Hidden Dunes Cottage 205 Professionally Managed by Newman-Dailey
A total remodel of Cottage 205 has taken place! All new flooring, kitchen and bathrooms have been remodeled! New Master Bath has a walk-in shower! There is all new furniture and new appliances in the Cottage to enjoy!
A unique feature enjoyed by many guests is the screened in second floor patio. Fully furnished and with a cushioned bench it rests in the shade of magnolias making you feel like you’re really a part of the beauty around you. However, if you need some quiet time, the Master Bedroom has a private patio of its own overlooking a wooded square with fountains.
Cottage 205’s excellent location in Hidden Dunes also means that lots of great amenities are at your fingertips! Take a tram to the lighted basketball courts or the six clay professional tennis court. Enjoy walking trails with gazebos or take family pictures in the gazebo on the lily pad-clad lake. Lounge in one of the neighborhood pools with gazebos or just laze away the days on Hidden Dunes private beach. Plus, great shopping and dining choices are all within a miles distance.
Hidden Dunes offers six tennis courts with a Rubico Clay surface, which is the highest standard for clay tennis courts, and are maintained daily in order to provide the best playing conditions. Proper tennis attire is required to play and we encourage you to call ahead to schedule a match or take advantage of our clinics and private lessons. Please call to inquire about cost per session and equipment rental prices. Our friendly staff invites you to join for a game or two.

We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students
Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.
