfort di casa sono forniti compresi i prodotti personali tipicamente forniti da un hotel come shampoo, balsamo, sapone, lozione per il corpo e vestaglie di spugna per quattro. Questa proprietà per le vacanze dispone di due camere da letto ciascuna contenente un letto king-size e ognuna con bagno privato con doccia, un letto estraibile nel soggiorno, internet gratuito, una smart TV e connessione bluetooth Ipod per il sistema audio nel soggiorno , TV in ogni camera da letto, una cassaforte programmabile personale e un sistema di purificazione dell'acqua. We loved our stay here! The view is unbelievable, the place was spacious and comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked for cooking, and the beds were comfortable!

Perfect location and property! We loved it

Stephanie is the best host I’ve found during our travels. She responded very quickly to numerous questions prior to our trip. She also provided great info on the property, the area, fun things to do, etc. we have nothing but fantastic things to say about our stay. We will be renting this place again!

Great location

We had a great vacation and Stephanie was top notch with answering questions and making sure we had all we needed. We had beach days, pool days and Uber rides to old town and Cabo SAN Lucas. Walking distance to all amenities so that was nice.

Fabulous Spot

Fabulous place! We spent hours sitting on the balcony, listening to the crashing waves and watching for whales. Clean, quiet, spacious, well-appointed and easily accessible to all things. Stephanie was wonderful about getting back to us when we had questions. Highly recommend!

Wonderful stay in San Jose

Had a great stay at Stephanie's place in San Jose with my mom and 7 month old baby. The location was great - quiet yet easily accessible to town. Everyone in the condo complex was very friendly and all seem to know each other, it was a great vibe. Security also very friendly and always around so we felt very safe. The condo itself was a nice size for a small family, the deck was amazing right over the beach. Only comment would be that some of the furnishings could use an update.

Beautiful View

Everything was as advertised. The beach views were amazing and falling asleep and waking up to the sound of the ocean was awesome. Easy access to/from the airport. Definitely on our list to stay again. The host was friendly and communicative.

This was the second time our family of four has stayed at Blue Palms and we could not be happier!

I honestly can’t say enough about Stephanie’s attention to detail - Blue Palms has absolutely everything you need and more. It’s a great place to stay, the location and property are perfect, and the staff at La Jolla are fabulous. Stephanie is responsive and very helpful and has provided thorough information for before and during your stay. Five stars!!

Paradise!!

This property was perfect! The condo, itself was beautiful and very well furnished. We had everything we needed including the best view ever. It felt as though we were always on the beach! Walks on the beach and time at either the heated or unheated pools became our daily routine. The Location is very convenient.

Say hola to La Jolla’s Blue Palm

We have visited here for several years and have stayed at several beachfront condo units. This condo exceeded our expectations. Waking up to that sunrise was a blissful. The kitchen was well equipped & the living area could handle dinner for 8 comfortably. We would definitely consider renting again.

perfect location!

when you look at the listing pics, it really is that close to the ocean, and that well decorated and spotless! Well-equipped kitchen and lots of towels, beach supplies, reference materials, etc. Every need has been anticipated. the location is great, too...quick drive to a huge grocery store and the fantastic town of Sam Jose del Cabo. Highly recommended! We will be back!

Beyond our expectations

My husband and I spent 19 days 8n this beautiful oceanfront condo. The condo is beautifully appointed with everything you could possibly want or need. It's very, very clean as well, which is a sticking point for me. The balcony was a fabulous place to just hang out and listen to the surf. We grilled a few times and enjoyed having our cocktails out there as well. It was a perfect vacation. We're already booked again for March. Highly, highly recommend!

Gorgeous beachfront condo!!

We loved the condo, the views, the pool, the beach access and the restaurants that were just a beach stroll away. Everything was clean, plenty of towels and great service from the staff (including the grounds crew). We made due with only renting a car for one day, and using shuttles and taxis. But, I think it would have been easier and cheaper to rent a car in advance from the airport for our entire stay! We had a relaxing, delicious and sun filled vacation!! Thanks!!

Everything you need!

The condo is in a great location with the most spectator balcony view. It was roomy, clean, and lots of extras. I packed games, towels, soap...none of it was needed; the owners had everything! Even tape 😁. The owners were great to work with. I recommend reading their guide. Very helpful. And, figure out Uber. We loved the condo.

The perfect place!

I can't say enough about this condo. My family of 4 just stayed here for a week. I agree with the other rave reviews here. The condo is located in the ideal spot, right on the beach and adjacent to but not in the midst of the busy hotel strip. Its easy to get to everything you need - great restaurants, groceries, and fun activities. The grounds are beautiful and the pools lovely. Stephanie has gone above and beyond to provide everything you need in the condo and a wealth of information before and during your stay to ensure the visit goes smoothly. We didn't have a single glitch! We would do just one thing differently ... we would stay longer!! Thank you for an amazing home-away-from-home Stephanie!!

Lovely Long weekend

This well appointed condo had absolutely everything we needed and wanted for a lovely long weekend away. The condo was clean and spacious. With a beautiful view and comfortable deck. The complex felt peaceful and safe. The pool cool and clean. Restaurants and markets walkable distance. Downtown San Jose just a few minute taxi ride away. Communication with the owner was excellent! When we got caught in at the airport due to waiting for negative Covid test we reached out to the owner of the condo to see if by any chance we could stay an extra night. She responded immediately and was more than gracious with allowing us another nights' stay. This trip was exactly what my husband and I needed. I would highly recommend renting this unit!

Wonderful condo, gorgeous view, great location, exceeded our expectations!!

I can't say enough about how much we loved staying in this condo. From the start, Stephanie's responses to my inquiries about the condo were prompt, thorough, and so helpful. The unit itself was clean, well located, well stocked with anything you need, and had a gorgeous view of a quiet beach. The patio/balcony was perfect and we saw whales several times right from the balcony. There are great places to have a drink or eat by just walking down the beach a few minutes in either direction. We also met a fantastic surf instructor who had my two 17 year olds catching waves (first time ever surfing) in less than 15 minutes. The condo itself was nicely decorated and very comfortable. You can also see a beautiful sunrise right from the bed in the master bedroom. We hope to come back again before long. Thank you Stephanie it couldn't have been a better experience overall!!

Nicely decorated, comfortable and well equipped

The condo was wonderful. It is the best we have stayed in during our various travels. The kitchen was well equipped, the only thing we had to buy was the food. Having beach towels and bags was great, less we had to pack. Loved the balcony and was surprised to be able to watch whales! The whole complex was beautiful. It was so clean and well maintained. Having a few beers and a bottle of wine in the fridge was a nice touch, especially after spending one and a half hours in customs. Thanks so much. We appreciated all of your info about places to go, and how to get there. We took your suggestion and rented a car for a day to go to Todos Santos. Worked out great. The bus transportation was easy to use. Enjoyed the art walk in San Jose, and a dinner cruise in Cabo. Thanks again for a wonderful stay.

Fast forward two years, we loved it so much we bought it from our friends in 2014 and have rented it extensively through word-of-mouth only!
