Presentazione di "A River Runs Through It It", una spettacolare proprietà con 6 camere da letto che può ospitare fino a 14 persone, situata ai piedi della Foresta Nazionale di Chattahoochee. Un soggiorno in questo lodge di 4.000 piedi quadrati sarà l'esperienza più unica e sorprendente della tua vita!

La casa è situata in un ambiente privato ed è costruita su un suggestivo ruscello di montagna (Pensate alla Fallingwater House di Frank Lloyd Wright su una scala più piccola). Costruita nel 1960, questa proprietà ha molto valore storico, dalla ruota idraulica di 100 anni che ti saluta mentre tiri su il vialetto fino alle pareti e ai soffitti costruiti con legno di vecchi edifici demoliti a metà del 1900 (noce nera , ciliegia, cenere e cedro).











Questa vacanza in montagna è stata completamente ristrutturata e presenta arredi di lusso. Un elenco dei servizi e delle configurazioni delle camere da letto sono i seguenti:

 * La 1a camera familiare dispone di divani in pelle, camino e TV a schermo piatto da 20 "(fuori dalla cucina). I soffitti sono realizzati in cedro rosso e le pareti sono un mix di ciliegio, noce nero, frassino e cedro. I pavimenti sono in legno di rovere appena finito.
* La seconda camera familiare si trova sopra il torrente e dispone di 2 caminetti, divani in pelle, porte scorrevoli in vetro che conducono su un ponte di osservazione e un ponte posteriore, un tavolo da biliardo e un HDTV da 62 "con DVD e un nuovissimo tappeto fregio.
* Spaziosa cucina gourmet con ripiani in granito lastra, nuovi armadi in noce, nuovi pavimenti in legno e nuovi elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile
 * L'area bar per la colazione della cucina può ospitare fino a 4 persone e il tavolo da pranzo rotondo in teak di design può ospitare fino a 8 persone
 * Portico schermato con nuovi arredi patio in ferro battuto
 * 6 persone vasca idromassaggio che si affaccia sul torrente
 * 3 bagni completi con piastrelle in travertino, pareti e soffitti in cedro rosso, finestre in blocchi di vetro, nuovi mobili e illuminazione
 * 2 ponti con mobili da giardino e area barbecue con barbecue a gas

Absolutely Lovely!

A perfect gem that has lovely scenery, great large layout and very clean. Lots of wineries nearby. The views from the back deck-porch could not be more calming. Sitting by the water was divine. Will be back for sure.

Trout camp house

Took my son and friends for a quick get away. We were looking for nature, fishing and relaxing and that’s just what we had. Try to get there before dark if possible. Stayed 3 nights. Full day on property and full day exploring Ellajay and Blue Ridge. Cooked most meals there and late lunch in Ellajay one day. Teens loved the hot tub and exploring through the creek. Fishing and stream tromping.. we hope to stay again.

Family Fun

We had everything we needed. There were plenty of bedrooms with comfortable beds, a pool table, spacious living areas and gorgeous views from the back and front of house. Outside there was a swing, hot tub, firepit, water to play in and rocks to climb on for fun. We will never forget the fun we had at this beautiful and amazing house.

Best Stay in Ellijay!!!!

This little retreat in Ellijay, Georgia was the best we have stayed in. The layout of the house, the comfort of the beds, the location to the trout streams, and the fun that you can have on the creek. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and our time together. Peace Away From Home

My family and I stayed here for New Years and had an amazing time. The house is perfect and has lots of privacy for different families staying together. The property is beautiful and we spent most of our time outside enjoying the fresh mountain air. We can’t wait to come back!

Nothing like it

Plenty of space for eating, hanging out, and for everyone to get a good night’s rest. The house is obviously one of a kind but its also very comfortable and well maintained. The weather was gorgeous, perfectly shady and sunny property!

3rd time here, still great

The owners have really kept the property up, and are always very easy to work with. It's such a unique place. It's rare to find a location with 6 bedrooms, a fire pit, big kitchen, tons of space, AND a creek. Very private yet very open. We will be back again for sure.

Absolutely Beautiful Pictures cannot describe

The house and property are one of a kind. When you turn the corner and head up the drive you are just blown away. The kids loved floating and playing in the creek. The fireflies provided a nightly show that blended from high in the trees to the beautiful stars in the sky. Accurately described and owners have great communication. The house seemed to have everything we needed. Perfect location.

4th of July Family Fun

This was our second visit to “A River Runs Through It”. This place is a gem for anyone looking to enjoy fishing in the creek on property. Our kids loved tubing right in front of the house. The peaceful surroundings provided the perfect backdrop for relaxation and outdoor activities. The property was immaculately clean and incredibly spacious, offering plenty of room for our group to spread out and feel comfortable. The hosts clearly take great care in maintaining the place, ensuring that every detail contributes to a wonderful stay. We had a great time tubing at Cartecay River Experience about 15 minutes from the house. Quick trips to downtown Ellijay and Blue Ridge were lots of fun. We can’t wait to come back again!!! Highly recommended!

Clean, beautiful property

By far the cleanest and most well kept vacation home we have ever stayed in. The pictures do not do it justice. The property was gorgeous especially after it snowed! Great place for some family photos! Such a peaceful area to enjoy some family time. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook our meals. We did not have any cell service in the house and the WiFi only worked in the living room and master bedroom for us. They do have a landline phone and WiFi calling also worked well in the living room.

A very unique property

We enjoyed our stay at this property for several reasons. There were many things to do without ever leaving the property. The creek/stream was fun to play in for all ages, the hot tub was enjoyed by many, we had a great time grilling hot dogs and making S'Mores at the firepit. There was plenty of room to enjoy TV , play pool, and other games. The house was located in a rural area, but we found Blue Ridge close by and enjoyed the shops and restaurants there. There were tubing opportunities on the nearby river, and we ventured in to Atlanta one day which was about a 90 minute drive.

Loved it !!!

Everything about this place screams relax and enjoy yourself. We would have never left the site to see anything except we had already had plans. We all felt we could have stayed there the whole time and been in a piece of paradise. The place is so homey and with 12 people you never felt like you were crowded at all. This place brings people together. The tv never was turned on at all the pool table and the river kept us all together as a family/friends and everyone enjoyed absolutely everything….we are ready to book again. Thank you!!!

Best creek ever!!!

The location of the house and the creek was perfect. But !!! The house was hot during the day and when I set the thermostat to 69 they ( all of them) would go back up to 71. I like it cool so we weren’t happy with that. The stay was made great by having the creek on site. Also on the drive to the house I received an email/ contact I had to fill out. Didn’t care for that either. Ivy not had to do that before with VRBO . Thank you

Great family destination!

My family of 11 ranging in age from 58 to 2 years old recently stayed at this delightful home! It was perfect for everyone, and there was more than enough space. The kids could use one living area to have their dolls and cars, while the adults could watch football and play pool - and not be too far away! The kitchen was very spacious and plenty of seating for everyone. If you have young children, don't let the stream in front of the house concern you - of course you need to be out with the children, but the water is not deep, and our kids really enjoyed exploring it and trying to fish! There were places to go with the kids within 15 minutes, so not an extended amount of time in the car. If you are looking for a great family place this is it. We are already planning our next trip. Don't let the very few negative reviews concern you - this place is a jewel!
