Summary:
This 2-level apartment with a balcony can accommodate 16 people. It is just a minute walk to Peace Park. It has 4 bedrooms and complete facilities is provided for added comfort during your stay. Room wifi, TV, washing machine with dry function, iron. The kitchen is also equipped with basic cooking appliances/utensils. A perfect place to stay for a large group of friends and family.

Please note that the jacuzzi has no jet function and can be used as a normal bathtub

The Space:
2-level apartment with 4 bedrooms. It has a balcony and elevator. The entire apartment is exclusive for your use only during your stay. No sharing with other guests.

Sleeping arrangement:

Bedroom 1: 2 double size bed (4 people)
Bedroom 2: 2 double size bed (4 people)
Bedroom 3: 2 double size bed (4 people)
Bedroom 4: 1 double size bed (2 people)
Living Room: 1 double sofa bed (2 people)

A total of 16 people can stay comfortably.

The sofa bed are self-service, all the settings are in the storage/ shelf, with English label on it, clean bed sheets, pillow cover, it's super simple you can set up in 2 mins.

This apartment is provided with hotel quality supplies such as towels, tooth brush set, body wash & shampoo, etc. Feel free to use the amenities during your stay.

Other Things to Note:
The futon is self-service, all the set are in the shelf room (8f), it, cover, with English labels, clean bed sheets, cover, mat, these are real Japanese style, it's super simple you can set up in 2 mins.

If the garbage is full, please contact me I will send a staff to pick up the garbage for you,
If you need to order a taxi service for your departure day, please let me know earlier so we will have more chance to reserve a taxi for you.

No shoes in the room.
Smoke is prohibited, if we find out you smoke in the room will have 200 USD penalty from building property management company.

I provide 1 set of towel for each guest staying less than 3 days;
More than 3 days of stay if extra towel is needed please let me know.

Under Japanese law, all hosts are required to keep a record of all guests. This includes their name, home address, occupation and dates of stay. If your guest does not have a home address in Japan, you will need to collect a copy of their passport stating their nationality and passport number.

So please send me your passport copy after your reservation is confirmed. You may send your passport copy as an attachment via email or using your smart phone on your booking channel app.

CCTV/Securtiy Camera :

My apartment and the building is protected with CCTV/ Security Camera for safety & protection of all my guest. This also serve as my guide when you do self check in. Please be aware and be guided accordingly.

It is a requirement for all hotel and short term rental license for each host.
