About this property

Autumn Manor, Bright

Autumn Manor is a classic updated period home in tree lined Delany Avenue. It features 4 bedrooms. Two bedrooms have QS beds, one bedroom has 2 extra wide single beds and the fourth room had a double bed. It has a fully equipped kitchen including a microwave, dishwasher and coffee machine. A weber BBQ is provided for guests to use. The bathroom has a separate shower and corner spa bath. Laundry is equipped with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.
Doonas, pillows, blankets, electric blankets sheets and towels are all supplied.

Reverse cycle heating and cooling in all bedrooms and family room. Flat screen TV, DVD player and CD/radio with ipod connectivity provided along with a large selection of DVDs.

Location

Autumn Manor is located 600 metres from the popular swimming spot at Centenary park where the Ovens river and Morses creek meet. You can leave the car at home and walk to the centre of Bright and enjoy all the shops, cafes, restaurants, hotels and the famous Bright brewery. Or, take the car or bicycle to the great surrounds including Wandiligong, Porepunkah, berry farms or wineries.
During snow season this makes a great base from which to access Mt Buffalo, Mt Hotham and Falls Creek.

Beautiful Home

Our Family thoroughly enjoyed our stay for a special Birthday, the home has high ceilings and old world charm without skipping the mod cons. Plenty of rooms and space for the 5 of us, we all did say that there needs to be a bigger t.v in the lounge area, apart from that we were pretty happy. Great location with an easy 10 min walk into the Main Street.

The property was a total surprise absolutely fantastic period home with four large bedrooms plenty of room for 8 adults, extremely clean and everything in working order. Would highly recommend to anyone. Best accommodation i all my years of travel in a charming and vibrant town.

Awesome stay!

The house and gardens are beautiful! Very clean, spotless linen, everything kitchen-wise you could want, ample hot water for multiple showers, reverse-cycle h/c in all living areas, huge verandah to enjoy the garden in any weather. Very comfy beds, big couches in lounge we all had a lovely 5 days. Thank you!

A great place to stay

We had a lovely time at this very comfortable well provisioned home. The weather was cold but the heating and electric blankets compensated well. Hopefully will be able to return again.

Great 2 day stay over winter

Nice place with lots of character and a big backward, very spacious inside too with large bedrooms. TV could be a little bigger but other than that everything was spot on. Great value for money too

Very nice house and property within walking distance of Bright.

Very nice older style house in a great location close to the centre of Bright. Large rooms including the bedrooms with plenty of space to move around. Very good and precise information supplied by the host made it all very easy. We would book this house again.

Excellent charming older house

This 4 bedroom home is very roomy. The bedrooms are large, with high ceilings. All rooms are air conditioned. Four adults stayed there, but this would be a great house for a family too, as the grounds are extensive, with lots of lawn area to play on. The kitchen and pantry were well stocked.

Excellent property for winter vacation

Presented exactly as described. Pretty good location (on main road, but not too noisy), very close to the town of Bright. Clean, very large bedrooms. Actually not too cold in the house, and heaters worked very well. Only one bathroom, as described, but it wasn’t too big an issue for us. Property manager very helpful when contacted about check-in time.

Bright getaway

The hosts were lovely and accommodating.The house is comfortable, good bed and hot shower. Fully equipped kitchen and laundry. TV in the lounge is a bit small for the room and too far away. Bright itself was very quiet-many businesses just not open over the whole week. Thought it would be full of life in winter. I hope it picks up as it is a beautiful area. The locals were lovely, very friendly.

The house was in a great location to walk into town. The rooms were all fresh and clean.

We had a fabulous family holiday . Less than a km into town. The house had everything you needed. Kitchen had little extras, tea, coffee, milk etc. the bedrooms were spacious and clean. There was plenty of room for everyone to have some space. Highly recommend.
